Pros: Value for money, car received was the car model ordered/wanted

Cons: Cold reception by agent at airport terminal desk, this desk was also difficult to find because Felirent not specified clearly on initial documents received by email and Felirent desk not sign posted at airport

Pros: Clean Car and New, but there is a insurance problem. You have to make another insurance to be full comprehensive although I made it with Discover cars I had to make an another one with them.

Cons: Typical car rental scammers. Luckily I had many pictures of the damages before I got the car. Thy will always try to find something to charge you so make sure you take videos and pictures of the car before you drive away.

Pros: We were delayed by 1 day, but they decided to cancel our booking even though we’d paid for 4 days. Surely the car was just waiting there for us. Apparently not, with a very rude person on the phone to us. Not what you want after being delayed for over 24 hours

Cons: There was no drop off box or any other option to drop off the car for early flights, when asked to cancel the booking they suggested to leave the car one day before, which was the wedding day of our friend that was why we came to the location. Eventually they couldn't offer a drop off time or way on our flight date or they did not cancel the booking. We had to leave the car 2 days early and rented another from another company which had a simple key drop off box for early flights.

Pros: Car received was from the class we booked. It was 2 years old, had low mileage, everything was working perfectly, drove and handled well. Returned it with the same fuel level as received, had no mileage limit. The deposit we paid was returned about 3-4 working days after the car return. We had a small incident with a rim scratch, but by having full insurance from an external company and not Felirent we needed to take it with them. Great price-value

Cons: They charge an additional 10 euro to clean the car. You don't really have a choice. You can deep clean it ourself or pay the 10 upfront. They don't give you a full tank of gas even though it was in the discover cars contract. That means you will pay more for gas since it's really hard to get it exactly back to the spot it was. You have to over fill and return it. Also, I had a super small scratch on one of the plastic rims. They charged me 55 euro for it.

Cons: The only thing that we did not like was tha penalty that we took for turning back the car not washed. The agent did not tell us that we should wash tha car before drop off at the moment that we took the car. They took a value of 25€ from the deposit only for that. In general the service and the price is good

Если самолет прилетает поздно, например как у нас - в 21:35 - то нет возможности арендовать машину и приходится ехать на следующий день на такси в арендный центр. И тоже самое утром - ранний вылет и нет возможности сдать машину - надо ехать за день раньше...

Cons: Everything! Don’t use this company! They take you to a shed and the staff are extremely rude. I heard them laughing when a distressed customer called to say they had a flat tyre and joked with each other. They are the rudest team I have ever met and then get you at the end by finding any little scratch and charge you the earth. Don’t use them! Pay the bigger companies! Bar branch are horrendous!

Pros: Would never rent through this company. The rudest, most horrible group of people I have ever come across. Both at drop off and pick up all staff members were so horrible to every single customer. Be warned, DO NOT rent through them. We were lucky enough to have full insurance but those who did not where forced to paid hundreds of € for things they didn’t do to the car. Never in my life have I seen such consistent horrible service. They should not be in business

Cons: Rude and unhelpful staff. Hidden charged, such as having to return car clean or pay a cleaning fee (we cleaned the car but had to pay 25 euros as there was some dirt in the driver's footwear from the driver's shoes), charge for having breakdown assistance available, tank less than half full which means inevitably you return it with more fuel than you started out with as its very hard to judge. Hated this company!

Pros: Absolutely nothing to recommend them, horrible money grabbing people. The worst we've ever come across in 50 years of travel, except perhaps in Sicily.

Cons: Odd policies; charging in advance for cleaning a car, or pay 25€ when you hand it back - and the car wasn't particularly clean on collection. It's clearly one of their scamming routines, as is the insistence on taking out their breakdown insurance at around 17.50€ a week. Understaffed, arrogant and condescending bordering on outright rude and utterly self interested. No level of customer service whatsoever. As well as car not being particularly clean there was no water in the washer tank.

