Pros: The car was ok for the money
Cons: They charged me 50 Euros AFTER I had returned the car with a full tank and no damage AND had it signed off by their handler. Luckily I kept the receipt and sent them a scan of it together with my complaints and reminded them that unauthorized transactions are illegal. They have since said they will refund the money, but I could not trust them in future.

Pros: The first car we received was an older model and had severe brake issues that became apparent after driving for a day. The agents helped us to quickly exchange it for a new car at the airport. We were satisfied overall with their customer service.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Public Liability Insurance (PLI), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee of 12.00 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 25, with a maximum of 60.00 EUR per rental.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee of 12.00 EUR per day, with a maximum of 60.00 EUR per rental applies to drivers above the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
