Cons: I didn't like the fact that I chose a fiat 500 on discovery cars and I got a fiat panda at the desk. Discover cars should be more precise about the fleet of the rental company.

Cons: The car. The condition of the car in terms of cleanliness and general car maintenance. I've never had such a dirty and abused car before

Pros: Miss Maria at the Bologna airport location was extremely friendly, helpful and hardworking. Smooth pickup and drop off, quick service and all questions answered. The staff provided a feeling of trust and not being picky about everything.

Cons: The car was supposed to be returned washed and cleaned but it wasn’t a big deal.

Cons: Everything else. They scammed me for additional 118 EUR insurance to accept my revolut debit card. Turn out the card is not a problem, they just making problems to charge you extra. Their support doesn't exist just like yours. Car was filthy inside.

Cons: Horrible service. The girl working on the morning of Saturday, 6June 2025 refused us service. Car was not provide. Agent was extremely rude, constantly on the phone while not answering our questions. Refused to indicated the manager or allow us to talk to someone while we could see people in the back.

I must to buy ad blue and ticket to back from the place were i take the car..paid taxi..trains... I send total cost for these extra thinks..but no body answer..to tell whats going on.

Pros: Moja rezerwacja minęła bez przeszkód.

Cons: Rodzina która, z nami podróżowała również chciała wypożyczyć samochód od godziny 20:00. Jednak Wasza strona zarezerwowała im samochod w wypożyczalni która była czynna tylko do 20:00. Opóźnienie samolotu spowodowało, że kiedy znaleźli umówione miejsce gdzie mieli spotkać się z busem który odebrałby ich z lotniska, nikt z wypożyczalnie nie odbierał już telefonu. Nie rozumiem jak mogliście pośredniczyć z firmą otwarta do godziny 20:00 jeśli chcieli wynająć samochód od 20:00.

Cons: Gave a car with a key that has electrical problems- not possible to lock the car and refused to solve the problem at the first day,on return they claimed I have damaged the car and took my deposit,a police case opened by me. This is not a car rental but scamming syndicate. And investigation started by police

Pros: Car was extremely dirty, notified the agent and he replaced it with the same level of dirt car. Unable to check previous scratches, car was not cleaned and all the aspects from inside and out was obviously not cleaned

Cons: Pickup bus refused to pick us up twice stating that there will be another bus for the pickup. Even it was not full they left and only came back after 30 min to pick us up after having to call the office to complain. We stayed under the 30 degrees sun for 30 min due to the initial refusal. For the return to the airport, same thing happened we asked if that was the bus they said no. After further asking we were allowed to use it for drop of back to the terminal. Will never use this services agai

Cons: They never inspected the car at any point with me during my rental. I was then charged 633 Euros for what they claimed was damage caused by myself with no evidence to prove this.

Pros: The price is really good. The car was with some damage, but everything identify in contract. Everything well explained. No problems at all. Drop off really fast, they saw the car and was all fine. I recommend. I rented in airport of bologna and the office is not in the airport, but they have a shuttle till the office, everything easy.

Pros: Nothing. I rented a VW Passat on contract. Landing at the airport I called the given number, a van came but did not pick me up as they said they did not have mine name. The driver said the second van would take me, but not even that had my name, I go on just the same. On arriving in this field in pitch darkness at 01:00 am I was given a dirty, banged up Ford Focus. I explained that I paid for a Passat, but they said the car was in the same category a blatant lie. You could not see out of the win

Cons: Once I returned the car at 10:00, this junk was examined microscopically for any scratches. Thankfully I had taken a video aided by light from a second phone so I could prove the scratches on the car were there already. Never again.

Cons: We received a car without engine oil (below the minimum) and need to return it after 1 1/2 days. Luckily, we were still in Bologna.

Pros: No shuttle at airport/2 hours wait/3 times called them from my Canadian cell phone/ finally took taxi to go there.

Cons: They didn’t accept my Canadian drivers license. Why they booked my car if they don’t accept. At the time of booking I told that Canadian driver with Canada license.

Cons: I waited for one hour at their office before a clerk told me that I would lose the booking.

Pros: Very good value for money. Professional and English speaking personnel at the pickup desk. Good car.

Cons: The fact that we had no instructions to where we should wait for the pick-up van was not a nice experience when we were already running late for our check-in at the rented property. We had to call, which several calls went unanswered, and it was very difficult to understand the instructions in another language in a loud airport environment, keeping in mind that I had a very exhausted child with me. 😔 A pin point location on the booking would have solved the issue so easily.

Cons: The courtesy bus pickup point at the terminal was not described correctly. We had to take a taxi in the end. Plus the were more and more extra charges for hiring the car once we arrived at the office. Discover cars should have listed all the price options from the outset. Not much later. I will never use discover cars ever again

Cons: Never picked the phone for pickup, had to take a taxi which thry refused to pay. On dropoff to the airport they left us around 500m from the departure gate while rainning. The car had no windshield liquid cleaner, was dirty inside and crashed all around

Cons: the location of the place is horrible, one has to walk ~1km to get to the pick up place and was not clear from the beginning that the agency would be outside the airport, also no clarity on the shuttle agency that does the pick up and drop off. Got dropped off same place as pick up even with heavy rain and having to drag multiple luggage for .7 miles with two young kids...overall awful experience. Will do everything to avoid it.

Pros: Before booking the car, the total price did not conclude the extra fee we had to pay for arriving after midnight. Moreover we couldn’t find the pick up spot because the map was written on hand and the representatives did not speak English. When we dropped off the car, the representative informed us that we had to pay an extra fee of 60€ because the car was not full of gas. Fortunately, I had read the contract and we had to drop it off with the same amount of gas that it was before. (2/8)

Cons: - It was hard to find a shuttle pickup location at Bologna Airport. There should be a map included or more detailed info, maps pin etc. I had to call and then ask people. 1. Bad reviews made me worry about hidden fees, charges for cleaning etc. 2. Car had a check light on, was told its ok (!) 3. Tires were worn out. 4. When booking it said assistance included but when I called to report a flat tire, I was told I did not have assistance purchased.

Pros: The child car seat reserved a lot in advance was not in the car, was waiting for it for 20 min in heat with a tired toddler, when he found it he just swinged it over the counter to me - overheated tired mum, alone with the child at the time. Refused to put it in the car. The seat was very dated and dirty.

Cons: It was almost impossible to find out where to go to collect the car. No directions, no help etc. It turned out that we needed to walk for 10 minutes and then wait for a mini van to go on a drive off the airport site to collect the car. Really reallly time consuming. It took us about an hour and a half after collecting our luggage to get the car. Would never do this again.

Pros: I got brand new Fiat 500 hybrid with 800km mileage, clean, carplay was in the media center.

Cons: Little bit hard to find out shuttle bus to the rental agency. Should be available more detailed info on site, because even after phone call I wasn't sure.

Them office was away from the Airport and there was not anyone to wait for us once landing, I called them (thanks for free wifi in the airport) several times to know where to take the shuttle. The meeting point was away (to go under the rail bridge) around 400 meter with my 2 babies, my wife and all the luggages. 2. I reserved Fiat Tipo (you can see the reservation), actually they had only 1 car! Only 1 car in them office! It's Opel Corsa! How can I put all of us with baby seats and stroller
