Pros: I liked nothing! Company is trying to rip off people
Cons: We could take our rental because our credit card didnt have raised numbers. This wasnt stated as a requirement in the rental agreement. We didnt face this issue with other rental companies!

Cons: The agent filled out the paperwork, and gave a brief explanation of where the car was. I spent the next 15 minute dragging my bags around looking for the car. It was not even in the area designated for their company. Another issue I have is that the "return the car full" option was not offered. I rented the car for three days on a small island, and I was charged for a full tank of gas. Yes, it was in the fine print of the contract, but 60 Euro for a tank of gas is theft in my view.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
When using Credicard, a 3 % surcharge on the total cost of extra equipment and services will apply.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
