Pros: The worst service ever.
Cons: Rude and obnoxious clerk in the check in. And I was there with 3 kids. What a way to start a holiday in Italy. Luckily the rest of our trup was great.
Cons: There was nobody at the carpark. We could not check the car at delivery and on return.
Pros: Terrible customer service, unhelpful, unprofessional, beaten up car, obvious problem with the car that they didn’t want to substitute it at pick up at Bologna BLQ. The battery left us stranded for 2 days. Drivalia Road Assistance was a joke, they told us they booked a tow truck but it never arrived, they actually had never booked it. We called many times for 2 days, nobody did anything, we were on our own with a dead battery. It was a very stressful experience, they are a terrible company.

Pros: Nothing: I tried contacting the multiple times but they only picked uo the phone ince giving me the wrong indication how to stop the charging sessions so I had to find out by myself
Cons: NOTHING: absolutely worthless... not the service nor the car which locked itself while I was looking at how to stop charging but there was an issue with the fob/key, ao I had to look for a place to buy a new battery I booked a full-to-full fuel pomicy car but on the contract they wrote the battery was 80 upon pick-up while it was 76 and, altough I returned with 46% as I had no chance to recharge before returning it, I got a charged € 52,42 on the bill they e-mailed to me,saying it only 40%left
Pros: We got a new car with 40 km benzine so we had stress to find a gas station
