Pros: Friendly but did charge us an additional fine for something completely out of our control. I spent my whole time at the airport trying to contact everyone despite having let them now our flight number so they cold see it was delayed. It was very frustrating as I had a toddler, a child and two elderly parents hanging around and costing us more money.

Cons: I felt under pressure with paying additional costs and extra insurance that we had already paid for. We were also asked for a deposit of £2200 for the car and not once anywhere in writing does it state that much, we were told and read on the contract it would be between £1300 and £1600 but this was not the case. This is the first time we used this service and the only companies to charge us so much more on arrival. I do feel as though we have been scammed which is not a great start to the holida

Cons: We hired a 9 seater car however we were given a 7 seater car. Nothing was mentioned to us in the office and we only discovered the issue when we saw the car in the office. I returned to the office and highlighted the mistake. The agent said there was nothing that they could do. At my insistance she rang her manager who said we coud have a 2nd car. I explained that this was not a solution as we only had 1 driver (me). The agent was not pleasant to deal with and not sympathatic.

Cons: Everything. Pressure selling of additional insurance. I understand using pressure to sell insurance is illegal. Failed IT systems which meant we never received email documents. Patronising staff at car inspection. He expected us to point out the defects and also seemed reluctant to allow us to take photos. Very limited inspection on return where he went straight to very minor almost invisible mark on alloy wheel and then charged us 280 euros. I’m highly suspicious of dishonest practice

Pros: I got upgraded (no charge- well, other than the fucking international driver's lic.) to a convertible.

Cons: The agent told me my booking was cancelled as I was late 59 min. They were really unhelpful and tried to sell me a car 5 times more expensive which I refused. There was no apologies or helpful behaviour. I feel this was a trick to make me pay more money. I will file a complaint and hope the agent will suffer the consequences. I will need compensation for all extra expenses I had due to the inability and unwillingness of this agent to help.

Cons: Car cancelled after we’d had a flight delay. Offered us another car at almost £500 (original was £85!) went to Goldcar for a far better deal.

Cons: The car was filthy, used chewing gum and masks left in the car. No fuel and no screen wash, had to make an emergency petrol stop 5 minutes into the journey. The car was covered in scratches despite being described as with no damage. Car clearly hadn't been checked or cleaned, disgusting

Pros: We hired a new car which was great but we had to pay all over again for a new car. Leaving the car was quick.

Cons: Vety inefficient when picking up the car we had to rent and pay again for a new car, we waited for over 1,5 hrs to get it.

Cons: Look the agent was ok and she was prepared to change the car only for the manager to jump and tell me how swing he was absolute nightmare and not what you want to be dealing with at the start of your holiday. Will not be using them or yourselves again

Pros: The booking clerk tried to solve the problem of an asinine policy by Ok car or Discover cars, I don't know whose it is because neither will take responsibility for what happened. So absolutely dissatisfied with Ok cars and Discover cars. Satisfied with the booking clerk on the desk.

Cons: The fact that I had booked a rental car, pad a deposit to hold the car only to be told on arrival that the car had been given to someone else because I turned up more than an hour late. Neither company deigned to try and contact me costing me £200 as a consequence. Absolutely fuming about this. Will never use either company again, and will never recommend either company

Cons: booked a car with no insurance with okmobility car rental brand. When I arrived the cashier said that they cannot accept my debit card but if I get full insurance then they would accept my debit card(I booked for 150 and I paid 270 in the end). My card had enough money to buy the car but they still wouldnt take it but after I paid more they had no issue using a debit card. I find this ridiculous. They did give me a better car for the inconvinience though.

Cons: There was no indication of an expiry on this booking in the terms and conditions. Our plane was nearly an hour late, we only had hand luggage and walked immediately to the car hire centre. When we arrived we were told that our reservation was for one hour only and we were 10 minutes late. A new booking had to be raised incurring an additional 195euros and no refund on mu deposit of £25.49. This is a disgraceful way to run a business. Terms and conditions MUST be made clear on booking

Cons: Our experience with OK mobility felt very disjointed with Discover Cars. They charged us a ton extra at the counter. There was confusion over whether the Discover insurance would cover us properly, and I have a charge both on my card (which I used to book) and my husband's credit card. I think the rental ended up costing us around 600 euros in total, nearly double what we'd paid to discover cars at the beginning. It also took us over an hour to actually pick up the car - their system was down.

Pros: The car was good and the best deal available at the time.

Cons: Firstly, the rental desks are not in the Terminal, as wrongly claimed when booking. You have to either get the bus or take a long walk, with kids and luggage, in the heat. The check in agents took a long time, they claimed I needed an IDP when I didn’t and forced me to pay over €70 as a result; and they were very pushy about extra insurance that I didn’t need. They also claimed the car had no dents or scratches on it, but it did. There were no drop off instructions. Wouldn’t use them again.

Pros: Nothing as the car was cancelled after 59 mins, the flight was delayed on the runway for 3 hours and attempts to inform of delay went unanswered from 24/7 helpline.

Cons: Got to the desk and they wouldn’t rent me the car. Said I needed an international drivers license. Should have been detailed in my booking and was not.
