Cons: Urobili sme chybu, že sme mali so sebou len elektronickú kreditnú kartu, kvôli tomu sme platili o 210 € viac, ako sme pôvodne mali. S tým sme vôbec nepočítali. Zakúpené poistenie u discovercars nám vôbec neakceptovali, museli sme si dokúpiť osobitné poistenie, takže sme auto mali poistené 2x. Pri odovzdávaní auta v Neapole sme nevedeli podľa adresy nájsť pobočku Filorent, až recencie na google nám pomohli sa zorientovať (viacerí mali podobný problém).

Cons: We had a little bit of trouble finding the fountain that is a meeting spot. It is not easy to find it is just that you don’t expect to see this water source when someone tells you to meet at the fountain. We spend a lot of time at the company rental desk. It was cold outside.

They rolled their eyes when questioned, answered phone calls making the pick up process super slow (we waited more than 1 hour), disappeared during launch time while where were clients in the queue for pick up, did not want to review the additional damage that the car had, forced insurance selling.

Cons: The people at the company they outsource car rentals to are extremely rude; they practically throw the car keys in your face. We had to wait in line for three hours to get the car, and the service was terrible. I hated all the people who worked there; they were extremely rude. We were paying for a service, they weren't giving us anything for free, it's not charity. On top of that, they still haven't returned my deposit.

Cons: I booked the full ensurance but the lady from filorent told me that the car would not be insured when you crash it or make damage. They could not explane wye we had to pay more than i have already payed for.

Cons: The time it took to collect the car. We had to wait nearly 2hrs. The vehicle was in bad condition. Air vents broken, the seats were damp and the car smelled because of the wetness. Windscreen wipers didn't work properly and several warning lights kept coming on indicating lights were not working.

Cons: The garage in which the pickup takes place is awful, there is a flickering light that you cannot see all the details in. I got a car with like for like fuel, instead of full to full. They interior of the windshield was all smudged. The car had a low level of Ad Blu which I had to refill, they said that they will reimburse but required an invoice in their name which was too much of a hassle and anyway it should never been so low.

Poi sulla qualità della macchina e tutto il resto niente da dire, pero devono trovare un modo per ridurre questa attesa priva di ogni senso, magari creando due file separate.

Pros: When we picked up the car, I found it very slow because only one person was dropping it off. When we got downstairs, I found the staff very rude, and when we returned it, they were incredibly rude. Words can't describe it

Une employee comme ça une HONTE ! Vous pouvez lui trasmettre le message et lui dire surtout de changer de metier.

Pros: We were upgraded for "free" to a nicer car where we actually were the first drivers, the car had just come off the production line. The upgraded car was automatic which made driving easier overall, it had adaptive cruise control and was hybrid which helped somewhat with the mileage.

Cons: We didn't have a credit card so we had to pay for full insurance, which made DiscoverCars insurance useless. Although it's understandable why they require a credit card instead of a debit card, maybe another option would be to block the full cohpay amount for debit cards at the start, that way they get their money if something happens, but the user isn't forced to get full insurance if they don't have a credit card.

Pros: Worst experience ever. Although it was written that a debit card can be used for guarantee, when I wanted to do so they asked for €500 of fee (!!!!)

Cons: Worst experience ever. Due to the attempt at extorting €500 for using a debit card, I opted for public transport instead. Avoid Discover Cars at all costs! Always book directly with a rental company.

Cons: We had a small problem with finding transfer Car from the Airport. There was lack off information that it is ParkinGo bus. It took some time to find this information. Telephone numbers to company doesn't answer.

Cons: It was not made clear that the pick-up van is a parking-go van not theirs. We ended up waiting 45min before they picked up a message to inform us as they wouldn’t answer any of my 20 calls. Then had to wait another 45min to collect the car. Car was in poor condition with one side of the car completely dented and scratched. Middle seatbelt was missing the buckle so couldn’t be used. There was no washer fluid for the windscreens. Car was dirty inside.

Pros: Renting a car was a pleasant experience. Check-in process was clear and went smoothly. We received a brand-new hybrid car, which was clean and in excellent condition. Our flight was early in the morning, so we were happy to find out that car returns are possible from 5 AM. The shuttle bus to the airport runs frequently, every 10–15 minutes starting at 6 AM. I definitely recommend renting a car from Filorent.

