Pros: při odevzdání vozu vše proběhlo rychle a personál byl velmi ochotný

Cons: při vyzvednutí vozu zmatky. podle paní na přepážce jsme si vůz nepojistili u nich a tak případné peníze za škodu budou vymáhat po nás.

Cons: It took a long time to wait in line until we got the car. We didn't get the car we had reserved.

Pros: Polite, easy to understand, no hard sell on insurance

Pros: Everything was fine. Easy pick-up and drop-off. Good and clean car

Pros: It was all really great, they are very professional, polite and simple. They explained everything in details and were very helpful. Also the car was in great condition.

Pros: The counter is in the terminal right when you leave the security area. The pick-up are is not the closest, but also not the furthest, which is nice.

Cons: The pick-up counter was slightly chaotic, despite them having a ticket machine, so it wouldn't be necessary to queue.

Cons: Didn't get car ordered. Car was dirty and had multiple scratches not identified (which weren’t an issue but have been with other rental companies). Couldn’t pay for rest of rental cost on a debit card.

Cons: I got a VW T-Cross or Renault Calture instead of the rented Audi A3. These are not of the same class. For a car in the same class, to my op onion, I needed to pay an additional €30,00 a day. The car was not very clean (inside and outside) and it also got scratches and dents which were not indicated on the form.

Cons: Nedodržení objednaných podmínek, dle objednávky na internetu. 2,5 hodiny čekání ve frontě na vyzvednutí auta, zaměstnanci měli bordel v pořadí lidí a do toho jim nefungovali počítače

Pros: Il ragazzo al desk é stato molto gentile e ci ha aiutato nel risolvere alcuni problemi con la prenotazione. Anche il ragazzo nel parcheggio che ha provveduto al ritiro della vettura é stato molto gentile ed efficiente

Pros: Very kind, offering alternative for just 20 euro/day, car was brand new.

Cons: the agent sold a superfluous insurance for the risk which were covered already in the disccover cars insurance. Hence the additional insurance fee amounted much to high.
