Sicily By Car at Bari Airport

Pros: We liked our Fiat Panda because it was easy to park anywhere. We were just 2 seniors with carry on luggage, so it was fine.

Cons: We took away marks for condition as the cars windshield wipers didn't stop after they were turned on, without turning off the car for 1 minute. This was a huge inconvenience. Also the dash board lights only worked on a small portion of the dash, which made changing settings at night very difficult.

Pros: Predarea masinii a fost foarte rapida, fara intrebari suplimentare, fara stres, iar banii pentru depozit au fost virati in 2 minute dupa predarea masinii.

Cons: Masina putea fi mai curata. Ni s-a aprins senzorul de ulei in timpul calatoriei

Pros: Only the Speed

Cons: Car was very dirty, it has other damages not showing in the contract. The agents at the parking were not polite, the were rude and didn’t shown any customer respect. The child seat I pick up it was dirty too

Pros: It was a great car. Better than the one I opted for whilst booking.

Cons: It definitely should have been washed first.

Pros: The receptionist service

Cons: The cleanliness of the car.

Pros: Good language skill in communication.

Cons: Car was a little dirty mainly windows.

Pros: helpful

Cons: long queues at pick up

Pros: fast, firendly, good value for money

Cons: There’s always a fuse to be replaced or scratches for any cars I rent with this provider. Keep on renting with them for the affordable prices. For the fuses, a better maintenance plan should be run prior releasing any cars for the rental.

Pros: Except the pick up speed all the rest was great.

Cons: We have waited more than hour and a half for pick up....!

Pros: Professional

Pros: Everything went smooth

Cons: Car pick up took quite long. The line was long and moved slow.

Pros: I'm use by Sicily always in many countries and till now all is perfect!

Pros: pich up and drop off speed

Cons: the issue with full insurance

Pros: Fast pickup and easy to find

Cons: The car model that is advertised is not for renting from the rental comlany

Pros: Friendly staff. Nice new cars. Good value

Cons: It took a long time to pick the car up in Bari and it was a very long walk to pick the car up

Pros: Einfache Buchung

Ganz schlecht

Pros: ease to book

Cons: the wait was quite long

Pros: Its office is at the airport and the deposit is a way below average.

Cons: Unfortunately I was not able to experience the full service, as I forgot my credit card at home and was not able to pick up the car. I understand that is my fault, but the guys at the reception were not helpful at all... They could explain at least what are my options. I had to contact Discover cars, who by the way were exceptional in supporting me in this case.

Pros: Good car

Cons: Windscreen washer empty as always

Pros: Nice cars. Friendly staff

Cons: Waiting time to pick up the car

Pros: La voiture

Cons: L'amabilité du personnel ainsi que leurs conditions de mxrde

Pros: Everything

Cons: Everything

Pros: Efficient

Cons: All was okay, but signing for damage before seeing the car makes it difficult if any spotted.

Pros: Friendly service, honest, didn't try to oversell insurrances

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Francesco was wonderful

Pros: It was fairly easy picking up and dropping off the car.

Cons: the car had several warning lights on and no wiper fluid. Attendant said not to worry about it; which of course I did

Pros: Brand new vehicle, quick, friendly service without upselling.

Cons: Directions from pick up desk to car park were not very clear.

Pros: Bezproblemowość

Pros: Great customer service.

Pros: It’s very chaotic, dropping your car off with these guys and all rental car companies at the airport at Bari Italy. There’s no space the roads are tiny. It’s just a chaotic crammed ridiculous airport experience. They need more employees helping you drop off your car and the experience would be better.

Cons: It’s not his fault, but there’s only one guy dealing with many cars coming in and coming out and dropping off keys and he’s cleaning cars and the poor guy is overworked and that’s common at that airport. But he was friendly.

Cons: There were to many people in the line waiting.

Pros: Pros: -they don't try to rob you; -easy to find; -car in terminal; -reasonable people to discuss with; -they don't request to clean the car when you return it; -I received an upgraded car (and almost new); -low deposit (returned in the second day).

Cons: Cons: -the baby chair was dirty (they provide the cover, but it didn't fit for the chair); -info about ZTL should be better; -the pick-up queue can be quite long (I've waited 30-40mins in the queue); -you'll find what car you receive when you go to parking lot, not at the counter, the key is the first sign (it will be nice from them to tell you that they don't have the car you booked, but I assume that this is regular for renting in Italy).

