Pros: Key drop box was very convenient when I dropped off the car. But in hindsight, I set myself up for fraud, as I could not be present when they inspected the car. They charged me 703 EUR for something which has still not been disclosed to me two weeks later. Scam.
Cons: AMAZE Car Rental tried to charge me for “late pickup” because my flight was delayed 2 hours. Shameful. They tried to charge me for having a driving license issued less than 2 years ago. Seriously! I’m over 50. Fortunately I had an electronic copy of my old driving license. They did not return the “hold” of 1800 EUR. Instead they kept 703 EUR without explaining why. I have detailed video of the car condition before and after rental. It was returned in same condition. Yet they scammed me.
