Pros: The prices are quite competitive compared to other brands. The cars are in relatively new and good condition.

Cons: According to the booking instructions, Windy Car staff were supposed to wait for us at the airport exit at 6:00 PM and take us to the Windy Car parking lot, as they don't have an office at Antalya Airport. However, we waited until almost 7:00 PM without anyone picking us up. We had to contact Windy Car ourselves, and their staff only came to pick us up when requested. No one explained why the pick-up wasn't as instructed, nor was there any apology. The initial experience was terrible.

Pros: The staff at the pickup who helped us get the car were very polite and extremely helpful. They answered all our questions and guided us properly. I was very satisfied with them. They didn’t try to push any extra services on us, unlike many other companies where you end up regretting the rental. Next time I need to rent a car, I will definitely try to rent from the same company again. The car they gave us was very clean, with new tires and a spotless interior. Thanks to “windy car”

Cons: When we returned the car at İzmir Airport, the drop-off point was at the domestic flights area instead of the international flights. From there, you have to go from domestic to international flights, and no one was available to take us. The rental staff said they didn’t have anyone to escort us, so we had to politely insist and request that someone come and take us to the correct area. This was the only part of the experience that was inconvenient.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: System wouldnt accept 6 credit cards for payment. Been offered a new booking with a much higher rate than one booked. Last second before leaving the place the guy tried my card again and out of the blue the payment was accepted with one of the 6 cards I tried earlier. Strange. Very strange. Let the reader of this review to guess why this has happened. Would not hire again from this company.

Cons: I had a terrible experience with WindyCar at Antalya Airport. Shortly after renting a car with them and leaving the country, my credit card data was stolen and used fraudulently. This was the only time I used that card during my trip, and the timing is no coincidence. I trusted this company with my personal and financial information, and that trust was clearly misplaced.

Pros: Good car, low deposit, quick pick up and drop off but you will definitely need a working phone in Turkey to call WindyCar and ask for an airport shuttle to pick you up.

Cons: They have no bank terminal and just copy your credit card into their computer, including the CVC code. It didn't seem safe to me. Zero deductible does not apply to scratch or dent if there is no 3rd party. Got the car was with an almost empty tank. I have to return it the same, which is not very convenient.

Pros: Quick drop off, no extra charges. Car was OK. Personnel was polite and helpful.

Cons: Pickup was somewhat cumbersome - there is no meet and greet, you need to call them to pick you up by Whatsapp, which requires data plan, which you don't have on arrival. Using airport wifi is tricky because it is only inside, when meeting point is outside. Car condition was in general good, however tire pressure was very different among the wheels, which made steering difficult. Discovered too late, fixed by myself, but should be checked by the company technicians before car hand-over.

Cons: Car had broken TPMS and suffered a puncture. WindyCar service blamed us for not filling air in the tire- even though we checked the air before we left on our journey. All of the 3 cars we rented, were checked before our journey and this car was the only car that had a problem. The puncture was not our fault. We had to pay for a new tire and install it. It was not easy cause the tire size was not common (16) and we were in a small town outside Izmir. Very poor service- no point of insurance.

Cons: The car was in a really bad condition engine wise. It was a hyundai i20 but could barely climb slopes. It seemed like the car is years old though from the outside it looked decent.

Pros: Was the cheapest but worked out dear when the guy who dropped us off demanding money for a valet as my child dropped some cake inside the car because we had breakfast on the go to reach airport on time

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 5000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Young drivers under the age of 25 who wish to rent a vehicle must purchase the following insurance type(s): Additional Insurance.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
Deposit and deductible policy


In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Details are available from the rental company's reservation office.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
