Van Rental at Lisbon Airport

We had a wonderful time throughout Portugal. We did both historical and cultural activities which was exciting and entertaining.

We enjoyed our Mercedes van. We are 7 in our family. The ban was very comfortable.

Douro Valley and the portuguese food is amazing

We went for many walks in the area of Sintra, Cascais and Cabo da Roca.

It was a perfect family trip. Surfing vacation in the wonderful waves in the heat of Portugal, and skateboarding. Great views off the highway in the villages. Want to come back again

The rental easily allowed us to travel to all of our preplanned destinations without issue.

We really enjoyed Peniche, Baleal and Ferrel. Everyone was very nice and everything was very clean.

Incredible country. We traveled all over the country and loved every area we went. The food and wine was amazing and the people were very warm and friendly. Also, Portugal is an extremely easy country to drive around. Great roads, great signage, not a lot of traffic.

It is worth it travelling along the Douro from Lamego to Pinhao and through the Serra da Esteral in Portugal

Beautiful country. Drove from Lisbon to Covilhã, Aveiro, Porto, Nazaré, Tomar and Sintra. It was a big 9 passenger van, but it handled well and we survived the tiny streets in the cities.

We saw everything in Lisbon from the Castel de S. Jorge, where we felt like we were on top of the city overlooking it all, to seeing the magnificence of the Jerónimos Monastery to eating the incredible Pastéis at the Pastéis de Belém cafe. We drove to Colares to stay by the sea while exploring Sintra during the day. Sintra was a fairytale town with colorful palaces (Palace of Peña), magic wishing wells (initiation well) in breathtaking gardens and secret undergrounds of Quinta da Regaleira, and epic castles like Castelo dos Mouros. Then we drove to Porto, but on the way stopped in the medieval town of Óbidos and the Venice of Portugal, Aveiro, for a phenomenal dinner. In Porto, we explored alittle of the city like seeing the most beautiful bookshop, Livraria Lello, then drive to the Douro Valley to visit a 11 generation family owned winery, Quinta de Santa Eufémia. This was 1% explanation of a once in a lifetime trip with my 5 girlfriends. We loved Portugal, from the food to the sights, to their wonderful people.

Nazare, Lisboa, Cabo Espichel (very nice surroundings), Setubal (Fish Market beautiful and amazing boot trip to the dolphins. At the end a perfect house in the Algarve

We did the EN2 (National route that crosses Portugal from the North - Chaves -till the very South - Faro. It was an unforgettable experience for the unbelievable beauty and diversity of this small country in just 740Km. This is the 3rd world's longest route after Route 66 (USA) and Rota 40 (Argentina) and believe me... it's a must do!!

Lisbon is a wonderful city!

Lisbon is a beautiful place that can be better seen while riding a vehicle. Public transportation in Lisbon - although very good - takes time... if you have only a few days to travel, renting a car is a good idea (but be careful with parking... make sure you have a place to park your vehicle prior to renting)

Staying near Obidos, north of Lisbon, but visited Lisbon 4 times as lots to see and no problem with driving in Lisbon and on Motorway to Obidos. Used Satnav on phone to get around.

To move all around Portugal with a good plan and of course a good Car choice is need it!

Go to 5he Silver Coast. Fantastic scenery. Very friendly people. Good value for money.

Don't forget to stop at every toll and get a ticket only residents can drive through them!

The most beautiful country in south Europe

We rented a car in Lisbon to travel to Algarve and then the Douro Valley. Our time in Lisbon did not require a car rental because the public transportation is very good.

Don’t attempt driving to/in Sintra because there’s almost NO parking and the roads are brutally curvy, narrow and steep. Other than that all went fine, even in our 9 passenger VW Transporter.
