Pros: Car was new and clean.

Cons: I did not receive the car I ordered, we waited very long at the airport to be picked up, the full insurance cost is extremely high 200 euros for one week. This is the highest insurance rate I ever saw. Also the deposit is quite high 700 euros compared to other car rental companies.

Cons: The pickup process was rushed and I was not allowed to check the car for damages before signing the related documents.

Cons: Everything about this service was bad. We waited so much for the car to take us and when we returned the car they charged us more than they told us.

Pros: I got a 2023 car.

Cons: The car didn't have one side of it that hasn't been damaged, all the wheels curbed. I don't understand how they can check it for additional damage when returned when it is already so beaten up.

Pros: Car clean and pretty new. Good price.

Cons: No information about where to find the shuttle bus. Slow speed of pick up after arrival and the drop off to the airport after rental was finished.

Pros: I am very happy with this car rental company. They gave me a car with 18,000 km, a big plus was that the car is a hybrid and gave a very low consumption. The people are kind and direct you to the place where you can get their transfer van and after 5 minutes you are at the rental car base. When returning the car everything goes very quickly again and they take you to the airport. After about 2 hours I got my deposit back (this was the fastest deposit return ever).

Pros: Skvělé ceny. Zároveň jsem neměl pocit, že je to podvod a snaží se stranou získat, co nejvíce peněz. Pojištění nabídli, ale nenutili. Všechny služby v pořádku (rychlost, domluva), stejně jako auto samotné.

Pros: We had no issues with the car, and both the pick-up and the return were easy. The agent that gave us the car the first day was very helpful.

Cons: When we brought the car back and after signing the return, the person we handed the keys to said he would take us to the airport in our car. During the five minutes it took to get there, he drove without a seatbelt, smelled of alcohol, and we almost had an accident. It’s a shame to end a trip like this.

Pros: Quick delivery and collection of the vehicle. Efficient transport to and from the airport. Friendly service. The car is in good working order. Detailed description of the damage.

Cons: Worn-out wipers and no fluid.

Cons: I had to pay 30 EUR additional cost for each day of rental (totally 150 EUR extra charge !!!) just because I payed with debit card and not credit card. It is insane. However I fully covered the car with insurance and for this reason they did not asked for 700 EUR caution.

Pros: The booking process was straightforward, and the car was ready on time when we arrived. The staff at Automania were friendly, professional, and efficient. Returning the car was just as easy.

Cons: The car itself wasn’t spotless and had a few scratches, but nothing that affected our experience. It ran perfectly and was just what we needed.

Pros: Morena was so helpful with instructions to download Easy Park app, where we can and cannot drive ZTL, and friendly. Actually the whole team was professional, positive attitude, and helpful. Car was brand new and drove perfectly. Very clear on car insurance which most American Credit Cards will not cover rentals in Italy. Super easy return as well.

Cons: I had ordered a vw golf, but I received some kind of Chinese scumbag. the vehicle had about 22,000 miles on it, but everything was creaking and there were short belts in the back. because I needed to fasten the child's car seat...it was not possible. I was also forced to pay for insurance that I did not want. however, I needed a car. In any case, I have to admit that the car was enough. but I'd rather look for another rental company next time and recommend it to others.

Pros: To be honest I can't comment due to the initial hiccup with delayed flight and my booking being cancelled. Fortunately Automania were able to offer us a replacement. At a cost to me obviously. So having booked through discovery cars and paid a deposit, plus insurance cover. I then had to pay another £368. Not the start you need to your holiday.

Cons: Most importantly - Automania claimed the All Risks Insurance we bought does not fully cover all risks. They insisted we may pay adfitionally up to EUR2600 if not accept their 'full cover offer'. The agent was pushing a lot to accept it. We declined, but the other clients were scary enough to take it. The second thing was the car - we paid some more to get VW Golf (or equivalent), but we got a poor chinese something named DR 3.0 - a class nowhere near VW Golf. In overall, I will never use them.

Cons: I felty we were being mislead about the condition of the car. It wasn't brand new, it had 48,000km on it and there were multiple marks plus the defective wing mirror. Also, no water in the windscreen washer reservoir which is a very basic requirement.

Cons: Car was the worst I have ever hired. damage everywhere. No confidence with returning car as I expected to be showed damage that I didn't cause. I pointed out damage to the agent before I collected the car and this was not recorded. I had to show a video to the agent for him to believe I did not cause this damage

The worst service ever. they tried to sell me an insurance by lying to me, The minute I refuse to buy their insurance, the desk managers started treating me as shit. When I returned the car, they found a scratch that they say it wasn't there before, but it was impossible to prove so because the pictures they sent didn't include that part of the car. The price they charged for the damage was the same price they charged for the insurance... coincidence?

Cons: Staff were aggressive to us, calling us names in Italian when we asked could the car be moved to a lighted area to inspect it. Car was not clean when we got, on returning the car they charged us a €15 cleaning fee and again staff were aggressive apart from one lovely gentleman.

Cons: The car was received extremely scratched up. Upon returning the car, I was told there was a “new” scratch on the side view mirror. We showed them the video we had taken when we received the car and explicitly showed them this “new” scratch. I was told they didn’t see this scratch on our videos and pictures and that it had to be new. Don’t book this company! They will try to nickel and dime you at every turn!
