Pros: It’s very chaotic, dropping your car off with these guys and all rental car companies at the airport at Bari Italy. There’s no space the roads are tiny. It’s just a chaotic crammed ridiculous airport experience. They need more employees helping you drop off your car and the experience would be better.

Cons: It’s not his fault, but there’s only one guy dealing with many cars coming in and coming out and dropping off keys and he’s cleaning cars and the poor guy is overworked and that’s common at that airport. But he was friendly.

I arrived a little bit early around 14:00 and have to wait till 15:00?! I asked the agent to change my muddle size car with mini but automatic, the answer was NO, maybe is internal procedure, bit the company can be more flexible.

Cons: After the car wash, the car was left to dry in the sun, so the windows and rearview mirrors were covered in typical water stains, making visibility very poor. Furthermore, the windshield washer reservoir was completely empty; I had to stop at the nearest service station to refill with water only (obviously without windshield washer fluid).

Pros: Smooth communication. Called them by the phone to cancel a child seat - arranged that in 2 mins. Write them by email because found out more damages on the car and windshield after I took the car - they replied asap and ensured me that would not be put on my account. Their promise was kept at the end.

Cons: The car I got was not cleaned well. There was pet fur at the back and dust on the dashboard. I was driving with kid, so not attractive to put it at the back seat with all pet fur on it.. The car damages were not all noted. Including windshield such. It is quite hard to note them all on the car take ..especially on a unknown car and light rain. I had to write them and make make additional notice these damages are not done by me. A little hussle, which I would like to avoid in future.

Cons: Actually service was good. However, i had a problem about insurance. Sicily car told me that in case of any damage, the car is covered by their insurance although i booked the car full coverage by your web site. In this case, i have to pay them firstly, then i must present all the proofs to your company for a refund. That is a bit time consuming and risky. Therefore, i would recommend you to offer an option full coverage for the insurance company of sicily car. It is just an advise. Thanks

Pros: Got a nice upgrade, car was well cleaned, easy return/drop-off.

Cons: Only had one desk (and employee) for registration and pick-up of keys ... and a long queue. So we lost a lot of time.

Pros: Badd, nog friendly at all at the desk. We asked for 2 children Seats (Discovery cars did not send this to Them), zo only 1 was there. A lot of shouting and in the end of was fixed, alsof we had to out the Seat in ourselfs, wich tool a lot of time, and no help was hoven although they werd standing along the car... Nog a real good start of our holiday...

Cons: Bad, tire was allready leaking from the beginning. In the end we found a screen in IT. No help was givin from Them, zo we solved and paus IT ourself although we had the ensureance from you...

Pros: The agent was friendly and helpful when picking up the car,

Cons: The agent told me that there was no marks or scrapes on the car, but upon picking up the car there was a number of marks and scrapes - when I bought the car back to the car park, there was no attendant in the car park. I walked to the terminal to give the keys back (which was fine) but the agent asked me to sign the section which says "didn't wait for the car park attendant" (or similar) which I queried and said I wasn't happy to sign. I had to walk back to the car park (not far) to sort!

Pros: Compared to their competitors, they did not try to cheat me by selling me their insurance against my will. I just got what I asked for. I believe that fairness is the basic assumption for good customer satisfaction.

Cons: Car in better condition. Provide maintenance before renting it to another customer (i.e. check tyre pressure).

Cons: I booked a rental online that didn’t require us to have a credit card as we don’t have one. We got to the desk and they said we had to pay £30 per day extra. This took our car rental to well over £400 instead of £200. The policy should have stipulated that we needed a credit card.

You spend 500euros on rental, then 100 euros on insurances and if you dont have a credit card, which you find out you dont, cause you are a regular European citizen, you pay 35euros extra per day! just to insure them some more about your responsability. So overall, I liked driving around in Fiat 500, but I would say Sicily by car is a bunch of thieves.

Cons: Lots of time spent before picking up the car, lady maybe professional by not gentle at the desk, nevertheless I gave all data online, they asked for these again, so it wasn’t any time gained

Cons: They did not know that we were covered by Discover car and tried to sell us extra insurance. Was not helpfull finding out if we were covered fully.

Pros: Nothing. I had to cancel my reservation, because the queue was so long, that I had to cancel it and take a taxi.

Cons: Only 1 representative out of 4 at desk.

Pros: I wasn't hassled to buy additional insurance unlike other car rental ompanies. The lady at the desk was helpful and efficient.

Cons: Nothing really. Bit of a wait to hand the car back - 10 minutes maybe - but they were busy so understandabe. Glad we were early for our flight though as it would have been a different story if we had to rush to catch it.

Cons: Having to pay an additional fee for insurance after you already have to pay a fee in the initial booking is ridiculous. So to rent the car it was $90 then with all the additional insurance you have to get its $200 more. When you book it online they dont tell you that you have to get the additional $22 a day insurance for the car. would have been helpful to know because I wouldnt have used this car rental if I knew that.
