Locauto at Bologna Airport

Pros: I really liked the speed of delivery and return of the car, no unnecessary steps, fast and comfortable

Cons: The website's car return instructions at Fiumicino Airport (FCO) didn't match the actual location of the return parking lot. After one review was published, they promised to fix this, and we hope they'll continue to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in other cases. At a minimum, I suggest that for large airports, the return instructions should include the parking lot building (A/B/C...) and floor number directly on the website; in my case, all this information was missing.

Pros: Location inside the airport easy to find, the parking lot is harder to find.

Cons: Harder way of finding the actual location on the parking lot.

Pros: Everything except finding the pickup and drop off locations. You need more and clearer signs in the pickup area at BLQ, but that was like a walk in the park compared to finding the drop-off area at MXP. The first sign to tell you where to exit for the rental car area was WAY too small, and the later signs were poorly placed and confusing. I have returned rental cars in several countries, and several different places in Italy, and MXP is by far the the worst.

Cons: See above.

Pros: The lady on the desk was speaking english and it helped me to fill the papers

Cons: Everything was excellent!

Pros: Good car, almost new, they were open and showed me the scratch that was already on the car. I appreciate that they didn’t tried to make me buy different extras or insurance from them. I already had full insurance from broker company.

Cons: The car was a bit dirty inside, not unacceptable, just different foot marks on the lower side of dors. Not a big issue anyway

Pros: Before the drop off I went to a gas station to get the tank full.Uppon arrival the agent told me that the tank was almost full but not completely full.At a first glance the difference was barely visible on the indicator. He gave me two choices, first was to leave it like that and get charged for the difference of the fuel plus a 50€ charge for the service that they were going to fill up the tank or run to a gas station get the tank full andd come back at the drop off again as I did.

Cons: The difference of the gas was 3.26€ euros and I almost lost my flight because of these policies.Lets be reasonable and don’t try to fuck up peoples journey with these bullshit

Pros: Car was perfect. The water tank for windshields was eampty

Pros: Fast, online check-in makes the pick up super fast.

Cons: The car flashed "service overdue".

Pros: Erittäin hyvä palvelu, yrittivät kaikin keinon ratkaista uuden auton väärän kielivalinnan, joka oli Unkarin kieli. Ei onnistunut. Sain tilalle vara-auton. Tämä selittää myös luovutuksen keston.

Cons: Find the entrance of the rent-parking was super difficult!

Pros: Машина

Cons: Продление аренды только в офисе - потеря времени

Cons: Not being able to contact the depot directly by email. Not knowing the specifications of the car in particular the luggage storage size and lack of maps and reversing mirror

Pros: The service was quick, the car was excellent, bright new

Cons: The dropp off location was hard to find. Maybe a map would be helpful. Although is inside the airport area, it is not easy to find.

Pros: speed and professionalism

Cons: everything was fine

Pros: Helpful people

Cons: Everything was fine

Pros: With the fast check in service it was very fast for me to pick up the car. The car was brand new and in an almost perfect condition.

Cons: It wasn’t that easy for me to find the rental office at the parking of Bologna airport. When I did, the agent inside looked at me through the window and just kept speaking on the phone, without even open the window. The car wasn’t perfectly clean, but it was clean enough.

Pros: Szybko miło i bezproblemowo

Cons: Inaccurate information regarding car drop-off - parking lot address and how to get to the parking lot

Pros: Helpful and easy to find and converse with the agents.

Cons: The car performance was excellent but the car was dirty from outside, but cleans from inside though. There was many dents and scratches almost all over the car, and not all of them are registered in the “condition of the car file”

Pros: Friendly service.

Pros: Fast, efficient, no problem with the car with full insurance.

Cons: Hard to find the entrance to the parking place when returning the car in the night because poor indicators at airport.

Pros: Everything was perfect

Cons: Keep going

Pros: Good, clean car, friendly service.

Pros: nothing

Cons: nothing. representative should be fired. so rude.

Pros: Quick, professional, simple

Pros: Easy reservation, easy pick up and drop off, very convenient car.

Cons: The agent that gave us the car talked too fast and did not explain everything, but just wanted to get the pick up over with. The car had not water for the windshield.

Cons: I am not satisfied with the fraudulent practice of lying to you that you do not have any insurance when you have already paid for it and as a result of the lying attitude and company policy of urging you to pay for insurance. An obvious fraudulent practice!

Pros: No deposit, minimum paperwork (by filling out additional forms directly on the rental company's website). Friendly service.

Cons: Picking up the car took a had too long for the unknown reasons.

Pros: The only complain is that the car was smaller that the car I booked.

Pros: nice,friendly and helpfull!

Cons: quick and prompt

Pros: price and close to airport

Cons: - no indication about the ZTL - no indication and very difficult to drop off the car - car with tire and oil issue

Pros: Friendly ,polite helpful staff at BLQ airport with good cars

Pros: Fast, easy, car upgrade.

Pros: efficient and quick service

Cons: we ordered a vw golf (or similar) & the reason for this was the boot size. We received a Seat Arona which i would not put in the "similar" bracket as the boot size was tiny in comparison. We struggled with our luggage due to this.

Pros: Quick and rasu

Pros: Very helpful and fast.

Pros: very professional and fast

Cons: needed support in installing the baby seat

Pros: Overall service was great.

Pros: The online check-in saved me time from going to the terminal counter and I went directly to their garage.
