Cons: The car was in poor condition and not well maintained. We had to fill up with Adblue and then had an argument with the agent saying it was like petrol and the client should pay for it. The disk breaks needed attention and clearly had not been maintained for a while.

Cons: They would not provide a printed copy of the rental agreement detailing the damage to the car. We were told it would be sent to our e-mail address. The walk from the pick up desk to the car park was long and when we got there no e-mail had arrived so we were unable to check the damage on the car was marked on there. It was too far to go back with our cases and the queue was too long. None of the telephone numbers we tried on the booking voucher worked so we were unable to contact anyone.
