Pros: The car was completely beat up. Dents all over the hood and rood of the car, bumper falling off the front of the car and scratches all over. We returned the car and they said we scratched the front bumper that was falling off. Absolutely terrible experience!

Cons: I ordered a “Lexus SUV or similar” and was given a base model Toyota Rav 4. This is not similar to a Lexus. As such I believe I overpaid.
Pros: The reception desk employee (male) was very helpful in that we didn’t have the right credit card name for the driver but we came to a solution albeit more money to us.

Pros: Drop off was quick but they made us walk back with our suitcases instead of providing shuttle service as they did on the way there.
Cons: We lost our stroller at the car rental and we’re completely dismissive and rude when asked about whether it turned up. They were rude and nasty generally and I would not ever recommend them.

Cons: Was a bit confused in terms of insurance coverage. I've paid extra for insurance thinking I'd be fully covered. But was told at the desk it was a third-party insurance. If I wanted to be fully covered, it was better to take the extra directly from the company. I don't know why to advertise a third party on your website and state it differently t the desk. Luckily im a safe driver so didn't need to rely on it. The goal is not to crash in the first place :)

Cons: the pickup lot was 400 meters from where you registered for the rental and we had to lug our own luggage. No shuttle was provided. The drop off area wasn't clearly marked and I needed to make 3 trips around the airport before I found it.

English speaking agent took 4 hours to call back, after we already had a tow truck and dropped at service station, which was opposite direction, equivalent distance, to rental agency which was required the car back. Tow truck was already taking it to rental company. Wouldn't cancel last day of the rental, and wanted for me to kill total of 7 to 8 hours with no compensation

Cons: It is bad that at picking up the car I was strongly advice to ignore the insurance of DiscoverCars.com website and to select another one in the office. When I disagree I was threatened that I will have to pay more money. In fact, when I dropped off the car, the rental agent checked the car on his tablet and he found a hidden injury. It was very bad theatre!!! After that, I was blackmailed to pay for the damage. However, I am still waiting for the report...

Cons: Absolutely no sense of urgency to do anything, picking up and dropping off were poor customer service experiences. In Bari, the office was close, but the parking lot was far away. In Rome, you had to take a 15 minute shuttle to the airport from drop off location.
Pros: Some of the most rude staff I’ve ever interacted with. They were absolutely awful. Canceled our reservation and then charged us more than we had reserved for in order to get a car. Plus, the car was beat up - lots of dents and scratches. Bad service and experience overall — will not use again
Cons: They were very forceful about trying to get us to pay for their insurance, even though I said had full coverage from Discover, they kept pushing saying I only had basic cover. I had just read the discover car info so knew I was covered but if i hadn't read that they would have scared me into buying more insurance.

Cons: the service was perfectly fine. What troubled me was that I did not check the gas level however when I did, I found it to be lower than I would have expected considering the driving I did. I suspect I paid more for gas than I should have.

Cons: My only complaint is that the Noleggiare rental office was about as far as physically possible from the rental lot at the extreme end of the airport grounds. It was a long, though flat, walk to the rental car with luggage.

Pros: Office is in the terminal building and they were reasonable with wear and tear on a car rented for use in the south of italy.
Cons: Their car park is tiny and located very far from the terminal building. It isn't a problem if you're on your own with a single bag, but if you have children,, suitcases and child car seats it's a nightmare to get to: not only is it far from the terminal, the street and pavements are full of potholes so dragging pushchairs and luggage trolleys to the car park is difficult and actually dangerous when crossing streets.
Cons: My flight was delayed by an hour and a half so my car was given away and they had no alternatives. I had to find a car with another provider, very dissatisfied with this service.
Pros: Nothing ! Did not advise at the rental counter the car size booked /paid was not available . The contract only showed Ford Transit , did not list it was a large can. No information provided at time of pick up , which after they advised was an upgrade . When returning back to the counter after seeing the van as assigned , was advised no cars available at all and none the following day either .

Other cad companies had cars the rental car could have easily made arrangements with another company . Discover cars failed completely in their customer service. To state once contact signed nothing could be done is unacceptable. I had no choice in the matter . I didn’t know it was a large van , this should have been communicated.

