Pros: No problem with service at all. I little confused who or where to pick up the car. The major issue was that I returne the car at 7:00 AM and no one was around to ask what to do. I was not awear the location to leave the keys. I end up leaving the key to next kiosk SIXT in the terminal who promised to give the keys as soon as the open at 8:30 AM. The rest is history. Thank you and hope to rent again next year. Rgs. DINOS

Cons: It was not the car I was hopping to get a FIAT 500L but I did my trip with the OPEL SUV they had. Overall happy with the car. MAybe next year I will be lucky to get what I order. Keep well. Thank you. Rgs. Dinos

Pros: Initially friendly desk on pickup, choice of car

Cons: No signage on desk, appalling drop off experience, car was scrutinised by two people who were determined to blame any minor scratches on the driver even though these were already present on the car on pickup and I could prove this with photographic evidence! The marks were not recorded on the official pickup file and no on was available to point them out to!..I felt totally scammed by the return operatives...very poor service with no paper evidence all done on their electronic device !

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, Railway fee, Port fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
