Pros: Quick and efficient service
Cons: Car had few issues which were not clearly mentioned during pick up
Cons: Do not use Drivalia. They gave a car that wasn't working and we had to spend a while day to return it and get another one and on top of instead of compensating us they charged us an additional 200 eur without any email or Intimation.
Cons: Attentant didnt tell us where to drop off the car, phone is not working, 24/7 car assistance phone not working - no one help us. The charge more than they should. I was write a refund request and no one contact us.
Cons: Nothing. I pay to much money for nothing. I pay more diesel and I don't know the reason.
Pros: Car was excellent. Service was great until they took unauthorised money from my account without reason. They are not responding to the several emails I have sent.
Cons: Appalling procedure to return car. They apparently have a full to full fuel policy yet we received the car with a quarter tank (we have photo evidence of this). We returned the car at the same level as received. The rep checked this and agreed no further charges would be due. We then received an incorrect invoice for a full tank of fuel, plus charges. The invoice also included a random 150 euro charge or accessory without explanation. They charged this money and are not responding to emails.

Cons: The customer service at the booth was so bad, she could have cared less about us. poor instructions finding our car, no direction except to follow the red road. the car was dirty, dusty, hair inside, 1/4 tank of gas, engineerings light on, no washer fluid. absolutely terrible.

Cons: The service in Drivalia at bologna airport was very slow and it would have been nice if they have had an extra employee present. The car was nice and clean but a few issues. The battery of the car key was so low and we had to go to drivalia in Florence to have it fixed because we couldn’t open or lock the car. The employee in Florence was kind and helped us. The windshield vipers were in bad condition in the car too making it difficult to drive in rain. Drivalia in Turin was a better experience.
Pros: The experience was awful. The car we rented was not cleaned prior to us picking it up. The car was filthy and smelled bad. The lady at the desk said take it out leave it, we have no other cars and I’m closing now.
Cons: They charged me, some days after returning the car, 181,29 euros for a late (2 hours) delivery of the car. I have already contacted them (via email and dedicated form in their web page) several times, but receive no answer so far.

Cons: Alfa Roméo wirh a lot of computer issues, sometimes auto pilot was not working, cruise control was without speed adoption, engine wasn't able to work in mountains. We got car without diesel (1/4), with low pressure of one tire, and poor technical quality.
Cons: I didnt receive a car. They did not have the car since my plane was 2 hours late and since I could not reach out to them from the plane, they rented the car to someone else.

Cons: Drivalia was a terrible car rental. Car was booked full to full but was half upon arrival. They did not have the safety seats I pre booked for the children so they found some old and totally not safe chairs to give us. A totally terrible experience with the family. plus they gave us an Hybrid car and it was not charged either.

Pros: Drop off was smooth.
Cons: I reserved a car with unlimited miles and the rental confirm. included info about the fuel policy, making it seem the car was hybrid, not full electric. When I arrived at the rental counter, Drivalia advised that it was full electric, that it could go 300 km without recharging, and that there were ample charging stations in the region I would be traveling. But the car only got 180 km, there were limited stations, & Drivalia offered no alternatives in or near Milan.

Cons: Waited for two hours in the queue, then was given a broken car told it “has many problems” and to drive to the nearest town to swap it, we did so, the other branch was closed and had to drive back to the airport and ask for a refund, but were still charged.

Cons: we arrived there on time we waited for an hour we used a british amex with our british residency yet the person was super incompetent and said that he can't use the card, and then cancelled our reservation.

Cons: Wrong information. Total lack of service at car pickup. Had to search for parking lot. Had to search for Drivalias part of parking lot. No attendant there and no information. Had to return to the rental desk several times for information.
Pros: I didn’t get the car only because i didn’t have credit card. They didn’t allow me to pay full coverage insurance so I didn’t need to pay the secure guarantee. Because there are a lot of other companies that if you make the full coverage insurance you do not need any guarantee. And i made the full payment and didn’t get any car. Discover cars didn’t support us at all at least to move the booking to another company and I didn’t get any money back. So i had to pay again a rental car at the airport.
Cons: I would not suggest to book at this company they service is one of the worst i have seen and they do not support you at nothing. They even find it hard to answer your questions. Totally a waste of money.

