Pros: Quick service

Cons: Did not receive any papers on check in desk. They ask to sign a contract without review it to the customer. It takes 10 minutes walking to take the car.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Rude, scam artists who I am now in a dispute with.

Pros: Ljubazno osoblje na pultu, brzina u preuzimanju auta, sve smo završili za 5 min., čistoća automobila, kao i lako i brzo vraćanje automobila. Definitivno za svaku preporuku

Pros: Both the rental and return processes were smooth, and the car met my expectations. I highly recommend doing the online check-in beforehand as it significantly speeds up the pickup process upon arrival.

Cons: Nothing - everything was perfect ;)

Pros: The process of pick up and drop off was straightforward and quick. Previous damage was clearly marked and emailed to us.

Cons: The car exterior had not been washed when we picked it up.

Pros: Quick and easy except drop off LocAuto on google at Milan Centrale directs to old addresses and we drove around for an hour to find it in a car park at Centrale - Thai should have been clearer to rentals please

Pros: Много бързо вземане на колата. Жената от офиса ни предложи по-голяма кола без доплащане която,беше чисто нова. Връщането се случи също много бързо без каквито и да е било проблеми.

Pros: Nuomavomės du automobilius, Automobilių išorė buvo puiki, salonas švarus.

Cons: Nesinori to minėti , bet ne viskas patiko- teko eilėje atsiimant dokumentus stovėti labai ilgai apie 20 minučių, aikštelės teko paieškoti. Problema gražinant automobilius: viename automobilyje netvarkingas kuro lygio matuoklės daviklis nerodė pilno bako, o labai temperamentingai italei teko įrodinėti ,kad bakas pilnas pateikiant prieš 5 minutes pripildyto kuro kvitą. Antrojo automobilio greičų dėžė buvo netvarkinga ir išklerus.

Pros: Great service. When the car initially given to me was unsuitable (large Jeep with insufficient driver seat height for me), they went out of their way to find me a perfect car for my needs. Really friendly and helpful service.

Pros: The car we received was a Ford Puma. I was pleased with this car because I had the possibility to use Android Auto and all its features. Also the car had rear parking sensors.

Pros: Locauto was great, car in perfect shape with the usual minor scratches and clean. I like in particular that we are greated imediately by a locauto agent when dropping off so it was very fast, faster than taking out luggage out. Totally recommend.

Pros: O 2°carro, Fiat Panda, com que andei o resto da semana, sim, estava Ok. Gostei da atitude do 2°senhor que me atendeu no dia em que fui devolver o twingo, pois os primeiros rapazes, simplesmente estavam a tentar enganar-me e dizer que o carro apresentava aquelas temperaturas devido ao clima!!!

Cons: Não gostei nada do primeiro carro que me entregaram, um twingo que não estava em condições de ser entregue a ninguém, com sobreaquecimento, sem condições de segurança, e que me obrigou a perder o dia seguinte a voltar a Bari e ao aeroporto, devolvê-lo.

Pros: Efficient and friendly staff at the reception inside the airport and at the car pick up/drop off point

Pros: The staff at the front desk. The staff at drop off. Extremely polite, helpful and efficient under difficult situations. Both groups very good.

Cons: Although staff at pickup were polite and doing their best, they lacked leadership and control in a pressure situation. I was basically given my keys and pointed in the direction of my rental car.

Cons: You have missed to mark a scratch on the car in the description and we almost had problems. Luckily we had taken photos of the car at the pickup, so we could prove the scratch wasn't our fault.
