Cons: - there were 2 people only in front of us and it took more than 1 hour to get a car - car broke after 70 kilometers - new car I had to pick 51 km away - they covered my taxi cost only partially - no A/C in the car in the summer time - they charged me extra for petrol despite they said they will refill the car for me with no extra change - overall they managed to steal around 40 extra EUR from me - not a huge price but I don't like scammers and tourist traps so I DO NOT RECOMMEND the company.

Cons: They have not returned our deposit and they charged us extra 18 euros per day as they would not accept AMEX for the deposit but would take it to pay for the car
Pros: Agents were polite and efficient. They explained and answered all questions about rental agreement.
Cons: It was difficult to find the shuttle location. Although it says turn right, at the end of the taxi line and fountain, it was in the beginning of the taxi line and the fountain was very small (a car was parked in front of it) and I couldn’t see it. Maybe a drawing map should be included when booking. Office is located in a garage parking under a building, it was hard to find with GPS address on return. Signs should be improved.

Pros: Very friendly service We were picked up from the airport in under 10 minutes of calling and the paperwork was fast and efficient. Got the car we booked.

Cons: Absolutely horrible experience. Hidden charges in the terms of agreement, slow agent at pick-up (25 minutes for ONE customer!) and inefficient service altogether. Bad value for money.

Cons: They were not clear at all about what we were paying and when we could get back the money they blocked from our credit card. What they said to people depended on the person at the desk, it changed from person to person. Not very professional.

Cons: The fuel deposit was not full when we picked up the car (5 parts of 6) and there was not liquid in the deposit to clean the windshield. The bluetooth didn't work, we don't know it was not included in the contract... A little bit difficult to find the proper garage to left the car.

Cons: - The hidden fee of €180 on pickup of the car. - The snarky behaviour of the person who checked us in. His other colleague was very nice, but this guy seemd like he enjoyed that we were having to pay more than expected, and took his time on his phone. Very poor.

Pros: Fast and easy picking. They’re not next to the airport but offer a service of picking and dropping at the airport. You can also reach it from Bari Train Station with public bus n°16.
Cons: Generally speaking the car rentals in Bari became too expensive. For the purpose of our holiday (Gargano) I think our car wasn’t the most indicate because of too many kilometres done in its life (about 81000) also nobody told us the car often gives tyres pressure alarm.

Pros: They were friendly and the pick up from the airport was quick. We waited a little to collect the car as there were a couple in front of us and only one person dealing with customers but it wasn't a long delay. We had full insurance coverage through Discover Cars and there was no pushing to buy additional insurance which has happened with some other rental companies in the past. Dropping off was quick and easy.
Cons: Nothing really. The car was a little bit battered with a missing petrol cap but it worked fine and was all we needed. I think I'd have been more worried driving a car in pristine condition anyway.

Pros: They were great! So friendly and efficient. The young man we dealt with was very patient, friendly, spoke perfect English, and had a sense of humour. The young woman who checked us back in was the same. No problems at all ☺️

Cons: We were late 5-10 minutes after 23 pm and paid 55 eur for out of working hours service but it is most probably regulated in the conditions
Cons: it took long to get from the shuttle to the picking up desk. Picking up the car took also longer, because the agent had to pick up the phone all the time to explain people where to wait for the shuttel. My advice would be to put a sign on the waiting point and tell the people already with the booking information where to wait.

Cons: Since no one was there for the drop of we could not get a formal agreement that everything was fine and after 5 days they tried to scam us with an additional enquiry for 350 euro's for 'additional damage' which was already there.

Pros: The service was efficient enough, including the shuttle bus. What I really like is my Group A car, it's roomy and fuel efficient, for a reasonable price.
Cons: It's the first time we used Filorent so had to work out how / where to get the shuttle but it wasn't difficult, so I don't really have anything negative to say about the service.
Pros: The car quality was fine, however we collected from a dark garage where it was impossible to check over the car properly. On returning the car there was a very tiny yellow line (like a highlighter pen stroke) no more than 6cm long which the agent struggled to even photograph, which we were charged 200 euros for ‘work’ to remove. We contested the damage on return but they refused to let us leave until we’d ‘signed to agree return’ and with a flight to catch we were trapped.
Cons: Poor service, completely unacceptable and borderline theft of our money. Would not recommend a company with such malpractice. They are an embarrassment and should never be recommended by the Discover Car platform.

Pros: MR. Danielle was very helpful, his straight away sort it out car problems. Car battery was flat after first night rented the car. Changed for another car.
Cons: Arrived at the airport 9.30pm. Driver picked up from at airport, in 10min. We was at the car rental reception. Internet was down. Spent nearly 2 hours, waiting till sorted out papers. Left rental car company nearly 11.45pm.