One of the staff was having a screaming row with a returning customer in front of everyone, so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Cons: A l arrivée l hôtesse a été froide. Elle ne voulait pas nous donner de véhicule sans que l on paye les 200€ !!!! Je serai bien aller ailleurs mais nous étions loin de l aéroport. De plus.Nous avons appelé l agence pour leur dire que nous étions arrivés. Nous avons attendu une heure avant que quelqu’un vienne nous voir. Concernant le véhicule, il n y avait même plus de lave glace … Pour finir vos chauffeurs sont des dangers. Aucun respect du code de la route nous mettons nous clients en danger

Pros: They told us that we need to contract the insurance with them , besides we already had full coverage with discover cars. They told if something happened we should pay them and after we should asked reimbursement for discovercars.We are afraid so we pay the insurance for them again.

Cons: I wasn’t entirely happy with this company. I get like they were scaremongering us into oh for extra stuff that we 100% did not need. The lady told us we needed snow chains on our tires and if we didn’t the police would stop and fine us…. It was 20 degrees the whole weekend. So we paid for those for no reason. I won’t use this company again.

Cons: boli sme nespokojní so zámenou auta. Kvôli zdravotným ťažkostiam sme si zámerne zarezervovali auto s vyšším sedením a dostali sme úplne iné auto. Tiež bolo pre nás nepríjemné zistenie, že nádrž je takmer prázdna. V objednávacom formulári bola ponuka plná nádrž za plnú, my sme ju zaklikli. Boli sme zneistení, kde blízko nájdeme pumpu, aby sme tankovali.

Pros: When returning the vehicle, the lady (another one) was friendly, spoke English, we did not wait for a transfer to the airport long.

Cons: Especially the attitude of the staff when picking up the vehicle. The lady at the counter was clearly uninterested in communication (let's leave her desperate English aside) and inflexible. Another thing is extortion with an additional payment, which is no longer necessary when booking online. I would not recommend to friends.

Cons: The check in time was so slow (1hr) once I arrived at the location which was quite far away. My biggest issue was why did they ask for a €10 cash upfront payment to cover cleaning on return. I never heard of that before and did not take them up on their offer. I think this merely provides a social fund / tip. I don’t think I got an Economy Elite car which I ordered - I got a Lancia Ypsilion. Was this because I did not pay the €10 car cleaning contribution. There was an engine warning light on

Cons: The ordered car was not available and team wanted to give smaller car where our luggage would not fit in. There was no logic at all in explanation, after discussion with help of Italian friends we got a car that fitted our luggage. But the discussion was not needed and specially after a long travel of us.

Cons: The deposit of €700!!! is much to high for such a small car and comparing to other companies. No check if there was any damage and the tank was half full. There answer was:just make a film of the car so any damage at the car is filmed and take a picture of how full the tank is. But when I brought the car back the car was checked if there was any damage and enough benzine. There was no damage and I signed but i did not get any proof where i signed for and no proof of getting back my deposit

Cons: All processing was smooth and easy. The staff was helpful, and pleasant. The only down side was the warehouse got extremely hot during drop off, as the air conditioning unit was not working.

Cons: Long way from the airport to the rental car ( roughly 10 minutes ); Long way waiting for the pick up upon check out ( they have just 1 pick up van going a long way to/from airport ) and for the check out procedure that took us roughly 40 minutes! ; One of the agent, a young girl, was very rude towards a client next to us: she simply had an unexceptable unprofressional behaviour. The other agent were nice persons.

Cons: They made me buy an extra insurance for 224,- euros because my creditcard didnt work. But i already paid insurance at discovercars. Workers didnt seem to care feels like a scam to me.

Cons: On 5 May we arrived to Bari Airport around 9.30 a. m. and I started calling Felirent (+393758529391). Nobody replied at least 20 minutes although the line was not busy and Felirent should be open from 8 a. m. to 8 p. m. When we finally reached Via dei Gerani, 2, Modugno, a female employee spoke very poor English and she was not able to answer to our questions concerning the car. We got the car with no fuel although the fuel policy on your website is FULL TO FULL.

Pros: Friendly service when we got there. Also they drove us to the airport fairly quickly after we handled the return of the car.

Cons: It was a little difficult to get hold of them and to understand where to get picked up from the airport
