Pros: Very friendly agent at pick up point and really decently speaking english. Car hire price was +/- in the middle, not the cheapest, but also not 3x of logic price. Pick up and return of the car went great. Return agent was busy by computer when i got to the airport, but the second i came in to the office stood up and cleared me in a matter of minutes. Overall service is very good in my opinion. Would recommend to others. Got almost brand new vehicle.

Cons: From the start the personnel was friendly, but when we refused to take extra insurance (because the price was almost double the price for car renal its self) the personnel was very unhappy and not friendly anymore. We received car with half tank, so needed to return same, but it was hard to determine how much gas should I put in to reach same level.

Cons: The car was only guaranteed for one hour from the scheduled pickup time -we do not know when we book the car Although we called to say we would be delayed and likely wouldn’t be able to pick up the car within 60 minutes of the original booking, we were told that (after 75 minutes) the original pickup time, the cars were no longer available and that we would have to upgrade to a higher class for an additional fee, which amounted to a 110% increase over the original price through Discovery Cars.

On the day before picking-up the car I was contacted by Rentalplus asking me to request Discovercars to change the vendor as they do Nat have availability. Back then I was completely not aware who Rentalplus is and why they are contacting me. Anyway I refused to do anything and they confirmed that the car will be avail

When picking up the car, they do not list any new damages in the contract. However, when returning the car, they carefully check it and point out all the old damages. If we hadn't had photos taken when we picked up the car, they would have blamed me for the damage. 2. The car is very dirty. Cons: Very poor agent behaviour on pickup - unhelpful and frankly obnoxious . Drop off a long way away from Brindisi airport and no advice provided that this was the case. Drop off to the airport by the agent (who was very pleasant) was outside the car park on a busy roundabout with the excuse that the car was not permitted to enter the airport or car park. Ridiculous

Cons: Was given a free upgrade with a car that was not fully functional. We had to wait 15 min to check in while the colleagues spoke about a problem with tyre pressure on a car. Then we had to walk in the dark 15 min to find the car parked in an un secured area and was parked up the side of a building. When car was returned later the employee had found a small scratch on the alloy of the wheel which wasn’t seen when we had inspected the car in the dark. Attitude of the employee was unprofessional.

This was new, I never had been asked this before when renting a car. It was not in the specified conditions (Like: full=full) I figured out that in the small letters stood: 'The car must be returned in 'an acceptable clean condition' 'Acceptable' is in this case: you have to pay for cleaning . It's a pity that again they come with supplemantory conditions

Wonder if that was correct. Then the fact that I had to walk for about 8 minutes carrying my bagamgage as there is no transport from the airport to the car rental parking lot.

Cons: The company seems understaffed. Luckily it wasn't extremely busy. The first car the offered me was extremely dirty, even though I agreed to pay 14 EUR to return the car dirty. It means they didn't clean it after the last customer rental. The second car choice was cleaner but not spotless. Car smelled cigarette. Several damages weren't in the report and I had to point them out to the agent.

Cons: They were not clear on damages that were logged on the car at pick up. They were not transparent on additional charges, such as cleaning charges. They took 8 1/2 hours to notify us of additional charges, and then an additional eight hours to tell us the cost of those charges. Customer service ended up waving the charges, but it was a lot of stress and wasted vacation time dealing with them.

Pros: Very easy to find the desk and complete paperwork. The car was in excellent condition and I had no issues with it throughout the rental. I opted for third party hire insurance which they respected and the deposit was reasonable.

Cons: The car is parked a 10+ minute walk from the terminal so be prepared. When I checked the Ts&Cs I noticed it said credit card should be embossed which it was however none of my other cards are so may have had some problems if that was enforced. Would describe collection/pick up and chaotic. They moved the car then left it blocking the one way system round the corner. Cars were piling up and we had to quickly find and move the car. Hard when keeping a baby happy.

Pros: Second time using Rental Plus in Italy and both times everything went smoothly: no pushing for insurance, just paid my deposit with my credit card and that’s it. Also second time the car is bigger than booked !

