Cons: The car got a notification about scheduled maintenance. When contacted the customer support we were told to go to the closest Drivali station to get a replacement car. Howeber upon arrival we were told to ignore that notification and continue driving. Also, the car had a broken petrol tank control - when filled the tank to full the car still showed as 7/8 which was either intentional configuration or a car malfuntion. There weren't any additional fees but it was an unnecessary inconvenience.

Pros: Very quick pick up and return of the Alfa Romeo we rented. Staff were friendly and professional. A pain free experience! THANK YOU

Also plug-in type was not actually useful in our location (Puglia, Italy) due to lack of public charging spots. In general, not a great experience.

Cons: they don't care about the customer at all: - the flight was delayed beyond their desk hours: they left me stranded with a family of 5 while the competitors had somebody waiting for their customers. the airport is badly connected so having the car was fundamental here. - they charged me extra for no reason. - the contract said 50 to 50 tank but it was only 1/3 full and the personnel did not care when I told them. - they have a longer line than competitors at the airport at their desk.

Pros: Ophalen ging vlot omdat al ingevulde gegevens werden gebruikt. Maar inleveren ging zo mogelijk nog sneller: auto werd direct in ontvangst genomen, gecheckt en afgehandeld.

Cons: Auto was anders dan geboekt ( Lancia ipv gewenste fiat 500) maar dat was ok. Auto had schade aan buitenkant. Geen last van.

Thanks Drivalia. Having seen some negative reviews which can always be off putting, I can't praise the team enough, I will be using again!

The first time i called they just wanted to tow the car and didn’t provide me any information on how to get a new car then when i finally got the information on where to call, i had a number where it send me to the exact same service an wanted also to tow my car without giving me any information. I then demanded to speak to the manager and a worker called “Laura” (they didn’t wanted to give me the family name also) said there is no manager.

Cons: As noted above: The car developed engine trouble which led to a dangerous situation on the highway, and when we pulled over to call the rental company for help no one answered, then when we managed to make it back to their office in the car they refused to replace it even though we still had 3 hours to drive. They claimed the engine light was a warning and that nothing would happen despite something dangerous already happening. They left us with no choice but to drive the unreliable car.

Cons: I’ve made a rezervation for a fiat 500L and have received a fiat 500X which had a smaller boot, struggled with the luggage a bit. I have made a rezervation for 2 child seats, discovery sent us to speak directly with Leasys, they replied to my request and said it was sent to the local provider and when I have arrived they had only one child seat, I had to wait for 20-30 minites for them to find another one.

Pros: Super clean car. Very efficient service. The lot was not super well identified and somewhat difficult to find. Other than that, I would definitely use this service again.

And those tires must have been in that condition for months already. They put at risk safety and life of the people who rent that car.
