Pick-up instructions
Exit the terminal at the arrivals level, between gates B and C. Walk under the bridge using the moving walkways, heading towards the parking building. Please, cross two pedestrian crossings: the first with a traffic light, the second with pedestrian signs only. Then turn left and continue along the pedestrian path. At the end of the path, you’ll see another black-painted pedestrian lane marked "Otros VTC". Follow it towards the parking building and continue until you find a red door labelled "Abonados G". Go through the door, walk a few more metres, and you’ll reach the pick-up point. DRIVALIA shuttle will arrive shortly.

Pros: Absolutely nothing, terrible terrible company

Cons: Long queues to pick up car, 45 minutes to an hour. Car had a lot of damage on it that was documented. Returning the car takes just as long. Agents try and make false claims about new damage, luckily we video all cars and photograph damage to prove it was already there. Once you show the agents the proof they become rude and just dismiss you as they are then unable to penalise you with fees.

Cons: We booked a class E car and were provided with a old, damaged and unclean class C car. Fortunately I took lots of photos of the ~50 scratches and dents on the car before leaving. Upon returning the car they informed me that there was new damage and wanted to keep the €1250 deposit. They claimed twice that there was additional new damage which there was not. Fortunately I had photos demonstrating it was not new. Judging by the reaction and conversation I this it’s a routine scam.

Pros: Great service from Drivalia. Minibus arrived at airport pick up point on time (were initially worried we were in wrong place - no sign there which would be helpful but minibus did arrive at time booked) and short drive to their base. Super efficient hand over of car and all staff were really friendly. Car was immaculate and easy to drive. Drop off was very easy and efficient and we were taken immediately back to airport departures. Thank you.

Cons: We were 2nd in queue on the depot opening at 08.00 however 5 other parties of people were checked over before us hence we did not get on the minibus to the airport & wait till it returned. More orderly return system would improve the service.

Pros: Leasys were great. The pick-up time was incredibly quick. Much better than being in the queue at the airport.

Cons: I can’t fault this company. One possible improvement would be to include some directions back to the car hire company from the motorway as we got a bit lost on the way back. But this wasn’t a big problem.
