Cons: The car's air conditioning did not work.

Cons: Terrible condition of cars, not confident they're fit to drive. Drop off process non- existent/ abysmal

Cons: They tried to scam me e.g. on the cleanliness at return of the car whereby I had to pay Euro 292 if the car had a grain of sand inside or a bird poo outside. The car was in absolutely poor condition with issues with the steering, radio didn't work and dirty inside and out.
Pros: Great Value for money
Cons: 1 of the headlights bulbs had blown, and windscreen wiper rubber delaminating from blade. They did change the car however I had to drive in from Gozo, where I was staying. The replacement car was due a service so the tyre pressure warning light stayed on all the time and the front bumper drivers panel was damage and coming away from the body work.

Rental Conditions

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
