Pros: The depot is not at the airport which we knew. Shuttle pickup from airport to depot took ages. Car was fine except pretty filthy inside. Shuttle back to airport much quicker.

Pros: Fairly easy process despite pick up location difficult to find .
Cons: Pick up from airport on arrival was not clear where to go and difficult to understand what she was saying. Had to ask airport person to help. Also it was a public holiday and discover cars should have notified them and me. Apparently you did not answer the phone from Targetrent to say they would be closed. Fortunately she came for me and was not pleased.

Pros: Just price is good, everything else awful
Cons: At the pick up the guy asked me to check the car and make photos of any problems I find. Lucky for me I did it, because when I returned the car he "found" two invisible risks in the bodywork that were already there. If I didn't have taken the photos I would have to pay 100 euros.

Pros: The employee, so not the boss, was a bit nicer.
Cons: The above! and also the boss immediately began to threaten with huge amount of money the lost license plate would cost. Also they tried to get us pay for damage, which we luckily recorded was already there at the pick up. Lastly: they wanted a copy of both sides of the credit card. I don’t remember I ever saw that anywhere, never!
