The agent at Bari (pick up) told us its a different agency/office at Trevizo (drop off place) so he could tell us any details about the drop off.We wanted to drop off the car after 16:00 buy no contact could be made. After arriving at the airport we had to ask other agents from other companies about the procedure, because there was noone at the parking area from drivalia

Pros: Friendly, helpful, we had booked a medium car, on arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a very new SUV, it was explained that the car hadn't been cleaned fully (it was a lot cleaner than my own car) we were given a dr (italian brand) it was an amazing vehicle, returning the car was easy, back to where we collected from, the guys were helpful and swift. Thanks Drivalia. Having seen some negative reviews which can always be off putting, I can't praise the team enough, I will be using again!

Here I was told by the girl on the desk to take a certain door out of the airport and that I would find the car in a car park around 200 metres away. It took my wife and myself half an hour walking around various car parks to find the vehicle. I then had to educate myself on its workings and take photos in the dark.

The first time i called they just wanted to tow the car and didn’t provide me any information on how to get a new car then when i finally got the information on where to call, i had a number where it send me to the exact same service an wanted also to tow my car without giving me any information. I then demanded to speak to the manager and a worker called “Laura” (they didn’t wanted to give me the family name also) said there is no manager.

Cons: As noted above: The car developed engine trouble which led to a dangerous situation on the highway, and when we pulled over to call the rental company for help no one answered, then when we managed to make it back to their office in the car they refused to replace it even though we still had 3 hours to drive. They claimed the engine light was a warning and that nothing would happen despite something dangerous already happening. They left us with no choice but to drive the unreliable car.

I have made a rezervation for 2 child seats, discovery sent us to speak directly with Leasys, they replied to my request and said it was sent to the local provider and when I have arrived they had only one child seat, I had to wait for 20-30 minites for them to find another one.
