Autovia at Bari Airport

Cons: Δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα χρήσης debit card, κατά συνέπεια, δεν πήρα αυτοκίνητο από την Autovia και αυτήν τη στιγμή περιμένω να απαντήσει η εταιρεία, στο αίτημα επιστροφής των χρημάτων που κατέβαλα για την ενοικίαση του αυτοκινήτου, που τελικά δεν πήρα!!!!. Να σημειωθεί ότι όλες οι άλλες εταιρείες δέχονται debit card. Επίσης, οι χρεώσεις για να χρησιμοποιηθεί debit card, ήταν πολύ μεγαλύτερες, από την ενοικιαση αυτοκινήτου από οποιαδήποτε άλλη εταιρία!!

Pros: I was disappointed.

Cons: When the required machine was not received, there is no explanation as to why. A few days after receiving the machine, the yellow warning light regarding the machine's condition came on.

Pros: Honteux scandaleux ARNAQUEUR !!!! MASTERCARD débit et faut encore payer plus de 400 euros au guichet !!! Heureusement que nous étions deja sur place ! Et que mon mari avait sa voiture !! Plusieurs personnes dans mon cas bloquée a l'aéroport a devoir non seulement avoir deja payer la voiture sur votre site mais arrive au guichet, MASTERCARD débit pas accepté ? Et hop 400 euros de plus a régler ???? Non mais une honte !!!!

Cons: Des arnaqueurs. Des gens bloqués à l'aéroport et contraintes de payer 400 euros de plus pour des histoires de Mastercard debit et bon credit. Les Mastercard font les deux. Quand on reserve hôtels a l'étranger c'est pareil. Ils prennent aussi empreinte a l'accueil comme garantie. SCANDALEUX ARNAQUEUR ABUSIF

Pros: Nice and clean car

Cons: 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting in line for getting the car. Nobody in the parking space. Not easy to find it. I still wait to receive the check out document and my deposit with no indication from the company (already 7 days after)

Pros: The price was ok and the facture the second driver was free

Cons: The waiting at Bari airport was horrible. 2 hours in line. The keys are given then and the véhicule is on a parking 500m further. The car was full of bumps and scratches. I made sure to take a lot of photos before and added marks on the contract. Even as i write theses lines they are still trying to charge for a repair on the windsheild (200 euros) By chance, I have pictures prooving the damages were there before. Is it a thing to charge the clients for repairs they don’t make afterwards?

Pros: Very honest prices and quick car collection. Very helpfull and very nice staff. Car was very clean. Little bit confusing extra insurance option but over all it was necessary for our sake while traveling with kids. No problems made when discovered unchecked marks on the car. It was corrected and included in collection raport imediately. It saved us problems at drop off. Deposit back in 2 days.Such a pleasure to rent a car from Autovia. We gonna use their service in the future. Highly recommended

Pros: Very difficult to get back the depozit? Why ? It Takeshi 2 sec to refund depozit .on 18 th july i fly to crete and depozit still keep by autovia

Pros: It was in terminal and the process was easy for both pick-up and drop-off.

Cons: The pick-up was slow. The agent took a long time trying to up-sell to all customers, so even though there were only 3 people in from of me, I ended up waiting almost an hour. Furthermore, even though the DiscoverCars terms and conditions said the rental included roadside assistance, the rental company said it didn't. Fortunately I didn't need it.

Pros: Good pick up and drop off speed.

Cons: There was no medical kit and fire extinguisher in the car. The baby seat was in poor condition and the belts could not be fastened. When picking up the car, there was no one to talk to at the parking lot, and it was difficult to get through when calling the number.

Cons: I asked them to sent me the final bill that would summarize how much had I finally paid in total (with insurance, etc.) They did not.

Pros: The girls on Bari Airport were nice and convenient. Also the guy who give you car on parking is very good. You must inspect car because we were missing first aid kit and reflective west. He provide all.

Cons: Car LANCIA YPSILON was with traces of use everywhere, scratches and bumps on the doors and bumpers.

Pros: Sign of motor olie pressure all the time, very slow motor, it was dark en rainy and the windshield wipers where in a bad condition

Cons: They did not recognize the advance that I had paid and I paid double the amount indicated in the reservation. I waited more than two hours to get the car. The pre-booking made no sense - I neither received the reserved car nor paid the announced amount.

Pros: clean car but bigger than we expected. Not a good thing for tiny Italian roads.

Cons: We had taken full coverage with Discover Cars, but the Autovia agents were relentless in telling us we were not covered and would be personally liable for theft or damage. Even after I showed them the Discover Card voucher that stated"You are fully covered-you can decline additional coverage at the rental counter." they still insisted that we were assuming all risk without buying their package for 400 Euros.

Cons: aggressive selling of extra insurance and breakdown cover. car was not clean or well maintained. no washer fluid, low engine oil level, damaged bodywork.

Pros: Clear explanation but lack of car actually booked so had to take larger car that was more difficult to manouvre in small villages

Cons: Pick up / return location too narrow with no empty spaces and only 1 person so both pick and return where longer than usual

Pros: The whole process was fast and simple. The staff were nice and helpful, and I even got a better car than the one I had reserved.

Cons: They offered me extra insurance even though I had already paid for one online

Cons: They did not have the car transmission type/ nor size we reserved. They indicated to us that a reservation was based "on availability" so very unclear why you pay for the upgrade or a automatic only to be stuck with a manual transmission

Pros: The pick up of the car went smoothly at the airport. The actual car was exactly what we expected.

Cons: We attempted to drop the car at the rail station instead of taking the car back to the airport. While the agent seemed helpful at the start, we spent over 10 minutes arranging it and then he told us the drop-off charge was 73.50 Euros. First, this was an outrageous price…more than the cost of the rental. Second, he could have told us the drop-off cost at the start of the conversation and saved us both a lot of time!

Cons: Pick up of the car delayed by 3 hours, due to the delay of the plane and I had to pay extra 30 euros. Why? The car was mine already for 3 hours and I called the agency 5 hours before to inform them about the late pick-up but still in business hours.

Cons: It was good but they tried to charge a £10 fees for cleaning the car which should be included in the price as long as it's a normal use of the car