Cons: Beware of Unjust Charges - Disappointing Experience with RentalPlus My recent experience with RentalPlus during a vacation in Puglia, Italy, was nothing short of disappointing. Initially, the attractive pricing of 137€ for 5 days seemed like a great deal, but it turned into a nightmare when I was unfairly charged 200€ for a small scratch on the wheel alloy that I did not cause.

Cons: The pick up was a nightmare. We originally booked a Toyota CH SUV. They tried to give us a ford focus. We spent ages arguing as they wanted more money for a suv.

We had to drive down to Reggio di Calabria (around 5hours) which ruined our plans for the day. When we returned the car, there was nobody to receive it and so we were told by the rent a car next door to park the car and leave the keys in agency where we did paper work at the airport. We had to take fotos and videos of the car just in case because nobody was there to check.

I was also offered an alternative rental service which was basically a big scam, as they were trying to make me pay insurance two times and also leave a deposit. It took a lot of time for the situation to clear up and get an alternate car. Initially they also wanted to downgrade me to a smaller car.

Cons: I rented two cars from RentalPlus, one through DiscoverCars and one directly from their website, the latter including insurance. Upon return, I was told both cars had pre-existing damages not included in the initial contract. For the insured car, the damage was charged to my insurance despite photo evidence. For the uninsured car, I was charged 280 euros for a minor scratch. I suspect this company repeatedly charges for the same damages and exploits insurance. I do not recommend RentalPlus.

Cons: They charged my insurance for a damage that was made before, I show them pictures made at pickup and told them that his colleagues told me at the pickup that it’s ok, no worries, everything is in contract. At check-out they charged me the insurance and told me that was other damages in the contract, not that one. Avoid this company. They are not fair and make money from deposits and repair they cars on clients insurace.

It took MORE THAN ONE HOUR to finally see the car arrive valeted. It made me late for the function I was to attend 3 hours drive away. Car had too many little damages to look presentable. Damages are charged immediately and should be corrected likewise. Car MUST BE IMMACULATE.

Cons: Advertised an Audi, but instead got an Opel. Called to discuss and your staff had zero interest in understanding the issue with this. All they wanted to tell us was to read the terms and conditions and that as long as it's a similar engine and 5 doors, that it's fine. There is a huge difference between Audi and Opel. Furthermore, the staff at the desk said they don't even have Audi cars. So why is it being advertised? The car was given to us dirty, and the drivers seat wasn't adjustable.

The agent that the full cover insurance we got online is by a third party and in case of any issue, accident or scratch etc we need to pay to RentalPlus and then we get our money back from the third party after 3 months. He suggested we can instead pay full cover directly to RentalPlus in much higher price. we didn’t accept. With their approach, we were quite scared that renting a car can be so tricky and even a scratch can cost a lot and we lose our money etc.

Cons: A Rental Plus employee tried to cheat us when returning the car. He said the car had a broken key lock. We did not use the key to open the car. We unlocked the car with the remote. I do not recommend Rental Plus. Please be careful and check the car carefully before renting

Pros: The agent at the desk (Valentina) gave all information, all clear. The car was in very good condition. When dropping the car, the agent was not there, but after calling the desk he arrived, checked the car and released the confirmation document.

The only two drawbacks were that 1) the dropoff carpark isn't well signed and had to go around twice to find it. 2) Apple carplay for some strange reason was blocked ON the car that I rented thus I had to rely on the nav app that was installed in the car. TomTom which lacks the facilites that Google maps provides making navigation to a specific point rather difficult.

Pros: It was easy to find rental desk on airport. The madam was friendly. Then we had to find vehicles ourselves. Rhey were also a bit confuse when we return the cars... But we didn't have any problems with the vehicles. The car was clean and newer.

Cons: Unfortunately it's not exactly "on airport ". It's about a 15 minutes walk along paths and across roads. Being elderly and having a 20kg suitcase to pull it wasn't great. Had we known it was going to be a long walk we would have taken a luggage trolley, which is what we did on the return. It was heavy rain on the return so raincoats required, suitcase got wet! Otherwise we were very happy with the service, quality of car and excellent value.
