Pros: Nothing comes to mind

Cons: No one initially available at the desk. Then the woman that did serve us made the whole process very difficult due to the fuel charging process. It was not communicated correctly until queried. On returning the car we were charged and incorrect value (higher) which is nothing to do with the fuel. Very poor customer service. And in answer to the next question - Yes I would rent a car again for a similar trip but not with Maggiore

Pros: No problem with having our own insurancel; no silly attempts to sell extras. No nonsense on return. Car was fine.

Cons: Collecting the car took longer than expected. There is still a 'blocked' amount on my credit card, in addition to the payment made, despite returning 10 days ago.

Pros: The drop off was the only pleasant experience. That was straightforward and no threat of finding any "damage" to the car. I took photos nonthesless.

Cons: I was pressured to upgrade the car, upgrade the insurance, and upgrade the refuelling policy, all with dire warnings of the consequences if "something" happened. A most uncomfortable experience.

Cons: Auto was niet schoon, veel vuiligheid en krassen, waardoor ik iemand erbij haalde om samen te controleren. Een kras die notabene al aangegeven was op papier door de man die ik erbij haalde voor controle, wordt ons nu aangerekend en is in zelfs al in rekening gebracht. Ik maakte hem attent op 2 deukjes op de motorkap, waarvan hij op mijn aandringen slechts 1 deukje op het papier vermeldde. Hij vond mij erg lastig en ik moest me niet zo druk maken om krasjes. Slechte ervaring, ga er werk van maken

Pros: Service was friendly

Cons: We got a smaller car then a fiat punto and no other car was available. We struggled to get everything in the twingo. The class of the car was not clear when booking it. Also we were going to get charged for the 2nd driver when we dropped off the car. I had asked on pick up if it was for free and they said yes. So wanting to being charged for that at the end was very confusing.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Snow chains, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–27 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 4500 km per rental.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle. Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, Maggiore Charge Card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, Discover, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, Maggiore Charge Card.

Visa Electron, Maestro, Cheques, JCB, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Geographical restrictions
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