Pros: Super friendly staff and helpful. Easy to find and helped us to get the car slightly earlier. Superb.

Cons: The car was not so clean inside. The reception service: slow and not so helpful. I have booked the car from 15:00h till 8:00. I arrived a little bit early around 14:00 and have to wait till 15:00?! I asked the agent to change my muddle size car with mini but automatic, the answer was NO, maybe is internal procedure, bit the company can be more flexible.

Pros: The process and the condition of the car

Cons: A little pricy and even if we had full coverage insurance that covered ALL drivers, they charged us extra for the second driver 10eur/day

Pros: Promptness of employees

Pros: Was fast and quality

Cons: Was fast and quality

Pros: The service exceeded my expectations many times over. The car was new, the service was correct and of a high level.

Pros: Agent was fast and helpful, got a car upgrade.

Cons: Long wait time to pick up the car. Car was handed over with a broken brake light.

Pros: the lady was smiley and very helpful. and the gentlemen on returning the car was great too

Cons: none

Pros: Very friendly staff by car pickup. Clear instructions for drop off.

Pros: Kind staff

Cons: Paying less for a rental in low season doesn’t justify cars availabiliy to be reduced to more damaged ones.

Pros: Friendly and fast.

Cons: CAR was pretty damaged at pick up, always a bit scared it would be blamed on me.

Pros: Highly recommend professional and prompt

Cons: Not applicable

Pros: Airport agency, easy parking, friendly staff

Cons: After the car wash, the car was left to dry in the sun, so the windows and rearview mirrors were covered in typical water stains, making visibility very poor. Furthermore, the windshield washer reservoir was completely empty; I had to stop at the nearest service station to refill with water only (obviously without windshield washer fluid).

Pros: We ordered manual transmission, but we got automatic, that was nice upgrade.

Cons: We ordered pick up at 11am, with some extra time if the flight will be delayed, but flight was on time we came at 9am, and the lady said come at 11am, we didn’t argue, came back stand in the line, the it was my turn, the lady said its 10.40, came back at 11am. I wait 10min and she called me. That i didnt liked. And then we went to pick up point, the car wasn’t ready, waiting time 10-15min. The car wasn’t cleaned properly.

Pros: Perfect car!!

Pros: Long wait for the pick up and the car I booked was not available. Still they upgraded it well.

Pros: Nice and smooth 👌

Pros: very good car

Cons: thhey need to explain what is a GPS and how it can be useful for a tourist

Pros: prompt and efficient

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Car was out of wiper fluid.

Pros: That the desk is at the airport and the parking is quite easy to find.

Cons: The issue with using debit card and extra payment because of that (which are equal to double payment of the things on discovercars website) and that the car was very dirty outside when we pick it up. Plus the guy on the parking didn't speak English at all, so we couldn't ask about the drop off conditions and mention the issue with really dirty car.

Pros: Was very seamless at drop off

Cons: Unclean car, no screenwash, made to sign a waiver on car condition without seeing it

Pros: Nothing

Cons: In my life l have hired many vehicles before and never have I received an appalling vehicle like this, and noting that l paid $4,000 Euros ( which is $8,000 AUD ! ) Noting: Motor vehicle was severely damaged on outside Damaged side mirror Absolutely dirty inside and was. Not cleaned We found previous peoples underwear in a bag USB did not work No rear camera No GPS Air conditioning vents broken, you could not adjust the vent position 4 different tyres on the car Wheel missing a hub cap Erro

Cons: The mini bus we recieved was not what I ordered, it was very damaged inside and out, dirty inside and when we spoke to the onsite rep, he was unhelpful and told us to go back and queue (for another hour) if we wanted to change, but there would be no alternative. Would NOT recommend

Pros: good service, perfect car

Cons: the fact that we are no allowed to pay with debit card, even if this are our money and we are forced to pay extra for it

Pros: Efficient service, good prices, easy check-in, no funny business with fake damage claims (which can be a thing in some car rental companies).

Pros: Staff were helpful and polite. Made sure that the car was cleaned before handing keys

Cons: Had to wait a little longer to get paperwork done even though we were a little early for pick up. Then at pick up point we had to wait further as the car wasn't ready

Pros: Good and quick service.

Pros: nothing

Cons: they helped us in no way as we had problems to get the car handed over

Pros: Car was good. Quick return. Deposit was released immediately.

Cons: There were few damages on the car which were not marked in the protocol. We made photos but it was hard to contact their call center, it took very long time.

