Ecovia at Bari Airport

Cons: When picking up the car the clerk was really friendly - although due to plane arrival delay we could only pick up the car slightly after the end of opening hours but for an extra fee we could manage it and the clerk was absolutely helpful. What was more worrisome was that when returning the car we had to wait approximately 40-45 minutes - there was only one clerk available. This can really be frustrating since customers arrive at the airport for a given time to check-in and catch their plane.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff

Cons: car was too old and in poor mechanical order

Cons: The car - a Jeep Renegade - was uncomfortable, specially the back seats, and the trunk was too small.

Cons: Opkræve for mere end der var betalt på forhånd - 70 euro - for at aflevere på anden destination - trods der VAR booket og betalt for at aflevere andet sted en opsamlingsstedet.

Cons: Drop off at a peak hours, the parking was really busy and had to manouvre in between many cars.

Pros: Pick up admin very much as expected with attempt at upselling but sorted in the end

Cons: 1. No opportunity to inspect car before signing (existing damage) agreement. Car was some 200mts away. 2. Original hard copy contract and emailed copy did not include the second driver. I had to chase for the amendment but didn't get it for over 24 hours, so second driver could NOT drive on first day. 3. Return process straight forward but I do not have the promised 'returned in good order with full tank' confirmation more than 24 hrs later and am having to chase as well as release of CC block

Cons: Rude assistant at rental desk, pick up time extremely long, no infos. Hard to find the Ecovia logo at rental area. 700€ deposit - I am waiting for it

Pros: Nice pick up Bari airport. Quick return service in Napoli airport. Big car - citroen C5 - lots of luggage space, 2 drivers, car already dented all around. One way rental at appprox 75

Cons: Mostly a plus because already scratched up do nothing they can pin on me. But car is nestly 100 T km which is kind of old / tired. But again big diesel AUTOMATIC car ready scratched

Cons: One of the conditions was to having a credit card. I had a credit card in electronic form, nevertheless yr stuff inform me that electronic credit card is unacceptable for you. Because of this I must spend more 358 EUR (- 100 EUR for full tank) for because as I have been informed the term of lease was not met your policy a is in different rate This is what I call a pro-customer approach, charge extra money for not having piece of plastic. So for these reasons describe above I can´t recommend you

Cons: The car had bumps all over and the check wheel air pressure control was on for the whole trip. Best to take pictures before you leave the parking lot.

Cons: Pick up & drop off procedures exceptionally poor & unprofessional. These guys need better training & customer service skills. Also, working at intl airport, would be useful to be bi-lingual. We had 4+ languages between us, but very little Italian. Even using google translate, he refused to answer our basic questions; which is our car, please show us where to exit airport, etc. Just plain rude & lazy.

Pros: Nothing as we waited nearly 2.5hours in line to even get served to be finally given keys to a filthy car inside and out. The staff at the car pickup area did not explain how anything worked and most maps of the Puglia region were not installed on the GPS so we had to use our own phones. Very disappointing.

Cons: as our flight was delayed, we could not pick up the car on the agreed time and the counter closed, however the flight number was given, so they know we were coming to pick up, so this made us spend hours next day in the morning to try to pick up the car. also phone number given was not responded by anyone, any time i called.

Cons: First of all, I had a reservation for 172 euros as the credit card was in my wife’s name , it was not , we finally paid 409 euros, which did not correspond to the reservation . Moreover in the first contract my wife was informed as second free driver and there I had to pay a supplement in the new contract. I call this manifest theft.

Cons: Waited over 30min in lane. The lady was very slow. And in the end, they didn't gave me the car because I had a debit card, not a credit card. Didn't accept deposit in cash and the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. She just told me to go away. Another lady at the car rental office next to her, helped me to find a company /car which accepted the deposit with my card

Pros: Absolutely nothing - Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone

Cons: When we arrived at Bari airport we found that the car we had booked was not available for us to hire and they had no other vehicles available. Our flight had been delayed by three hours but the telephone number they gave us to notify the company had a message in Italian and we therefore had no means of confirming the delay. We ended up having to hire a car from Hertz at considerably more money as it was last minute.

Cons: the time to pick up due to their systems. the poor employees needs to fill so many form, make copies of IDs and so on.. But that's Italy, unfortunately. In Spain it takes 3 minutes to pick up a car :-)
