Cons: They are scammers! It wasn’t mentioned that I need to pay for the reservation with the credit card I used for the deposit. As a result bank charged me 10 euro extra commission for the paying by credit card. I planned to use my debit card but the rental refused.

Pros: The car was clean and the was easy to pickup the car

Cons: 1. They are charging the gas fee and asked me to empty the tank. This is the first time I heard about it. I inky needed the car to travel to my hotel and the beach. It looks to me hidden cost. I had to pay more for the gas I dont even use 2. I paid for 5 days of rental. I picked up the car at 9 pm and would prefer to drop the car by 9 pm . They asked additional 45 euros to pay additional which doesn't make any sense. I paid for 5 days. I should be able to drop it before 9 pm without paying.

Cons: I was charged an extra 9 euros per day for the hire because I am 70. This was not shown on any paperwork prior to arrival at the desk. The car wouldn’t start after picking it up until I discovered that you actually had to put the clutch pedal as far to the ground as it could possibly go. This was not explained to us on picking the car up

Cons: Please be careful with this fraudulent provider. They wanted to take a 2000 euro deposit (the deposit was not specified in the voucher!), despite the fact that we had purchased full insurance. The agent was impatient and rude/arrogant. We had to buy additional insurance (which we got reimbursed after appealing). The car was not as advertised, full of scratches, the agent didn't check it before, but we had to send a note of all the damages to an email. Better take the car elsewhere.

Pros: Pleasant staff at pick up and on phone during rental. Also met another member of staff during my rental as I had car issues.

Cons: My car wasn't provided by city go in the end, all documents state K.W.L. It became quite confusing as during my rental, I had car issues. The car was swapped promptly but I had to pay 250 euros which I now have to claim on the insurance which I took out with K. W. L. I was advised that this was the case because all of the cars go into one rental pull and distributed to rental agencies to rent. It's a bit confusing and I hope my claim is straight forward. Staff are good though.

Cons: Very big prices for all little things... You end up paying quite a lot of money compared with initial "offers"

Cons: They have lied about the contract conditions and set me up with unnecessary charges that were initially hidden, my initial rental cost 25euros and ended up paying 100euros to them, this is unnacceptable.

Cons: The company is running a scam on the fuel cost to try and offset their "discount rental". Fuel was charged at DOUBLE the pump value. €48 for a 1 litre vehicle! They know that they are running a scam because they keep answering in circles when asked about the inflated price. Avoid at all costs

Cons: The term are sent with the voucher rather than made clear up front. The fuel policy is aimed to take extra dollars rather than be fair. The insurance is a rort as it only covers Euro 4500 rather than comprehensive as it states. The deposit amount is extraordinary high and would have bought 3 of the 10yo car I got. Never ever again.

Pros: Bit of a queue to see the representative and he allowed someone from behind us to go in before hand, even though she was informed we were next, but once in was a quick collection. Quick car collecting and easy exit from the carpark.

Cons: Had to ask other car rentals for its whereabouts, so this could be improved in the pickup description.

Cons: Few days after the car return and without having received the deposit back, the company tried to charge my bank account. When I asked about the unexpected charges they said they were fines for parking and speed. Subsequently, I asked for official evidence and the only "evidence" they could provide were some excel tables. I never took the deposit back. I was aslo forced to pay extra for the gas that was supposed to be full and it was not. I clearly read on T&C that it was NOT the policy.

Pros: Scordatevi di pagare il prezzo indicato nella proposta. Vi mettono 10€ di benzina e te la fanno pagare 48€. Ti 'costringono' a pagare la finta assicurazione completa altrimenti ti bloccano 1500€ (che neanche li vale la vettura) per un mese. Alla fine pagherete il prezzo di una fuoriserie e vi daranno una macchina che ha a malapena 4 ruote e 4 sedili. Pessima esperienza da non consigliare

Cons: Desk agent, he wasn’t very friendly and seemed annoyed when I questions and that I was interrupting his day. Car was badly damaged on back left corner, it was embarrassing. The return empty fuel policy is not beneficial to customers, you were left with a little less than a quarter tank which I paid for.

Taking the expected rental charge, but adding an expensive fuel payment without explanation when asked to enter the pin on the credit card machine. Will not use this agency again! Charged €48 for half tank of fuel, which actually cost s just €15-€20 to make half from empty in the car provided.

Cons: Petrol must be pre-purchased for half a tank of fuel. Whilst this was understood prior to the pick up, I was surprised that the cost of the pre-paid fuel is approximately double the cost of unleaded petrol at a local petrol/gas station.