Pros: Brand new car. Very good conditions of rental. Low deposit. Great service on the airport. Highly recommended.

Pros: fast check in helpful agent, spoke great english and italian got car we ordered

Cons: I had to pay 165EUR aditional assurance while I already booked an insurance. ALSO 2 HOUR WAITING TIME FOR PICKUP.

Pros: Fast pick up and fast delivery

Cons: The car was completly damaged. One of the main beams was not even working, amazing... insecure for night driving. Terrible car condition.

Pros: car condition and car cleanliness

Cons: After the legal period of 12 working days the deposit of 300 euros is still not available in my account. This is not a normal situation, everything that was required of me was respected and the car was returned: On time In good technical and external condition With a full tank (although I did not take the car with a full tank) Without fines, violations or unpaid payments Sicily buy Car does not respond to my emails.

Pros: Excellent condition of the car, fast and easy pick up and drop off

Pros: No queue at pickup, competitive rental price, car well equipped

Cons: Car 250 metres from terminal, not very well signed

Pros: Fast check in and check out

Cons: I orderd an electric car but got a fossil car. The MG 3 we got had much smaller trunk than the Cupra Born I had ordered.

Pros: Car did not connect with my phone

Pros: All aspects

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Car was great, low mileage and in good shape.

Pros: No delay on picking up car

Cons: Tried to convince me to take out additional insurance; even though I had full cover taken out via Discovery Cars

Pros: Car was relatively new, also clean.

Cons: We were on time on pick up car was not, (until last minute, had to queue again). Customer servant was not sympatethic at all towards customer when presenting surprising additional fees (though contract abiding).

Pros: I recommend this company

Cons: Baby seat was not comfortabile and damaged.

Cons: Pick-up agent charged us 50 more euros for being there after office hours, but we were not and also was rude. During the trip i had a little accident and had a little scratch on the bumper of the car. Now im being charged 1000 for this. They have not provided me with an invoice in english so i can understand what im being charged for, only in italian. Im trying to call the after rental department but they are not picking up the phone, or have answered emails. Terrible experience

Pros: Smooth communication. Called them by the phone to cancel a child seat - arranged that in 2 mins. Write them by email because found out more damages on the car and windshield after I took the car - they replied asap and ensured me that would not be put on my account. Their promise was kept at the end.

Cons: The car I got was not cleaned well. There was pet fur at the back and dust on the dashboard. I was driving with kid, so not attractive to put it at the back seat with all pet fur on it.. The car damages were not all noted. Including windshield such. It is quite hard to note them all on the car take ..especially on a unknown car and light rain. I had to write them and make make additional notice these damages are not done by me. A little hussle, which I would like to avoid in future.

Pros: El trato por parte de ambas personas, quien lo entregó y a quien se lo devolvimos fue todo correcto.

Cons: Darme un coche de valor inferior y con muy mala autonomía y lentitud de carga

Pros: Everything was fine. Very quick pick up the car.

Cons: Location of car was a bit far from the airport.

Pros: Wszystko było szybko i sprawnie.

Pros: Rapide

Cons: voiture non sélectionnée recue

Pros: Fast service when picking up and returning the car

Cons: They asked us to pay for a second comprehensive insurance which was three times more expensive than a Discovery cars. they gave us a smaller car than we paid for. the driver's seat mat was missing, the dashboard of the car was dirty

Cons: Quite dirty interior, with some parts of the fabric in bad shape. No windshield spray liquid and car dented badly on the sides

Pros: Good price, everything went smooth at the checkin and dropoff.

Cons: All good! :)

Cons: Extra fee for pickup after midnight

Pros: It was easy to get car.

Cons: It was a bit shame that we didn't get the cars that we were expecting to get

Pros: easy and realiable

Cons: The car could have been newer and had a severe dent in the back but that was ok and functional

Pros: I was lucky to arrive at the counter 20 minutes before opening, so I was the first one in the queue. Otherwise, it would have taken more time to get the car.

Cons: The car was not well cleaned. The windshield was very dirty, and the interior needs some more attention.

Pros: łatwość w oddaniu samochodu, tani depozyt

Cons: trudno znaleźć miejsce odbioru samochodu, nikt nie pomaga

Pros: The car needed wheel alignment. It was also dirty on the outside

Cons: The car needed wheel alignment. It was also dirty on the outside

Pros: We received fast and good service. At pick up we were upgraded with much better car for the same price!