Cons: Car was broken down due to flat battery as claimed by the car mechanic with the help of the police when we were in Otranto,. We were advised to drive back the car to Brindisi Airport to exchange another car to keep car engine running. While we arrived at Brindisi Airport, it was found out the cable connected to the battery was loosen that causing the engine failure. The staff help to fix the problem eventually. We used the the same car to continue our journey after waiting almost half a day.

Pros: The car needs regular checks before renting. During our 7 days rental, we had low oil notice and engine problem light appeared
Cons: The pickup car park was a good 30-35 min walk (with luggage) from the desk. Also, the team took another 10 min to bring the car seat. Overall the time from key pickup to driving off shaved an hour off our rental period. Also, the team has no clue on how to fit the car seat so we had to Google this and work it out on our own. Car was an older model and slightly dirty with lots of damage (reported)
Pros: I had a really good experience, the staff were friendly and efficient and the car was just what I needed.
Cons: I was a little nervous about finding the rental agency and the Brindisi airport location was around the corner from most of the other car rental agencies. Not too hard to figure out though, just asked someone.

Pros: I was told my full coverage insurance I bought from Discover Cars was not sufficient, and I needed to buy insurance from Noleggiare. I feel like I was scammed by Discover Cars.

Cons: We couldn't find the office at the airport, and wasted a lot of time walking to and from the rental pick up lot.
Cons: They did not have the car we reserved. It took a long time at the rental desk to determine this and to get them to agree to cancel the reservation if we could find another company that did have what we needed (specifically a gps, which we had specified in our reservation).

Cons: An hour after the rent, the car stopped working, we had to get on our own to a far away town for replacement but instead of a 9 seat we got two much cheaper cars. Never got a refund for nothing- not the taxi, not the cellular packages we had to buy, not for the difference between the car prices. No one answered our mail to costumer support. It was the worst costumer service we ever came across.

Cons: 1An oil change light came on when I got the car. I notified the agent and he ignore it, and that the car was in good condition. During my trip the light blinked & said an oil change was required, so I had to pay for an oil change to avoid any issues. The light continued blinking the rest of my trip. Also, Noleggiare tried to charge me for a scratch on the car. I took pictures when I returned it at 5:45 AM. as there was no one there to verify. There was no scratch as they claimed.

Cons: the first car what we received was very poor and the customer service and support is not customer friendly at all. We choose the wrong way on the high way (line only for cars with electronic ticket) and we received a document to pay penalty of 95.- €. I called the customer service officer for support but he said me that I have to pay it no other possibility! BUT: in the reality we had to go to Bari South BLU station where we could pay the real toll fee of 5 € and they canceled our surcharge.

It was then very hard finding the meeting point for the shuttle given the terrible instructions from the woman on the phone. They then handed me the keys and told me to “go find the car in front of the hotel”. I have never been told to go find a car myself without it being in a dedicated parking spot etc. Terrible service.,

Cons: It was imposible for me get in touch with the car company, and the agent of the company from where I had rested the car said it was with them I was supposed to talk. They gave me 3 numbers, 2 italian 1 English, but at none they answered. The voice message said to contact only through email. In the end I was unable to pick up my car, but was charred for its reservation, and had to do the rest of my trip by public transportation, leaving places out because no public transportation got to them
Pros: We had an issue with our pick up that prevent us from collecting the car. We were happy to resolve this with the Noleggiare even if this meant additional cost but they could not provide any options for us. We even suggested doing a new booking with them and they would not do this.

Cons: very unpleasant people at pick-up of car. Admitted that they never had a Fiat 500, the car I booked, and immediately referred to the "or similar" clausule. Felt really cheated.
Cons: Online booking price and insurance are a lie. The final prices have nothing to do with the real payment you have to make. The instructions say to call their office once you arrive. We had to call like 20 times and waited for an hour before somebody pick up and give us instructions about the shuttle. Also the instructions wasn't clear.

My mother hada credit card, so I wanted to consult whether she could be added asca main driver. In the ended I ended having to pay aut eur 250 in extra insurance + they took 600 euro deposit - which they kept until I asked the bank to revert it yesterday. Not great.
