Pros: No, they didn't make a fuss when it came to picking up and dropping off the car; that was relatively easy.

Cons: Firstly, we rented a Mercedes Vito or similar, and they give us a Ford Transit, which is a cheaper and lower category. Then, when we arrived to return the car, it was very difficult to find the entry and we had to look for a person through the parking, until we found a worker and came to drive the car to the correct place.

Cons: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The car was dirty, there was no water in the wipers tank and lastly they charged me for windscreen dent less than 1 cm caused probably a small rock while driving in the highway.

Cons: It was really quite a poor car for the price paid and had 97,000km on the clock

Pros: they made the recall of the deposit as soon as they checked that the car's drop off condition was the same as by pick up.

Cons: Wielokrotnie większe koszty niż było to wskazane w pierwotnym zamówieniu. Rozumiem,że za kartę debetową miało być drożej ale nie aż tak! To lichwa!

Cons: They gave me a fiat 500, which was in the smallest car category, even though I paid for a slightly bigger car with 4 doors, not 2

Cons: Se solicită card de credit. Dacă nu ai, plătești din nou asigurarea( deci de 2 ori) , iar depozitul va fi mai mare cu 100 de euro. E cam absurda această cerință a lor.

Cons: debit cards not accepted even though they say they do and my card can actually go in overdraft so there is no difference between my "debit" card and credit card, but they didn't even want to listen to me

Cons: We payed extra 150€ for extra insurance because we had debit card. When we made the reservation nowhere wrote something like that. The company wrote debit card and credit card accepted. Never again reservation from this company

Cons: You are a provider of services and you sold me full insurance for my trip but Sicily By Car prefered that I should have bought insurance with them. If anything had happened the process of claiming insurance would have been a nightmare for me because Sicily By Car have their own policies which are in contradiction to your insurance provider

Pros: They did agree to charge the vehicle but only when I insisted. The car's radio antenna being left on the passenger seat was the final straw!

Cons: The assumption that a car with lots of cosmetic damage is acceptable for hire.

Pros: Location of rental car was in the airport and easy to find.

Cons: The billing process was unclear. I believe I was overcharged on my rental car. Did not differentiate between rental charge and charge for damages from the broken window (our car was broken into by thieve and luggage stolen).

Cons: The car doesn't look like new. Maybe they can renew their fleet.

Pros: The rep at the Bologna airport was great and efficient. We did have to take the car back after a couple of days because the engine lights came on and there was a slow leak in one of the tires, but when I called I got a the rep on site at the airport and I talked to that actual person when I got there. So comforting.

Cons: Just the fact that we had to get a replacement car after only having it a day, but they were able to replace with a comparable size car, quickly.

Cons: The car was too small for the needs. We ordered a compact (Opel Crossland x) and fgot an economy car (Reanault Clio) The desk representative didn't agree that it is a different category car!

Pros: Car did not fit my body. My feet were way too large for the slippery gas, brake and clutch pedals. So large that I had to drive barefoot, my foot slipped off of the clutch and I had an accident. There should be warnings about foot size on the tiny cars. The Suzuki replacement was fine. More my size.

Pros: For my first time rental in Italy and I love them services! Top of the shop 👌 I do apologise that I miss refueling the car but I was stock on motorway on the way back and nearly missing lfy due that incident . Over all very satisfying for service !

Pros: From the time I booked in Australia,to my arrival in Bologna to pick up the car,and my drop off twenty days later went as smooth as a babies bottom.

Cons: Sicily by Car promised a Peugeot 206 or "similar" but, on arrival, I was provided with a Vauxhall Corsa which is definitely smaller than a Peugeot 206. This was too small for our purposes and I had no choice but to upgrade at a cost of £400. The car seats they provide are also poor and piled in a heap in the office. They are reluctant to help you fit these into the car. None of them are iso fix. Poor service.

Was mean to us and didn't want to help us at all, even suggested we use another car rental company - also to another customers that finally went to Sixt. Fortunately there was another car rental agent in the parking which was really nice to us. But overall we spent 1.5h picking up the car. It's the last time i will use sicilybycar. You guys really need to be more customer-friendly.

Pros: The desk was in the airport, and the car was only a short walk away, not a coach drive.

Cons: I was late picking up the car so incurred an extra charge per day for renting the car. This was due to British Airways flight being delayed twice. It would be helpful to have a number CLEARLY printed somewhere so we could contact the desk and tell them we were going to be late. This would have avoided these annoying fines which made what seemed like quite a good deal suddenly not a good deal at all. Also, we were told the "new" car they'd found us was a higher spec. I don't believe that it was.

Pros: Very good professionals, explained everything in details, they appreciated the supplementary insurance of DicoverCars and don't even tried to sell their extra insurance.

Cons: When I went to the Customer service desk to pick up my car the available agents got cut down to one person while I was waiting in the line where the agent got up, left, and never returned, which left all of us wait and hour to be helped by the one sole person who was stressed out for having now to help about 20 people in the merged lines. I really felt sorry for her. She was calling for help on the phone but no one came to help her. Really, really bad management.

Cons: The duration spent queuing at the desk in Bologna was excessive. Approximately 20 minutes per customer to process- totally excessive-and we were 8 customers back when we joined the queue. No apologyi or recognition of the queue. I took the insurance but the £25 euros per day for full coverage was then subject to 30% tax added on, and added on to the total already committed to as well. So my expected balance payment of £267 turned into £621....Un...real!