Cons: Overall we thought was a bit expensive. I can't find anywhere the information what the deadline for the deposit return is. It has to be very clear in the contract and terms and conditions.

Pros: It was really easy

Cons: The agent doesn't check the car with the drivers, so there's no official testimony of what is the state of the car. If something happen, it's word against word. I think they should do a proper check of the car with the clients, to make sure everyone agrees and avoid any problem at the checkout.

Cons: The car was filthy inside. We had to stop & buy Windex & paper towels & clean the inside of the window to see out. The gas tank was on 3/4 but we were told it's full. There were 4 unreported scratches. We took pictures of everything. We returned it with a full tank. I am owed at least $25 euros in extra gas I had to put in to return with full gas tank. We pointed this ALL out to the attendant who shrugged & told us to take pictures.

Pros: Rekomenduoju šią auto nuomos kompaniją, viskas vyko sklandžiai.

Cons: Nepamirškite grąžinti švaraus automobilio

Pros: Fast service

Cons: Definitely too expensive car insurance

Pros: The car was clean, the AC worked well, the agent speak english well, when I got my turn in the queue the agent handled my rental as fast as he can.

Cons: The car I got was lower class than what I chose on discovercars. I chose an Opel Grandland or similar option and got a baseline Fiat Panda with a not so smooth running engine.

Pros: Sicily by Car are the best, they are always polite, do not make problems about lack of extra insurance, you can always travel in others contires and they offer the best price for the same quality...

Cons: MG zs is not a good Suv, ha -ha. Do not get me wrong. It was perfect but no power inside, haha. New car, clean and spacious - thank you!

Pros: Very nice electric car

Cons: Some cars had cigarettes smell

Pros: Dropping off the car

Cons: We must pay extra insuriance, becous debit card. So then we have two full covrige...

Pros: service is good, fast. the car is also good.

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Our car had scratches all over the right side. It makes you worry about getting your deposit back.

Pros: They were fine. It is your company who are at fault. I would like a refund because you misled me.

Pros: Everything was quite fast and easy, from rental desk steps, until dropping the cab back to the parking place.

Pros: I have always used them

Cons: Took far too long to get through the queue, more agents needed

Pros: New car

Cons: You are forced to take additional insurance, otherwise they don't rent the car. The agent didn't want to sent an email why neither provide explanation on paper. Had to pay +200euro.

Pros: Really great service and people. I would prefer to work with them. I got a car of an upper size rather I booked.

Cons: Returning of the car was unclear. No instructions, no explanations. No information how to get to Bergamo Italy airport after car drop off. So, I spent my precious vacation time and went to the airport to ask them for the all check out information.

Pros: efficiency

Cons: higher fees for payment by debit card, it was not clearly market on documents

Pros: Straight forward and helpful service.

Cons: Waiting a while in a queue but that is down to timing sometimes? Agent doesn't offer GPS anymore.

Pros: Top service. Highly recommended!

Cons: N/a

Cons: I had to pay double price as I have paid by MasterCard debit card and not by credit card. Wind screen was dirty from inside. 6th gear was not smooth at all, they left an empty PET bottle in the car.

Pros: Fairly quick and very easy with docs in a tablet.

Cons: Windscreen fluid emoty

Pros: They ignored my deposit and insurance with discover cars

Pros: Quick car drop off

Cons: We waited for almost an hour in line at the window to sign the documents, even though we had checked in online. There were only 5 people in line. The service ladies were constantly serving someone out of line. It took an incredibly long time. The child seat was not installed in the car, we had to install it ourselves.

Pros: Fast car rental return, very good bargain

Cons: Too long process when picking up the car (long queue and many administrative actions before I could pick up the car)

Cons: Brakes were noisy, also no water in the windshield tank

Pros: Relatively quick service picking up the car and returning it

Cons: Car had an annoying rattling sound and had to be returned for a rplacement. Service tested the car and agreed about the rattling sound, but wanted to fix it instead of providing a replacement. had to tell them that I was not there to waste time and demanded a replacement. Finding return garage at FCO (Rome airport) was confusing. Poor signage.

Pros: Prompt and a good price.

Cons: Car was old, no Apple Car Play so hard to use ‘maps’ from a phone.

