Noleggiare at Bologna Airport

Pros: It was at the airport.

Cons: Long wait. Car provided was not a premium SUV, which was booked. The number of damages to the vehicle during the hand over ran to two pages. It was obvious that SIXT and AVIS had newer superior models. The fleet for Noleggiare was very mixed, with very few newer vehicles.

Cons: They want to charge me a 600€ for a less then 1 m’m scratch on the front glass.

Pros: Quick and efficient service at both Bologna check-out and check-in. Very cheap rental cost, but comprehensive insurance cover is extra, and there is a hefty deposit if you don’t take it out. This is pretty standard now though with all companies. Just make sure you have your own excess insurance. Overall very satisfied with noleggiare on this occasion and would use again and recommend at Bologna airport

Pros: noleggiore extorted insurance in the amount of €215. The contract with Renato cars was not accepted by the rental companies. I spent 3 hours at the airport, wasted money and nerves

Pros: Noleggiare has trained its employees to screw customers I made the reservation from your website but when i went there, 45 minutes late they told me that my booking was lost because i was late and now i had to take another car, with the same parameters but x2 the price She even told me that the full insurance that i made through your website wasn’t valid and i had to make a new one I was with kids and I understood that i was being fucked but I couldn’t do anything due to the need of the car

Cons: They wouldn’t honor the rental; leaving me stranded. Altogether waited almost three hours in their lines trying to sort it out.

Cons: We had a problem with the cruise because of the weather and for change, the pick up time was the worst!!!!! The car set didn't work correctly my son was available to take it off on top of that the car asked for a change of oil.

Cons: We rent an electric car by mistake and when we asked them they told us that is hybrid car instead.They didnt explain to us how to charge the car and we spend two days to find the way to charge it. Last day they told us to left the car on Parking no3 and that it was a mistake because they must to leave the car on car rental parking, and we pay €12 only for 5 minutes mistake parking. Its a lot of thnks and overall we have bad experiance of noleggiare.

Pros: Easy enough to pick up the car & drop off

Cons: As mentioned in my overall review, we were over charged, money has not been refunded nor was picked up by the company until we called and questioned, we have not received the payment invoice or agreement as promised.

Cons: 2 hours to pick up the car. The 7-seater I booked was not available, they gave me a 5 seater instead. At pick up the car had some small damage, they quickly told me to just take pictures of it. At drop off they put the responsibility on me. Had to write to customer service and I'm still waiting to see what happens.

Cons: I didn't got the car I've reserved, the day before i called them to tell them what kind of car I want and they told me it's ok. When i was there they give me a car that i didn't want, they didn't helped me to change it. 2700 km, speed 130 km/h, 12 times full, more than 500 euro, a premium car with 25 lt tank.

Cons: They are absolute crooks. The car broke down on the first day and had to be towed (The battery wouldn't hold the charge). We had to waste a day of our holiday driving across italy to pick up a new car, got charged for the tow truck (which also took an age to sort out) and we were then forced to pay for the fuel that we'd used even though it was impossible to get the car to a petrol station to fill it up (and no acknowledgement of the fuel we'd wasted driving backwards and forwards to Pisa)

Cons: Shuttle service terrible. Check in time way too long . Took 15 minutes just to move cars around to get to ours so we could leave.

We walked long distance with all our luggage and the map they sent was incorrect.Why can't the shuttle wait at the exit of the airport????we left the car at 6 o clock in the morning in best shape and very surprised and angry to get a damage claim about a scratch that was'nt there!!!
