Pros: Ease

Cons: The car had very limited capabilities for connecting mobile phones (AirPlay) or displaying maps on the screen. Most other budget cars nowadays have such basic features.

Pros: Lady front of the desk was kind and helpful. Maggiore exchange child seat without any extra costs. I've booked wrong one

Cons: I spend almost 2 hours with small child in the queue to the desk.

Pros: při odevzdání vozu vše proběhlo rychle a personál byl velmi ochotný

Cons: při vyzvednutí vozu zmatky. podle paní na přepážce jsme si vůz nepojistili u nich a tak případné peníze za škodu budou vymáhat po nás.

Cons: It took a long time to wait in line until we got the car. We didn't get the car we had reserved.

Pros: Everything was fine. Easy pick-up and drop-off. Good and clean car

Pros: It was all really great, they are very professional, polite and simple. They explained everything in details and were very helpful. Also the car was in great condition.

Pros: The counter is in the terminal right when you leave the security area. The pick-up are is not the closest, but also not the furthest, which is nice.

Cons: The pick-up counter was slightly chaotic, despite them having a ticket machine, so it wouldn't be necessary to queue.

Cons: I was waiting for pick up the car about 2h. I pay 84€ for child seat and I got broken child seat. It make ranger for my child.

Pros: We queued for at least an hour to collect the car. Hiring a car is always very stressful. Drop off was fine though

Cons: I tried calling to double check something, but nobody picked up and nobody called me back, thus I got a bit scared - how to reach for help if something serious would have happened...

Cons: Having to pay double for insurance on return the attendant was a complete asshole who accused me of breaking the a/c which broke after first day telling me some cock and bull story about if u rev engine it breaks the a/c when I told him I was a mechanic and it he was shit talking he tried to backtrack then told me I had had broken lock on door a fuckn scum bag and obviously trained to try and RIP everyone off Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

Cons: When I collected the car the Maggiore representative was really pushy for selling their own insurance

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful and good at explaining things. Also not too pushy on extras.

Cons: Didn't get car ordered. Car was dirty and had multiple scratches not identified (which weren’t an issue but have been with other rental companies). Couldn’t pay for rest of rental cost on a debit card.

Cons: I got a VW T-Cross or Renault Calture instead of the rented Audi A3. These are not of the same class. For a car in the same class, to my op onion, I needed to pay an additional €30,00 a day. The car was not very clean (inside and outside) and it also got scratches and dents which were not indicated on the form.

Pros: Měla jsem objednávku přes internet I s pojištěním, na místě mi přiúčtovali jaké další pojištění za dalších 8 tisíc navíc

Cons: Nedodržení objednaných podmínek, dle objednávky na internetu. 2,5 hodiny čekání ve frontě na vyzvednutí auta, zaměstnanci měli bordel v pořadí lidí a do toho jim nefungovali počítače

Pros: Il ragazzo al desk é stato molto gentile e ci ha aiutato nel risolvere alcuni problemi con la prenotazione. Anche il ragazzo nel parcheggio che ha provveduto al ritiro della vettura é stato molto gentile ed efficiente

Pros: Very kind, offering alternative for just 20 euro/day, car was brand new.

Cons: the agent sold a superfluous insurance for the risk which were covered already in the disccover cars insurance. Hence the additional insurance fee amounted much to high.
