Cons: Nothing wrong with the service, but there was no visible sign of Optimorent. The reservation told us to look for Optimorent, Ecovia or Autovia. We couldn’t find Optimorent so we waited in line at the Ecovia desk. After waiting for 30 minutes it was our turn and they told us that Optimorent recently moved to another desk, so we waited for nothing. Please install a visible Optimorent sign.

Cons: One of The problems was my debetcard. I couldnt use The discovercars agreement I hade to buy their own insurance because I didnt have a creditcard. But they took debetcard??? I know that I forgot to check it on The voucher. But they made advertising about that they accepted debetcard on their desk. But when I went through discovercars they couldnt accept it. I hade to pay 113 euros extra. And their was a little scratch on The car about 2-3mm and maybe 5 cm long he showed us before we got The ca

Cons: Very little but if I have to be picky the fuel policy whereby you hand the car back with as much fuel as you picked it up with is a little odd, but I made it work nonetheless.

Pros: Very efficient pickup. It took about 5 min for the whole paperwork process. The agent had a very friendly and helpful attitude. She followed us to the rental car to check for damages together when delivering the car. The car was in very good condition and clean.

Cons: It is a new agency so their logo was not on the bus stop of the shuttle to the rental offices. Had to call and confirm if we need to take that shuttle. This information should have been provided before hand. Even the information that we need to take a shuttle bus was not provided beforehand.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1760.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Italy, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
