Pros: Despicable, unprofessional, lack of compassion or understanding of the situation

Cons: I would have expected to pay extra or even a fine but having been told that they had no other cars available makes no sense unless the car I had cancelled was already given away which doesn’t seem likely due to me being delayed only minutes after the 2hr period. I was forced to go to a competitor who were able to provide me with a car within minutes

Cons: I had a delay and I tried to contact Rental plus to notify through the numbers that were in the voucher, one does not answer the other number is not on line. In the end I managed to contact the landline. Which then I found out that they don't have a WhatsApp number the other numbers are not up to date.

Cons: I booked a car but I got there later than expected and no car was available but I was given a car if I paid an extra €85 which had no choice but to pay as my wife was with me who is disabled and in a wheel chair what I don’t understand was if I had already paid for a car why was it given away as they say which is a ripoff the car given was not full to full it would only have enough for 148 klm in the tank and full of sand in the door sides and in the gaps at the front.

Cons: Hidden cleaning charge - this has never happened to me that car rental provider advising me that I need to return the car clean otherwise I would be charged! I had to settle for Euros 15 pre-charge for ease of mind! To top it off, car was NOT clean externally and cigarette smoke internally!!

I was ringing on your phone, no respond?I was waiting almost one hour on the empty desk on Bologna airport , waiting for your employ to appear? Finally she appeared, without excuse and friendly sorry for the incident?

Pros: The car was almost new (10K kilometers). Handled great with absolutely no problems or concerns!

Cons: Dropping off the car was harder than it should be. Not enough parking spaces so had to park in a different rental car company's return spot.

Pros: I found the staff excellent. Collected at Bologna. Dropped off at Milan. Car was 6 months old. It is an unaccompanied pick up, and you check the car before you drive away. Any damaged not highlighted on your order, you just WhatsApp a photo with the reg and they update their records. We sent 3 photos just in case they were picky on drip off but no issues

Cons: A car with windows so dirty on the inside that you couldn't see much through them when driving against the sun. Empty windshield washer fluid tank. The employee who handed over the car in the rental parking lot was not very professional and had poor jokes. There was no antenna in the car, so you couldn't listen to the radio. The fuel tank was not full.

Cons: The car was very dirty inside,when the sun was shining I couldn't see properly. I had a much bigger car,diesel instead of petrol. They could provide smaller size only with automatic gear. The parking lot is awful,very hard to manage the parking.When I asked for help from the guy he was laughing and said believe me is managable,I can park it for you but if I do any damage you have to pay for it.

They took so long to get the forms filled out that we were in such a rush to leave we signed up to things we didn't understand clearly. Really disappointing. Finding the downtown drop off was also confusing as their office location is in a different place.

Pros: They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and effectively communicated the key points in a concise and easily understandable manner.

Cons: While I did not dislike the service, I would like to suggest that clearer instructions be provided regarding where to drop off the car in the event that there are no available parking spaces. Due to this confusion, I incurred an additional €8 in parking fees.

Cons: Collecting time was really long, at least comparing to my previous rental experience. I was second in the queue and it took around 45min to get a car. Also I could see in competitors desks people were coming and going, max 10min and they would walk away with car keys while we were still there. I would not complaint if there would be queue but with 2 customers that seemed really long

Pros: Cheap price, office in the BLQ terminal, automated pickup and dropoff at the airport's parking lot.

Cons: Car cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Little flexibility from the office personnel (booked at 8:30, arrived at 8:00 with public transport, was told to wait 30 mins even if there was nobody in the queue and the car was already available).

Cons: Was charged a heinous amount of money (€350!!) for a very minor scratch to the alloy wheel. Real lack of transparency over charges and little to no explanation of them. Effectively just said we don't decide, the computer does... Extremely unsatisfactory and extremely unjust experience. My experience of companies such as this is that they aren't there to support you, but there to exploit you in any possible way they feel like they can get away with.

Just quick guide, a kind reminder through local driving rules with fines, toll roads (like that car don't have a transponder or how even this system works) would be perfect. And I didn't like my Peugeot car, I know it's new, but there's definitely something wrong with transmission since this car can't hold itself still on slopes.

Cons: The indicators are weak to be able to reach the place where you picked up the car. It would be good if before the roundabout at the Airport you put some visible signs to the place where the car should be left. When I arrived a representative came immediately and I gave him the keys, this was very good and I didn't waste time at the office to leave the keys as I did with the others on previous trips.

Upon return, they wanted a 28euro cleaning fee - the car was spotless - and refused to do anything about previous problems and said to email. I will do so but have understandably low expectations that anything will be done
