Pick-up instructions
Collect your luggage and call us at (+34) 628 786 651. Exit the arrivals terminal and walk straight under the bridge, heading toward the parking building. Cross the pedestrian crossing and turn left toward the bus stop (walk past it).
Turn right at the first pedestrian crossing and follow the signs to Parking G. Enter through the red door marked "Abonados G". You will find our red and white courtesy shuttle there.
You must call 0034 628 786 651 so that the courtesy bus can come, as it does not always remain there.

Pros: The cheapest car rent we found in Mallorca, fast drop off. We got VW Polo insteas Renault Clio - I appreciate it, because we got better car for the first time and I really enjoyed the driving.
Cons: Quite hard to find the pick up spot, because there's building yard at the airport now.

Pros: The booking in was easy but finding the pick up point was hard has there are no signs to direct you to the pickup point we had to ask 4 or 5 people to find it and once we got to the rental place we received a text with directions these should be sent a day earlier which would have made it a lot easier.
Cons: The return was a nightmare? We had to return the car with a full tank of fuel so on our way back to return the car we stopped and filled the car up 48 euros but the fuel gauge didn’t move above 3/4 of a tank. So we told to get off the mini bus and go to the office. Where I was asked to take the car to the local garage and fill it up, I explained I’d just filled it up and couldn’t get anymore fuel in the car I was frog marched to the garage where I put in €1.68 to prove the car was full not empty

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
