Cons: Car was out of wiper fluid.

Pros: That the desk is at the airport and the parking is quite easy to find.

Cons: The issue with using debit card and extra payment because of that (which are equal to double payment of the things on discovercars website) and that the car was very dirty outside when we pick it up. Plus the guy on the parking didn't speak English at all, so we couldn't ask about the drop off conditions and mention the issue with really dirty car.

Cons: The mini bus we recieved was not what I ordered, it was very damaged inside and out, dirty inside and when we spoke to the onsite rep, he was unhelpful and told us to go back and queue (for another hour) if we wanted to change, but there would be no alternative. Would NOT recommend

Pros: Smooth communication. Called them by the phone to cancel a child seat - arranged that in 2 mins. Write them by email because found out more damages on the car and windshield after I took the car - they replied asap and ensured me that would not be put on my account. Their promise was kept at the end.

Cons: The car I got was not cleaned well. There was pet fur at the back and dust on the dashboard. I was driving with kid, so not attractive to put it at the back seat with all pet fur on it.. The car damages were not all noted. Including windshield such. It is quite hard to note them all on the car take ..especially on a unknown car and light rain. I had to write them and make make additional notice these damages are not done by me. A little hussle, which I would like to avoid in future.

Zamiast pobrać tylko większy depozyt zabezpieczenia, zwrotny. Moim zdaniem jest to wyłudzanie pieniędzy od klienta, niczym nie uzasadnione w moim wypadku. I to bardzo mi się nie podobało.

I think they should do a proper check of the car with the clients, to make sure everyone agrees and avoid any problem at the checkout.

Cons: The car was filthy inside. We had to stop & buy Windex & paper towels & clean the inside of the window to see out. The gas tank was on 3/4 but we were told it's full. There were 4 unreported scratches. We took pictures of everything. We returned it with a full tank. I am owed at least $25 euros in extra gas I had to put in to return with full gas tank. We pointed this ALL out to the attendant who shrugged & told us to take pictures.

Discover Cars was very fast in responding and assured they would follow up if needed. So far (2 weeks later), I haven't had an issue. The person at drop off was super efficient and I didn't experience any issue other than that.

I called every "Sicily by Car" service number and nvere recieved a human response. I emailed "Sicily by Car" several times and never recieved a responce. Consequently I do not trust "Sicily by Car" agency.

Cons: The agent told me that there was no marks or scrapes on the car, but upon picking up the car there was a number of marks and scrapes - when I bought the car back to the car park, there was no attendant in the car park. I walked to the terminal to give the keys back (which was fine) but the agent asked me to sign the section which says "didn't wait for the car park attendant" (or similar) which I queried and said I wasn't happy to sign. I had to walk back to the car park (not far) to sort!