Pros: Had no problems with the rental whatsoever

Pros: Fairly efficient

Cons: We didn't get a car with air conditioning which we paid for

Pros: Service to collection and return was impeccable

Cons: Extremely old car , non functional radio / USB charger - some very irate kids and family in the car

Pros: Quick without the usual upselling

Pros: Rapidez y Comodidad

Pros: Quick service

Cons: Cleanness of the car

Pros: Perfect from start to finish!

Pros: Through no fault of their own the pick up office was understaffed, thus it took over a half hour to pick up the car.

Pros: Better communication where to pick it up and to bring it back.More effort to speak a foreign language!

Cons: The person receiving the car was very rude, all tourists waiting to bring their car back were looking at each other what was going on

Pros: Did what they had to do. No hassle, no issues. Plain service.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Its a trustworthy company. A kind lady at the airport of Bari who explained us everything as its our first rented car ever. Drop off was smooth and fast. Would rent here again :)

Cons: The car salon may have been a little cleaner, but we fixed it with wet wipes :) all okay

Pros: Use of a pad for collection and return

Cons: Car key fob didn’t work.

Pros: In terminal key pick up - pick up car in car park and easy drop off.

Cons: None

Pros: Pick up and delivery was handled super quickly. Almost no waiting time

Cons: Important informations were not provided. For instance: what type of fuel. The car was significantly damaged, but no damage information was provided in the counter. We fotographed everything and had no problems when delivering the car. All the damages were previously known (according to the damage report I received later per E-mail), so we also did not have to pay for any previous damage. Still...it would be nice to have this information in paper when we were checking for damages

Cons: The time we spent in the line in Bari airport.

Cons: The left side indictor lights were not working all the time, possibly due to an electrical error. So, the mechanics should be more diligent checking lights.

Pros: Wrong information at pick up desk, but excellent support at drop off

Pros: fast dropp-off

Cons: car seats were not good quality and had to be installed myself without any explenation

Pros: service very good

Cons: nothing

Pros: Wszystko poszło sprawnie, bez problemów. Samochód nowy, czysty

Cons: -

Pros: Very smooth service, the online check-in made the car pick-up really quick, the drop-off was quick as well, plus the deposit was released without any delay. Thank you for your service and until next time!

Pros: Brand new car

Pros: No goofing around on price, condition of car, or insurance extras.

Cons: We had to wait a couple of hours before we could pick up the car because we got to the lot a few hours early.

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: there were no problems

Cons: none

Cons: Long wait at Sicily by car. After spending 2 hours at Cabinieri they still wanted more paper work

Pros: Low price.

Cons: Very "off-hand" at check-in and return. Not very customer friendly! Vague directions to car pick up.

Pros: Kompletna, dobra jakość

Cons: Zamówiliśmy pojazd z klimatyzacją a otrzymaliśmy - bez klimatyzacji

Pros: Pickup location

Cons: Scanning all personal docs

Pros: Ever reliable

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Car was not clean.

Cons: The car was hibrid, but don't think it was working property. I had one before from Noleggiare, which I drove for 390km and I didn't need to fill it up. No petrol used. However the car gave to me by Sycily I've spent 45euros in petrolto drive same distance, same places.

Pros: We picked the car in Bari which overall was great. Also, we didn't own a credit card so we had to pay an extra charge - we did not expect that.

Cons: Dropping off the car in Roma was painful because we could not find the address we had been given. Once we found it they sent us to another address.

Cons: The rental company doesn't offer professionality during vehicle check out and check in. They gave me a car with more damages than the ones listed in the check out report and didn't want to listen my reports. Cleary a cleaver way to charge extra costs to customers

Pros: The desk operators are friendly and trustful.

Cons: I m overall satisfied.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: For the reasons explained below

Pros: The agent was very efficient ripping me off upon return

Pros: You need more people at checkin. I felt sorry for the staff...there were only two of them!

Cons: Wait of 1 and a half hours to get the car

Pros: Great receptionist at the airport Great car

Cons: Had sticky marks on paintwork which could have been cleaned off

Pros: I have had a great experience using Sicily By Car rent company. Best service, good condition of car. Thank you very much.

Cons: very small car. very long waiting time at the airport when picking up the car

Pros: I had a trainee helping me to pick up my car. A very slow process. But the people were very nice

Cons: Slow service

Pros: Nothing. The cars are all scratched and even banged. The first car overheated. We brought it back to change it, they didn't have a similar car. They put oil and water and sent us on our way. Cars overheated again, took it to Brindisisi airport location, got a smaller, banged up, dirty car. No price adjustment. Rude staff. A nightmare experience.

