Cons: My only small drawback was that the car we received had some dents to the outside, which were known and reported beforehand but I think would have warranted a small discount

Pros: The flight was delayed and arrived nearly 01:00 but still the staff entertained me and went throught the rental process. Big thank you to that lovely lady.

Cons: Its quite difficult to find a compatible charging point with the electric car. But you have the option to just return it and pay budget the charging which they do have and seems like a reasonable price.

Cons: I did not have a problem with the hire but 3 others of my party did being told they had to take out other insurance because the police did not except your full cover which we all had taken out 1 party member did not realise he had taken the insurance this is misspelling by the hire company on all counts this should be investigated and stopped there costs should be refunded

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2930.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car. The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Mandatory surcharges, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
