Pros: Upon drop off, the representative brought us to the parking lot. We followed him on his scooter. He was very helpful.

Cons: Car was ok, clean, just a bit to scratchy. However, guys at locauto were ok, no issues. Location on map a bit trickier to find, not that many Locauto signs.

Pros: it was very easy to locate the office at the airport and a very swift transaction without a hard sell for unnecessary insurance, which is what happens with many other rental car companies

Cons: It was a bit difficult to find the car park. The instructions we received at the office were a bit vague. It did not help that it was raining and we had to walk around trying to locate where the car was.

Pros: All good, great car very economical on gas and totally reliable.

Cons: During the rservarion I opted for a T-Roc but I got a Kamiq instead. It is clear that it is stated that similar car can be there. It is really a minor thing.

Cons: Nesinori to minėti , bet ne viskas patiko- teko eilėje atsiimant dokumentus stovėti labai ilgai apie 20 minučių, aikštelės teko paieškoti. Problema gražinant automobilius: viename automobilyje netvarkingas kuro lygio matuoklės daviklis nerodė pilno bako, o labai temperamentingai italei teko įrodinėti ,kad bakas pilnas pateikiant prieš 5 minutes pripildyto kuro kvitą. Antrojo automobilio greičų dėžė buvo netvarkinga ir išklerus.

Pros: Great service. When the car initially given to me was unsuitable (large Jeep with insufficient driver seat height for me), they went out of their way to find me a perfect car for my needs. Really friendly and helpful service.

Pros: The car we received was a Ford Puma. I was pleased with this car because I had the possibility to use Android Auto and all its features. Also the car had rear parking sensors.

Pros: Locauto was great, car in perfect shape with the usual minor scratches and clean. I like in particular that we are greated imediately by a locauto agent when dropping off so it was very fast, faster than taking out luggage out. Totally recommend.

Pros: O 2°carro, Fiat Panda, com que andei o resto da semana, sim, estava Ok. Gostei da atitude do 2°senhor que me atendeu no dia em que fui devolver o twingo, pois os primeiros rapazes, simplesmente estavam a tentar enganar-me e dizer que o carro apresentava aquelas temperaturas devido ao clima!!!

Cons: Não gostei nada do primeiro carro que me entregaram, um twingo que não estava em condições de ser entregue a ninguém, com sobreaquecimento, sem condições de segurança, e que me obrigou a perder o dia seguinte a voltar a Bari e ao aeroporto, devolvê-lo.

Pros: The staff at the front desk. The staff at drop off. Extremely polite, helpful and efficient under difficult situations. Both groups very good.

Cons: Although staff at pickup were polite and doing their best, they lacked leadership and control in a pressure situation. I was basically given my keys and pointed in the direction of my rental car.

Cons: You have missed to mark a scratch on the car in the description and we almost had problems. Luckily we had taken photos of the car at the pickup, so we could prove the scratch wasn't our fault.