Cons: Everything

Pros: Young lady at service counter in bari was excellent. Professional, friendly and efficient

Pros: loved the car..was hybrid and saved on gas..easy to get car and easy to drop off at Funicino airport

Cons: everything was good

Pros: I was upgraded

Cons: I had to pay a surcharge because I didn’t have a credit card in my name , for the deposit.

Pros: Proffesional, efficient

Pros: The time spent on picking up and dropping off the car was miserable.

Cons: I would appreciate it if the car was properly cleaned before picking it up.

Pros: Easy to find the office and polite staff.

Cons: Bad directions of how to find the car meant having to return to the office to get clearer directions.

Pros: Nice Rep and collection area

Cons: Waiting time at collection and interior of car dirty and tyre pressure dash board light was on

Pros: Easy process, quick and reliable. However, the car was very damaged (scratches, tires, outside condition) compared to what was signaled when signing the contract. Discover Cars was very fast in responding and assured they would follow up if needed. So far (2 weeks later), I haven't had an issue. The person at drop off was super efficient and I didn't experience any issue other than that.

Cons: Long queue at rent desk

Pros: Drop off the car was very quick.

Cons: They did not inform correctly about the cards type what they accept so they debitted us with a quite high amount compared to the rental fee. The extra day was also so high compared to the total rental fee. I will not offer to anyone this rental company!

Pros: Fast drop off, affordable prices

Cons: Unexplained additional charge, long queue near rental desk at the airport

Pros: Nice new car, clean, easy review of documents.

Cons: Just a long line to pick it up - but that's more on the people in front of me (and it was a Friday). I had my documents ready and it was quick.

Pros: Rep was friendly.

Cons: I wish we’d been given more information about road signs in Italy. Also there was no usable charging point for the phone which was inconvenient. Would be great to have a clip for phone for using Google Maps while driving as we couldn’t plug our phone in.

Pros: Fast and friendly

Cons: The service was good. The price was way too high

Pros: They didn't try to push upgrades or additional insurance.

Cons: Communication at pick up/drop off area was poor

Pros: very nice staff, easy pick-up, no extra charges, gave back all the deposit

Cons: if you don't have a credit card, you need to pay extra to be able to get the card with a debit card. we pain 100 euros extra which was unpleasant

Pros: car was as booked

Cons: slow service at the desk even though I had filled in all the info online before pick up. Not enough agents at a busy time,

Pros: great car

Cons: They charged a security deposit of 650 Euro to my credit card three times and did not remove it until 5-6 days after returning the car in perfect condition--I believe that if "Discover Cars" hadn't been the agency through which I booked the car, I might never have received the 650 Euro back. I called every "Sicily by Car" service number and nvere recieved a human response. I emailed "Sicily by Car" several times and never recieved a responce. Consequently I do not trust "Sicily by Car" agency.

Pros: Great car

Cons: Too long to collect

Pros: Perfect condition of the car, easy to find the desk, very fast pick, exellent car rental agents, no problem to dropping off the car early in the morning

Cons: Pick up took a long time signing forms. Was given child seat in terminal to then carry 300 metres to the car park along with all our luggage. Car was parked in a hard to find parking spot.

Pros: Very good other than queue at desk.

Cons: Length of queue

Pros: Super friendly staff at the desk and at the return

Pros: Both when picking up the car, and also when returning, the representatives were completely available, without a queue (I traveled outside the tourist season ..)

Cons: * When collecting the vehicle, the representative tried to "push" me a deductible cancellation insurance, even though the voucher stated that I had purchased it from you. * At the time of booking - I paid extra for taking the vehicle outside of the office hours, although in practice I arrived during business hours.

Cons: Only accepts credit cards

Pros: Fast car provision and fast pick up on drop off location in airport!

Cons: Verry pleasant service with “special offers” - for free! 😃🙏🏻

Pros: Car clean and undamaged

Pros: Quick.

Cons: Actually service was good. However, i had a problem about insurance. Sicily car told me that in case of any damage, the car is covered by their insurance although i booked the car full coverage by your web site. In this case, i have to pay them firstly, then i must present all the proofs to your company for a refund. That is a bit time consuming and risky. Therefore, i would recommend you to offer an option full coverage for the insurance company of sicily car. It is just an advise. Thanks

Pros: Condizioni veicolo e pulizia. Riconsegna veloce del veicolo.

