Pros: Quick pick-up, the same drop-off service. We ordered SUV, and have got it.

Cons: Very little guidance from the staff during pick up and drop-off. During drop off, garage office was closed even. There was no parking too so we were just told to leave the car wherever we could find a spot for it??? When we returned the keys to the office, no checks were made and no confirmation of my deposit refund was relayed to me. So am left guessing now I suppose.

Cons: There were 0 drop off instructions and so I kept doing circles attempting to find any worker of the airport , leading me to just drop the keys in another company’s key box. This made me feel very uncomfortable with the entire situation. Also, the line and wait for receive the car rental was absolutely ridiculous, 2hour wait.

The car we get was dirty but i can't see when I finally find it in the last parking place at 22:00. The girl who give me the car said it will be in the 2nd parking box, but it was in the end of the street at the last parking place.

Cons: My car broke down, and the service was extremely bad. The first time i called they just wanted to tow the car and didn’t provide me any information on how to get a new car then when i finally got the information on where to call, i had a number where it send me to the exact same service an wanted also to tow my car without giving me any information. I then demanded to speak to the manager and a worker called “Laura” (they didn’t wanted to give me the family name also) said there is no manager.

Cons: As noted above: The car developed engine trouble which led to a dangerous situation on the highway, and when we pulled over to call the rental company for help no one answered, then when we managed to make it back to their office in the car they refused to replace it even though we still had 3 hours to drive. They claimed the engine light was a warning and that nothing would happen despite something dangerous already happening. They left us with no choice but to drive the unreliable car.

Cons: I’ve made a rezervation for a fiat 500L and have received a fiat 500X which had a smaller boot, struggled with the luggage a bit. I have made a rezervation for 2 child seats, discovery sent us to speak directly with Leasys, they replied to my request and said it was sent to the local provider and when I have arrived they had only one child seat, I had to wait for 20-30 minites for them to find another one.
