Cons: very rude personnel missing reserved child seat the gave us 2 times a broken child seat. we waited for 2 hours in order to leave. worst rental company ever. do not rent a car from them.

Cons: We did not receive the vehicle we initially selected. We were also provided with a diesel model instead. While the gas tank was full, and we returned it full, the AdBlue additive tank was empty after only 100kms after our initial pickup. While we filled the AdBlue tank this neglected pre-preparation task should have been done long before our pickup.

Cons: We booked full-to-full but it seems this service is NOT provided. Instead the agent said that the gas tank was ⅞ full and to bring it back the same. But the tank was less than ⅝ full. There was also some damage to the front of the car. Luckily we took lots of photos. The back windshield wiper had no rubber insert and was not useable. The front one squeaked like crazy. Other than that, the car drove smoothly.

Cons: Stay away from this company! Scammers, fraud company! Somehow they cheating with car's display, I added 3 times in different petrol stations fuel, but it still was showing 7/8 and they charged me and blamed that I returned not full tank. I provided evidences: receipts , video that it's impossible to add more fuel, but they still charged me! Also car was dirty inside and outside during collection.

Cons: I got the car when it was dark due to a late flight. The car was black. The parking lot was poor lit. Taking pictures of damages was impossible. I did this the next day. After good exploration I found the car was damaged everywhere, even the roof had dents. Also many scratches everywhere. This was impossible to capture on film or photo. It made me insecure about returning the car, but all went well.

Cons: The car got a notification about scheduled maintenance. When contacted the customer support we were told to go to the closest Drivali station to get a replacement car. Howeber upon arrival we were told to ignore that notification and continue driving. Also, the car had a broken petrol tank control - when filled the tank to full the car still showed as 7/8 which was either intentional configuration or a car malfuntion. There weren't any additional fees but it was an unnecessary inconvenience.

Also plug-in type was not actually useful in our location (Puglia, Italy) due to lack of public charging spots. In general, not a great experience.

Cons: Auto was anders dan geboekt ( Lancia ipv gewenste fiat 500) maar dat was ok. Auto had schade aan buitenkant. Geen last van.

Thanks Drivalia. Having seen some negative reviews which can always be off putting, I can't praise the team enough, I will be using again!

Pros: Very bad ! I must refound money back ! At 7pm car return no person !!

Pros: I got an upgrade, so that was fine. The deposit was returned quickly, so no unpleasant "surprises" or extra charges. All in all, a smooth renting experience.

Cons: 1. the car was dirty. The agent said: "If you wait till I wash it ..." The car windows were equally dirty on the inside, a prove that cleaness was not a priority" 2. The contract said "no scratches". Of course, I found a lot of them. I asked the agent to mark them in the contract. He was upset and quite aggressive, threatening to make me pay for all scratches after the car return. Fortunately, that didn't happen.

Cons: We booked car for return in Sorrento and there was no rental office in Sorrento. It has been closed for 1 year. Website more pickup location told us and gave address for return. We had to deliver 1-1/2 hours away. Incurred more costs and time. Will be requesting refund.

Cons: When the check engine light was on and the car displayed multiple problems I brought the car to Drivalia in Casarano. The agent did not help at all and I left extremely upset.

Cons: At pickup the car was blocked by another car in front? Came in at a late hour and had to drag our luggage very far to your pickup location? Then back again to get someone to move the blocked car!

Cons: As noted above: The car developed engine trouble which led to a dangerous situation on the highway, and when we pulled over to call the rental company for help no one answered, then when we managed to make it back to their office in the car they refused to replace it even though we still had 3 hours to drive. They claimed the engine light was a warning and that nothing would happen despite something dangerous already happening. They left us with no choice but to drive the unreliable car.

Cons: I’ve made a rezervation for a fiat 500L and have received a fiat 500X which had a smaller boot, struggled with the luggage a bit. I have made a rezervation for 2 child seats, discovery sent us to speak directly with Leasys, they replied to my request and said it was sent to the local provider and when I have arrived they had only one child seat, I had to wait for 20-30 minites for them to find another one.

Pros: Super clean car. Very efficient service. The lot was not super well identified and somewhat difficult to find. Other than that, I would definitely use this service again.

Cons: Terrible service. By e-mail no reactions and by telephone it takes extremely long and no clear answers.

And those tires must have been in that condition for months already. They put at risk safety and life of the people who rent that car. However, when I return the car, the lot pavement was done and the location was easy to find. Also, the guy did a good job at drop off.