Cons: We arrived before the office’s official opening hours, and it actually opened a bit later than scheduled. We had to wait quite a while—about 40 minutes—since there were two customers ahead of us and only one staff member working at first.

Pros: Fast and friendly service. I recommend. We rented a seven-seater Dacia Jogger because there were 6 of us and we traveled everywhere together. The car was new and comfortable. We took out insurance directly at the Filorent office and had no problems returning the car.

Cons: Problem was that I ordered full-to full fuel policy. They give me car with 6/8 filled tank. When I brought car to rental company it was impossible to fill tank 6/8. At petrol station the tank was 5/8. I filled 10 litres but nothing changed. Then I fill additional 4 litres and the tank was full. I think company cheating on fuel policy.

He asked if I had taken pictures, which fortunately I always take video of cars at pick up and I also purchased extra insurance, if I hasn't done both I most likely would have been held responsible for damage that was already there. I've been to Puglia too many times to count and it's a common scam some of these guys pull to get extra $, so take many pictures and video.

Pros: Filorent is located just outside the airport. 5 min drive by the shuttle. Upon arrival and departure we didn't have to wait long for the shuttle. The waiting time to pick up car was short and the whole process took not more than 15 min. The car was completely new and clean. I had an emergency and had to leave for couple of days the car at the parking to pick it up later, they helped to arrange it.

Cons: The only problem I had upon arrival and when I needed to ask a question about my rental, and i was calling the phone number indicated in the rental voucher, nobody has ever picked up the phone. Later when I was dropping of the car for couple of days they have provides me with another WhatsApp number that worked.

Cons: The fuel deposit was not full when we picked up the car (5 parts of 6) and there was not liquid in the deposit to clean the windshield. The bluetooth didn't work, we don't know it was not included in the contract... A little bit difficult to find the proper garage to left the car.

Pros: Their shuttle driver wa sa nice man.

Cons: - The hidden fee of €180 on pickup of the car. - The snarky behaviour of the person who checked us in. His other colleague was very nice, but this guy seemd like he enjoyed that we were having to pay more than expected, and took his time on his phone. Very poor.

Pros: Fast and easy picking. They’re not next to the airport but offer a service of picking and dropping at the airport. You can also reach it from Bari Train Station with public bus n°16.

Cons: Generally speaking the car rentals in Bari became too expensive. For the purpose of our holiday (Gargano) I think our car wasn’t the most indicate because of too many kilometres done in its life (about 81000) also nobody told us the car often gives tyres pressure alarm.

Pros: They were friendly and the pick up from the airport was quick. We waited a little to collect the car as there were a couple in front of us and only one person dealing with customers but it wasn't a long delay. We had full insurance coverage through Discover Cars and there was no pushing to buy additional insurance which has happened with some other rental companies in the past. Dropping off was quick and easy.

Cons: Nothing really. The car was a little bit battered with a missing petrol cap but it worked fine and was all we needed. I think I'd have been more worried driving a car in pristine condition anyway.

Cons: it took long to get from the shuttle to the picking up desk. Picking up the car took also longer, because the agent had to pick up the phone all the time to explain people where to wait for the shuttel. My advice would be to put a sign on the waiting point and tell the people already with the booking information where to wait.

Cons: Since no one was there for the drop of we could not get a formal agreement that everything was fine and after 5 days they tried to scam us with an additional enquiry for 350 euro's for 'additional damage' which was already there.

Pros: The service was efficient enough, including the shuttle bus. What I really like is my Group A car, it's roomy and fuel efficient, for a reasonable price.

Cons: It's the first time we used Filorent so had to work out how / where to get the shuttle but it wasn't difficult, so I don't really have anything negative to say about the service.

Pros: The car quality was fine, however we collected from a dark garage where it was impossible to check over the car properly. On returning the car there was a very tiny yellow line (like a highlighter pen stroke) no more than 6cm long which the agent struggled to even photograph, which we were charged 200 euros for ‘work’ to remove. We contested the damage on return but they refused to let us leave until we’d ‘signed to agree return’ and with a flight to catch we were trapped.

Cons: Poor service, completely unacceptable and borderline theft of our money. Would not recommend a company with such malpractice. They are an embarrassment and should never be recommended by the Discover Car platform.

Cons: Arrived at the airport 9.30pm. Driver picked up from at airport, in 10min. We was at the car rental reception. Internet was down. Spent nearly 2 hours, waiting till sorted out papers. Left rental car company nearly 11.45pm.
