Surprice at Bologna Airport

Pros: two of the agents was extra curious and helpful

Cons: it was a surprise let's say, the car I wanted I did not get, instead I git a bs car that gave me lots of headache and issues

Pros: A person that dropped us off at the airport after returning car did not want to leave us in front of the entrance and it was pouring cats and dogs outside. We offer to pay extra, but he was so rude.

Pros: Nothing absolutely disgusting I was book my car from time and I got there and a lot of issues because you are just a platform and company have different rules I was supposed to get another car from another company with luggage and everything very hard to find from where to be picked up from shuttle bus no indication where exactly it is absolutely rubbish and I need you to refund me

Pros: The car was brand new and clean. This was the only good thing about my experience.

Cons: This was the worst rental experience I ever had and I have rented cars more than 15 times in different countries. Declined both my credit cards (VISA and Mastercard). My banks said that its their terminals fault. So after an hour and a half and none support from their empoyees... I had to pay with debit card and to pay 300 euro extra for their insurance because of that even when I had already got one from this site.

Cons: The service was by far the worst service I have seen in the world of car rentals. I have been to 51 countries and 4 continents and rented cars in most of the places and I am yet to see such disdain for the costumer. The pick up was very late, communication over the phone was non existant and at the end of the trip then company surprised us saying the car wasnt clean enough. They also tried to blame us for a scratch that was already there. Absolutly dreadfull, as most reviews can verify

Cons: Too many stickers on the cars !!!! This is uncomfortable and no secure. Knowing that the car is on rent can indulge other people to damage car or stealing odd part . (

Cons: Waited an hour for the car, because check-in was so slow. 2 people in front of me took 20 mins each and then I took 20 mins. In a stuffy office.

Cons: We were told (AFTER we took a taxi to the Surprice office) that we could have taken a free shuttle - "just a 5-minute walk from the terminal". I have arthritis and use a walker. I tried to explain that a 5-minute walk for a young, healthy person is a 20-minute painful walk for me, but got no understanding.

Cons: At the airport you need to find the shuttle bus pick-up. As the service is not official there are the signs. The instructions on the documentation are not sufficient and when I called the person I spoke to didn’t have sufficiently good English that I could understand. It took nearly an hour to find it and then wait for a bus. The bus only takes 8 people so you malight have to wait for it to drop off and come back again. When we eventually got to the office they were short staffed and Slow

Pros: Really good value for money. Friendly staff and didn't have to wait too long to be served. Although it could be pretty frantic if more people were picking up cars at the same time.

Cons: It wasn't the easiest to find as we had to get a shuttle service, but this did mean we were already away from the airport when we picked up the car, and it was a bit frantic and busy in the parking lot when we returned the car

Pros: Amazing service from the lady at the counter. She was alone with many clients but always very professional, kind, smiling and polite. Great service!!

Cons: The car had these horrible stickers on it that made me look like a tourist and that's not a pleasant experience sometimes. It's nice to blend in while I travel and not look vulnerable, especially as a solo woman traveler. I felt less safe and more of a target because of that.

Cons: There was only one employee to support all rental companies. One employee to make new contracts, check the outgoing and incoming cars. We spent 2,5 hours in the office until we could get our car. At one point, the employee, had 10 people in front of him!!! Upon returning, since we were a company of 12, we had to wait for the single 1 shuttle van to make 2 rounds to drop us at the airport. The van though didn't leave us near the departure terminals but 5-10 minutes walk away.

Do we had to walk carrying the luggage and 6 minors in the rain for 10 minutes!!! When we asked the driver why he didn't leave us closer to the airport building, he responded that he would have to pay to get inside!!!! All this caused us to spend and lose 2,5 hours of our vacation on arrival and another 2,5 on departure, almost losing our flight!!!

Cons: This company (at least in Bologna) is a joke. Zero signs about pick up spot for shuttle to office. Zero information about it in description. They are not picking up the phone. I've spent 2hours waiting for any respond from their side. Awful beginning of the holidays
