Cons: Instructions on voucher were completely wrong. Could not find agent or meeting place. No one was in arrivals hall to meet and greet and even the contact telephone number was wrong
Pros: The staff were mostly friendly.
Cons: This is the first and last time I will choose a cheaper hire company, they rip you off and do it to every customer. There was no-one there to greet us at the airport, they were late, the car was in an appalling condition. The key fob was broken, the tyres were almost worn bald, there were so many warning lights on the dashboard. The advisors shrugged and said ‘that’s just how it is’. The fuel tank wasn’t full, the car had multiple areas of damage covered by a layer of paint.
Pros: We were given a battered car, with scratches and dents all over it. We took photos of the car before we took it away but unfortunately failed to take a photo of one small panel. When we returned the car the company claimed that the scratch on that panel was not there before. We got insurance before we took the car away, however the company took £1,000 from our deposit and would not deal with the insurers who were willing to pay for the scratch. We can’t recover that amount from the insurers.
Cons: Nothing. They stole £1,000 from our deposit for a small scratch which was very likely on the car before we collected it, given the state the vehicle was in. Unfortunately because we did not take photos of that specific panel of the car we could not prove otherwise. The car was in a terrible state when we collected it. Would not use again or recommend.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, SUVs, Cabrios, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
