Cons: At pick up, nobody was there to give us the car. Nobody showed us if there is any damage on the car. When we dropped off the car, the agent tried to find the smallest damage on the car (even on its wheels, and inside the wheel's place), but there was no. It was a bit strange.

Cons: There was an issue with their system when we had to pick up the car and due to that we had to pay the full insurance as they said there was no other way to give us the car with debit card (although we booked it that way). This we had to pay 3 times more…

This also meant an extremely long pick-up times as everyone needed to be explained the various insurances, being scared into purchasing them, etc etc. Also, the check after the rental was so picky to results almost unbelievable..

Cons: At pick up we were "enthusiastically encouraged" to add insurance excess waiver and roadside assist which would have more than doubled the cost of the rental with no other options or cost breakdown, just a figure scribbled on a piece of paper. Make sure you purchase this through discover cars, a much cheaper option. They also hold 800euro security deposit. The girl at the counter was a little brash.

Cons: SCAM company! They frighten you to buy full insurance (20 minutes of convincing). If you don’t - on drop off they will find the smallest scratch that was already there and charge you 120€ for that, and all the next customers. KEEP AWAY!

Cons: Noleggiare tried to unfairly charge me for alleged damage after my rental ended. I returned the car in perfect condition and have proof. They sent photos taken days later, clearly showing the damage happened after my rental. Despite my requests, they failed to provide any proof linking the damage to me. This is a clear scam to extort money. I warn others and have reported the case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC).

Pros: We booked AND paid a rental car with pick up at Bari airport, but since we were two hours late they had cancelled our booking. We had to pay Euro 170 to unlock the booking. Approximately the same we had paid for the rental. Of course we then rented a car through another agency, Gold Car.

So, you have no choice ut to bring keys in airport, without anyone checking the car on checkout. And there they got you. Again, Noleggiare is a big SCAM and everyone doing business with themm will be ripped off.

It isn't a problem if you're on your own with a single bag, but if you have children,, suitcases and child car seats it's a nightmare to get to: not only is it far from the terminal, the street and pavements are full of potholes so dragging pushchairs and luggage trolleys to the car park is difficult and actually dangerous when crossing streets.

When returning back to the counter after seeing the van as assigned , was advised no cars available at all and none the following day either .

We were advised to drive back the car to Brindisi Airport to exchange another car to keep car engine running. While we arrived at Brindisi Airport, it was found out the cable connected to the battery was loosen that causing the engine failure. The staff help to fix the problem eventually. We used the the same car to continue our journey after waiting almost half a day.

Pros: The car needs regular checks before renting. During our 7 days rental, we had low oil notice and engine problem light appeared

Overall the time from key pickup to driving off shaved an hour off our rental period. Also, the team has no clue on how to fit the car seat so we had to Google this and work it out on our own. Cons: 1An oil change light came on when I got the car. I notified the agent and he ignore it, and that the car was in good condition. During my trip the light blinked & said an oil change was required, so I had to pay for an oil change to avoid any issues. The light continued blinking the rest of my trip. Also, Noleggiare tried to charge me for a scratch on the car. I took pictures when I returned it at 5:45 AM. as there was no one there to verify. There was no scratch as they claimed.

We choose the wrong way on the high way (line only for cars with electronic ticket) and we received a document to pay penalty of 95.- €. I called the customer service officer for support but he said me that I have to pay it no other possibility! BUT: in the reality we had to go to Bari South BLU station where we could pay the real toll fee of 5 € and they canceled our surcharge.

In the end I was unable to pick up my car, but was charred for its reservation, and had to do the rest of my trip by public transportation, leaving places out because no public transportation got to them

Cons: Already explained above - I had to pay twice the amount I should have + Noleggiare employees were very rude

Pros: The car was new and the attendants were really nice.

Pros: Francesca was wonderful and efficient! They have a small team but are all very nice!

Cons: Pick up is a bit lengthy due to shuttle not having a proper pick up point.

Pros: Car was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait 2 hours and it was dirty when they handed it over.

Cons: At check out, Noleggiare tried to charge me EUR 90 for a small scratch on a hubcab. They are a scam company, I will never use them again.

Cons: Sicuramente non lo consiglio. Agente fastidioso e aggressivo. I servizi sul web sono venduti a condizioni diverse rispetto a quelle direttamente nel noleggio. Deposito pagato in anticipo, ma non ha ancora consegnato l'auto. Never more !!!
