Cons: Despite full compliance with the terms and conditions as outlined in your booking voucher, the Carwiz representative insisted on the mandatory purchase of additional insurance at the rate of €60 per day, along with a deposit of €400. This requirement was not disclosed at the time of booking, nor is it mentioned in the rental voucher or terms provided to me.

Cons: We payed an extra fee to have an earlier pick-up. It didn’t work; we waited 30 minutes because the office was closed. Of course the fee wasn’t charged but we wanted an earlier pick-up because of job issues.

Cons: We arrived at their desk at 20.10. They decided to charge us additional cost because they provided service outside working hours (working hours was until 20.00). I said ok since in the documents I got after booking the car online it was mentioned that there could be an extra charge even though I did not believe that for 10 minutes it was required.. The agent told us that we had to pay 68 EUR more. When I said:"I am sorry?" The agent said: "ok EUR 30" and then EUR 25. I left. Scam..Avoid!

Pros: Automobilio atidavimas buvo greitas ir sklandus.

Cons: Buvo sunku rasti nuomos kompanijos stalą, nes nebuvo jokio Carwiz ženklo. Mergina, kuri perdavė nuomuojamą automobilį buvo labai nemaloni ir primygtinai reikalo pirkti jų papildomą draudimą, kuris buvo itin brangus. Aiškinomės beveik 1val, kad aš jau turiu draudimą ir jų draudimo nepirksiu. Labai sugadino nuotaiką. Tikrai niekam nerekomenduočiau naudotis šios kompanijos paslaugomis.

Pros: Very very good price. 2nd car was excellent, like new

Cons: Contrary to advertised petrol wasn’t full to full but 7/8ths to 7/8ths which is a pain and a bit of a con to get some free petrol as it’s almost impossible to top the car back up to 7/8ths full. 1st car had to be taken back as it had an airbag warning light displayed on the dash which wouldn’t go out.

Pros: Não consegui recolher o carro porque o funcionário abandonou o seu posto de trabalho antes de nós chegarmos. Tive que ir no dia seguinte depois de pagar taxi para o hotel na noite de chegada e na manhã do dia seguinte. A somar a tudo isso e pelo que disse paguei um dia em que não Roche carro

Cons: O funcionário que era suposto nos receber e entregar o carro, pra e simplesmente foi embora. Houve mais clientes na mesma situação. Uma vergonha

Cons: They first doubled the cost of the rental because I paid by debit card because I don't use a credit card. Then when I returned the car, the guy charged me 100 euro cleaning fee. He said if I didn't pay immediately, I would loose 165 from my deposit. I was disgusted by this. I returned the car in good condition.

Pros: Nothing at all. Worst first experience with your contract and Carwiz together.

Cons: The Confirmation number 23-MLA-723 was signed online with full coverage. Initial amount was paid online and a balance was to be paid on arrival. The Carwiz guy refused to charge the Refundable security deposit € 1650.00 from my debt card instead mentioning that only a smaller amount can be taken and will charge me a non-refundable insurance extra per day ranging from €30 to €60/day. We got a much lighter deal and better service at another car rental with much better attitude & cust service

Cons: I got scammed. They (CarWiz) charged me 50 euros for fuel charges while I filled uo the car completely before dropping it off. It also felt VERY sketchy because they tried to get me to pay more than was previously agreed upon via DiscoverCars

Cons: They charged me for an out of hours drop off when it was an automatic barrier even though there was nothing stated in the booking conditions about an out of hours drop off fee. My booking was full to full, but when they gave me the car it was just under 5/8 full and they refused to do full to full and said I had to do the same to same. When I filled up before dropping the car back I tried to fill it close to 5/8 but since getting home they have sent me a bill for €4 of petrol and €40 process fee

Pros: The car was good and the actual rental price was cheap

Cons: They refuse to take debit cards for the deposit and I was forced into taking an extortionate insurance (3x the cost of the car) so they could use a debit card Also when returning the car the bay wasn’t given a car wiz logo but instead some other company that i was not warned about, so spent a lot of time driving around the car park

Cons: I paid insurance online, but local agent told me it doesnt cover most of the things, and on web site it said it covers all. And i paid 10 times more additional insurance. Not cool at all, and not sure if i will use your services

Cons: when returning the car, an imaginary damage (small black dot on the mirror)

Cons: The car model was quite different from what I expected, and it has a soft brake and sensitive throttle.