Cons: Probabilmente più personale per la consegna del veicolo, magari in funzione dell'afflusso dei voli.

Pros: Got a nice upgrade, car was well cleaned, easy return/drop-off.

Cons: Only had one desk (and employee) for registration and pick-up of keys ... and a long queue. So we lost a lot of time.

Pros: Online check in, easy to find. Good quality car.

Cons: nothing, all good

Pros: Absolutely not the best service I ever had. Car wasn’t the one as ordered and I doubt it was an ‘upgrade as they said’

Cons: Car had no car window fluid in it.

Pros: Use of iPad for contract details, friendly staff.

Cons: The need to hurry along people picking up cars who have endless queries

Pros: Badd, nog friendly at all at the desk. We asked for 2 children Seats (Discovery cars did not send this to Them), zo only 1 was there. A lot of shouting and in the end of was fixed, alsof we had to out the Seat in ourselfs, wich tool a lot of time, and no help was hoven although they werd standing along the car... Nog a real good start of our holiday...

Cons: Bad, tire was allready leaking from the beginning. In the end we found a screen in IT. No help was givin from Them, zo we solved and paus IT ourself although we had the ensureance from you...

Cons: Still don't have my deposit back

Pros: The agent was friendly and helpful when picking up the car,

Cons: The agent told me that there was no marks or scrapes on the car, but upon picking up the car there was a number of marks and scrapes - when I bought the car back to the car park, there was no attendant in the car park. I walked to the terminal to give the keys back (which was fine) but the agent asked me to sign the section which says "didn't wait for the car park attendant" (or similar) which I queried and said I wasn't happy to sign. I had to walk back to the car park (not far) to sort!

Pros: Nice people

Cons: Paperwork is a bit slow. Car was not in the bay stated

Pros: Compared to their competitors, they did not try to cheat me by selling me their insurance against my will. I just got what I asked for. I believe that fairness is the basic assumption for good customer satisfaction.

Cons: Car in better condition. Provide maintenance before renting it to another customer (i.e. check tyre pressure).

Pros: Service desk agents were also not helpful at all

Cons: I booked a rental online that didn’t require us to have a credit card as we don’t have one. We got to the desk and they said we had to pay £30 per day extra. This took our car rental to well over £400 instead of £200. The policy should have stipulated that we needed a credit card.

Pros: This service is my nightmare. You spend 500euros on rental, then 100 euros on insurances and if you dont have a credit card, which you find out you dont, cause you are a regular European citizen, you pay 35euros extra per day! just to insure them some more about your responsability. So overall, I liked driving around in Fiat 500, but I would say Sicily by car is a bunch of thieves.

Pros: Very efficient and not high pressured sales at pick up

Cons: A long walk from the terminal at Bari airport

Pros: Very gentle person at drop off.

Cons: Lots of time spent before picking up the car, lady maybe professional by not gentle at the desk, nevertheless I gave all data online, they asked for these again, so it wasn’t any time gained

Pros: nothing.

Cons: rude, awfull, unpolite stuff.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The roughness of the Rental Agent(Sicily by Car)

Pros: The car was in good condition, clean.

Cons: They did not know that we were covered by Discover car and tried to sell us extra insurance. Was not helpfull finding out if we were covered fully.

Pros: Nothing. I had to cancel my reservation, because the queue was so long, that I had to cancel it and take a taxi.

Cons: Only 1 representative out of 4 at desk.

Pros: I wasn't hassled to buy additional insurance unlike other car rental ompanies. The lady at the desk was helpful and efficient.

Cons: Nothing really. Bit of a wait to hand the car back - 10 minutes maybe - but they were busy so understandabe. Glad we were early for our flight though as it would have been a different story if we had to rush to catch it.

Pros: The guy out by the cars in the car park was really helpful

Cons: There was a queue to pick up the keys

Pros: Efficient lady at reception

Cons: A long queue to collect the car at the airport

Pros: car was nice

Cons: Having to pay an additional fee for insurance after you already have to pay a fee in the initial booking is ridiculous. So to rent the car it was $90 then with all the additional insurance you have to get its $200 more. When you book it online they dont tell you that you have to get the additional $22 a day insurance for the car. would have been helpful to know because I wouldnt have used this car rental if I knew that.

Pros: Rapid processing and transfer

Cons: No comments.

Pros: Affordable price for full-size vehicle, in-terminal desk, short walk to car

Cons: Pick-up queue was too long - 30mins. Vehicle was damaged