Cons: 1. Log queue in airport with one person at desk. 2. Given a severely damaged care and only response from the staff members who spoke minimal English 'no problem'. 3. Likely only half a tank of petrol given but was told that I had to do full of full. 4. On return, staff member insisted I park the care though he was free into a tiny parking space 5. I was told I would get whole deposit but they seem to have charged me 70 euros 6. Overall awful experience and regret this
Pros: We had no time to get aquainted with the car because a drivalia driver was telli g us he needed the parking spot. It was very tight getting out and no where to stop to set up satnav which lad to a lot of arm waving and annoyed people. The car had only one working headlight, no windscreen wash. Dropping the car off at Malpensa airport was so stressful as the drop off area is almost impossable yo find and took us over an hour of driving round and round which could've resulted in a missed flight.
Cons: I told the guy at the Drivalia desk that the car had only one headlight and no screen wash and he could'nt care less he just said goodbye. I said to him tge the daesk is ridiculously hard to find and and could've made us miss our plane and he just shrugged and said " i know".
Pros: car type booked was available upon pick up. new and low mileage vehicle was provided. ease of return. accurate charges, as per booking coupon.

Cons: The car was supposed to be picked up with a full tank; it wasn't full, only a little over half. Not fair as it is almost impossible to return with same amount, so client ends up paying for extra petrol.
Pros: I provided an "8" for the car because it had little get up and go. When you're entering the main highways, folks are going the speed limit, was difficult to merge. Drivers do not like moving over to allow you to merge and it was a bit scary. Other times, drivers laid on their horns because I wasn't getting up to speed fast enough for them. I of course ignored those people but not being able to merge adequately onto the highway is a safety hazard. I would recommend another brand.Roommie car!

Cons: The numbers provided on the bookings do not answer to calls or messages so it was extremely difficult to find the office at Bologna since we were picking the car coming from the city and not from the airport. Even after picking the car, the agent did not respond to our WhatsApp message inquiring if the car was petrol or diesel. There was no inflator or spare tyre in the car. We suffered two punctures and the lack of these was very troublesome.

Cons: Desk was unmanned for an hour when we were trying to pick up our car and no phone numbers left worked. Note said agent in parking lot but I went there snd she was no where to be seen. I overheard the agent in the adjacent company call her and say that she ought to come back as we and another couple were getting very agitated. She finally arrived, no apology and was offhand to say the least.

Cons: They didn’t give instruction on what to do when I dropped the car off and so I tried to contact them during the holiday to check but was unable to get hold of anyone on phone or email. As it happened it was easy and straight forward but I didn’t know that until it happened
Cons: The car only had 1/4 tank of fuel in. We were assured it would be full to full. Car was dirty. Car was hybrid. I was not shown how to use the car and it took me a while to figure the controls. On collecting the car, the agent forgot to collect the balance. This meant that e balance was collected part way through my holiday using a credit card which incurred a £35 foreign transaction fee, then no fee would have been incurred on another card.
Cons: The breakdown company phone number given on the documentation did not ring and we had to phone Leasy's head office to obtain further numbers.

We could take it or leave it!! Contacted Discover Cars who solution was to refund deposit and go to another car hire company which he had to do, costing another €300 for each car. Would never recommend under any circumstances

Cons: Are you kidding me? We were late by 1 hr due to flight delay and did not receive even a call and all of sudden car was given to someone else. I already paid 50 euros and it was stolen from my pocket.
Pros: There was absolutely nothing we liked about Leasys and we'll never use you as a Company again! Staff are unhelpful and the Company just doesn't care about it's customers experience!
Cons: You didn't give us the car we had booked. Instead, you gave us a small car and still charged the same price. We had to travel for almost 3 hours in the car with one of the luggages lodged between the children. Also we spent 2 hours in the airport as your assistant wouldn't let me use my credit car to pay for the car as my husband has made the booking even though his card was not working. Whilst there, another family's car has been given away as their plane was late! Worse Company ever!!

Cons: The car was a hybrid Jeep Renegade (instead of a Fiat 500L according to our booking) and they did not explain us at all how to charge the car. The car had a low autonomy and as result we had a very high fuel cost even though we adjusted our driving style to an economic mode and we had a constant anxiety to refuel the tank.

Pros: Service Representatives in Bologna were most helpful and very friendly. In the future it would be soooooo helpful if the Reps would explain the process for entering the parking garage to return the car at FCO. It took me a lot of extra time "figuring it out" on my own.
Cons: There was nobody around to check me out when I picked up the car! My fuel was supposed to be full but it was 2 levels below. Unfortunately, I had to make sure I returned it full. Not cool!
