Pros: Not much. It felt like they were bullying us to pay more money

Cons: They did not accept my Amex or Visa debit card. This has never happened to me before. It felt like a scam to make us pay more money.

Cons: The misinformed ‘ In terminal ‘ experience. The pick up point was located 1km walk up the road away from the airport terminal.

Pros: They gave me a first car, but after I started driving, I had to go back because I thought it had some technical problems it wasn’t stable on the road. I went back, told them about it, and they immediately gave me another car.

Pros: I thought that having a brand new car would be nice.

Cons: Having a brand new car, meant that slight scratches on the under part of the bumper, due to our villa having a 1/4 mile drive on stones, was an issue and we had to pay for it. If we had had a used car, then general marks like this would not have been charged for.

Cons: The agent in Pisa airport was not interested to talk and she was very rude. She didn't want to spend time to explain charges she was asking to include and no instructions for picking up the car.

Pros: Once both agents provided service things moved quickly. Great pick up service and drop off service in the car lot. We were delighted to have a hybrid. Dents and scrapes well documented and inside very clean.

Cons: Initially a bit of a wait to get service. Almost $1,000 deposit hold took 2 weeks to be removed from credit card after drop off.

Cons: They claimed previous damage was caused by us despite us taking initial pictures of preexisting damage. Their damage report also displayed damage to the same area (wheel alloy and rear bumper) which would likely have been caused at the same time as the damage we were accused of. Absolute con artists who have been caught out before trying to charge hirers for preexisting damage. Will certainly not use again

Cons: Staff are officious and appear rude. I don’t think this is the case as everyone renting for different desks said the same but don’t expect happy easy going staff.

Pros: The car itself was okay - problem was the criminals running the office. My feelings towards Italy Car Hire were confirmed by a local saying he would never ever use them - they charged him E1400 for something he didn't do!

Cons: Being supplied with a car inferior to the one booked and being charged more for it because the car they tried to give us was significantly smaller than the one booked. They also tried to charge for a scratch on return but we had fortunately videoed the car on pick up so could prove it was there at pick up. I would never use Italy Car Rental again.

Cons: Nothing. The only thing we noticed was reduced tread on the front tires of the vehicle and no washing water for the windscreen.

Cons: Information received from independent car rental was not correct and caused delay and was unnecessary. The information was regarding the extra driver. It seems to me that independent did not communicate with Italian car rental !

Pros: It was cheap and efficient. We took photos and videos at pick-up and we did not have any issues on return. On return the representative asked about a scratch that was not mentioned in the pick-up papers, we showed him the photos and everything was alright.

Cons: The phone numbers are unreachable. We were low on AdBlue on our way to Firenze and tried to contact them for 15minutes, calling 3 numbers simultaneously, without success. We ended up returning to Pisa and the problem was fixed on the spot.

Cons: While picking the cars (Pisa airport), the person who was to help us seemed bothered when we had to ask how to get into the car because it was too close to the cars next to it. She made it clear it was a burden to her to solve the problem. That was not professional.

Cons: This company is a scam, trying to defraud clients money through fake damages on the car. We have seen this in various clients comments on the internet, and we also experienced it our selves. We greatly advise you to reconsider your cooperation with this provider. Personally, further to the action i will take with my bank and my solicitor, i will make sure that people over the internet are aware of these scammers, so as to avoid them

Cons: Had to walk a fair distance to find them with my parents in the heat. Paper work said in terminal which was incorrect. Also there was a shuttle bus to the car hire which we found after returning the cars, this should have been stated on the paperwork. On returning the car the agent in the car park can only be described as obnoxious.

Pros: The drop off was at a completely different location where staff here listened and did process my concerns.

Cons: Hard to find in the car rental lots, the car I wanted for rental was completely different from what I was given, the car was said to be full-to-full and I received it with a complete empty tank of CNG and 1/3 tank of petrol. CNG stations are hard to find and you can not pump this into your car, an attendant has to do this. Also, most gas stations close from 1-3pm. So this was very difficult to find.

Pros: At Pisa the car rental is in a separate building from the airport which made it a bit calmer. Italy Car Rent agent spoke good English.

Cons: You are given an iPad to sign the agreement - but it’s not easy to read the agreement - I always prefer to read what I’m signing!

Pros: At pick up I pointed out a small muck in the car. Agent said it’s nothing. At drop off in Rome. A lady said she Checked only the fuel car was ok. I was asked to sign to attest. When I got my return signature copy there was about hundreds of damaged things to car b that never happened. I dint know as of yet whether it is a copy of past damages in which case I got a rental that was severely damaged and fixed or if they are perpetuating fraud on the insurance company since I paid a full comprhensiv

Cons: At drop off lady had me sign off on drop off papers and said I was attesting to fuel tank. Then i got a document that showed all this damage. I think if that’s the case they are fraudulent claims to the insurance since I paid 100% coverage.

Gave us a car with the clutch, accelerator and brake peddles all in the opposite positions to every other vehicle in the world, the brand was not a known brand nor what we ordered - a complete scam to make you upgrade. Poor service - rude people. Quoted $650 paid $1300!! Please go and read the 2 star rating on google. So many people have been screwed over by this company. Advice - go to Hertz or another well known provider and save yourself the money and hassle.

Cons: The first day the car ran out of oil. A bit of an inconvenience driving around Tuscany for the right oil on day 1. But I did email and the customer service team got back to me stating they would refund me.

Cons: Booked in terminal car rental.... but to be clear there is no in terminal car rental in Pisa.... you have to exit the airport to find poorly signposted bus stop to the left.... then realise if you walk in the opposite direction to the right, you would be at the car rental car park. Finally found them.... then after check in desk where directed to a location with no car there... back to terminal and sent back to car washing location where they kept them..... took an hour from leaving terminal...

Pros: Italy car rent upon collection of the vehicle were very helpful and friendly. Upon collection the opposite was the case!!

Cons: When dropping off the vehicle the girl was rude and unhelpful. They charged me 100 euros for a mark on the wheel which she said was new as opposed to the other larger marks on the same wheel, which she said were not??? The mark was less than my thumb nail . Total rip off!!
