Allmeet Rent A Car at Antalya Airport International Arrivals

Pros: nothing

Cons: They said credit card is not working, although was working. They just try it to every customer to decline credit card and ask for extra insurance. When I was calling to my bank for check, they could immediately use the card for deposit 400EUR but when we returned the car, ALLMeetCARS desided, when we have no extra insurance, we have to pay charge 30EUR for car cleaning. Car was clean but they found little dust on the body.. Crazy. More over they didnt returned DEPOSIT BACK:( (one week later)

Pros: Thank you for the trouble-free rental of Discovercars and Allmeet, a nice job, a nice team

Pros: La devolución fue rápida y cordial .El personal muy amable .

Cons: La recogida no fue agradable por parte del agente ,nos indico mal dónde recogernos se confundió de terminal .El vehículo tenía sucios los asientos .

Pros: It is a disaster. There is so less to like. The person who helps with the contract and who delivers the car seems helpful but he just want to rip off money from you. This car rental is a tourist trap.

Cons: Tourist trap rental agency. They have serious issues with their cars. Our car was not maintained and very old. They told us that they are upgrading our first selection, but instead they gave us a almost dead car just because it has an automatic gear. Tires were dead, super unsafe. There is no first aid kit in the car, no reflective vest or reflective triangle to warn the other cars in the traffic. We had a huge puncture at our tire and we could not continue the way, ending up missing our flight.

Cons: Allmet good service mr. YUSUF

Pros: The car was in good working condition. The AC works well.

Cons: The car remote was not working, low fuel when picked up. I wasn’t sure about guarantees, fees, and policy was in Turkish and not explained very well. Pickup from the airport took over an hour and half.

Cons: We received a Fiat Egea Cross with damage all over the car and a coolant leak, even though we had rented a Dacia Duster.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Long airport pickup delay, an old and worn car with over 130,000 km, and an attempted €30 cleaning charge for normal dust and floor-mat dirt. After I cleaned the mats myself, they confirmed in writing that there were no claims. The €400 deposit is still blocked, so I will update the review after it is released.

Pros: It was fast for a short rental, we were able to catch up with our work and Mr. Yusuf there is very caring and helpful, thank you for your interest.

Pros: The rental process was quick and easy for me

Pros: We rented a Fiat ÆGEA (Tipo Sedan) with AllMeet Rent A Car via DiscoverCars. We were picked up from Antalya Airport in the car we had rented. 2.5 suit cases, 3 overhead bags, 3 carry-ons and a child carrier all fitted along with us, the driver and a 4 year old. It had basic radio and USB port to connect and charge phone. We were communicated with via WhatsApp by both their head office and the local depot. Really good communication.

Cons: Would have been better if the car seat was already in place

Cons: Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied. The first problem was that I received the car with an empty fuel tank and had to look for a petrol station instead of setting off on my journey. You also have to return the car with an empty tank, which is very inconvenient. The second problem is that the car isn’t returned at the airport; you have to drive to the office and from there they take you to the airport. Although the terms and conditions state that the car is to be returned at the airport. There were

Cons: We got a car which was almost 1 meter longer then we booked. It was a crime to find a suiteable parkingspot in the street of Alanya. On forehand I had to send a copy of my passport and driverslicense but when we arrived, the dcouments were nog prepared. Everything was still needed to fill in.

Pros: Friendly smiling staff. Car condition and pickup and drop off service

Cons: Nothing

Pros: It was good overall.

Cons: The service could have been friendlier, and the meeting instructions at the airport were somewhat unclear.

Pros: Excellent service, I will use it again in the future with my family. I used it for a business trip, thank you Mr. Yusuf.

Pros: Excellent service, I bought a nice car and I was very satisfied with the service, I will come again.

Pros: Aggressive selling strategy. Well done!

Cons: Took Fiat from them, rate was cheap, as well as car was very bad condition. Baby seat also broken(wasted €20 for it). Be ready, they are pushing extra coverage costs on you, and manger double charged me for full kasko which I already paid in app. For early morning return, come +one hour early minimum, very less staff. Many other companies are there nearby, feel free to go somewhere else, I will personally not use them again.

Pros: It was just a basic Service from them.

Cons: 1. The Pick up location is Out of Airport... 2. They did not care when we were at the airport to meet and take us to their delivery office... 3. we were wandeling at the airport hall, looking for their office or anyone from them by a Sign.... 4. Once we didn't access to telephone and or Internet, were completely confused....Asking people to call them and tell them that we are waiting in the airport... 5. Now, After Two weeks, I have not received USD500.00 Deposite Yet which they blocked.!!!!

Pros: Pick-up with a large new mini-bus

Pros: not goood at all

Cons: they gve me small car not as i paid for

Pros: The agent was extremely helpful. İ traveled for the first time with just my children, and he helped with luggage and gave me clear instructions.

Cons: The only complaint I have is the office is a little difficult to find.

Pros: My rental experience was very good. We waited a little while when we arrived, then the employee came and picked us up. They offered us coffee in the office and gave us a good car.

Pros: Very very cheap

Pros: everything was fine, only the car was 2022 but in good condition

Pros: Thank you mr Can , 0 kilometr Citröen ❤️

Pros: Quick pick up at the airport

Cons: Rented two cars: sedan Fiat and a van Fiat. Awful car conditions for both. Broken parts, dirty burnt seats, check engine light, not filled AdBlue (told me to buy and fill myself because it is diesel, did not reimburse me). Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Cons: Misleading airport pickup arrangements. Aggressive and unacceptable behaviour from your staff. Forced purchase of unnecessary insurance due to unreasonable payment demands. Provision of an unsafe vehicle in poor mechanical condition. Overall poor value compared to the cost of the rental.

Cons: I was forced to pay an insurance with them, otherwise they did not want to give me the car. I had to pay 140€ additionally for insurance, while I had the insurance fully covered with discover cars. At the pick up time, I could not reach anybody and I had to call another branch of the rental company, only then they communicated internally and someone got i touch with me. Really stressful pick up, bad service.

Pros: All nice in beginning

Cons: After I dropped the car they found a little spot of a drink in front seat So they wanted to charge me 100 euro U refused they brought up a slip paper shows u have to pay a certain money on certain cases I told him u didn’t shoe this to me in begging I suggest I take the car and cl an the spot he refused saying by u already submit the car can’t let u clean it I request to talk to the manager he refused Then he said do u want me to call the POLICE I said yes He call his manager then he s

Pros: Nothing to like.

Cons: Faulty car, missed several tours due to car and unhelpful staff.

Pros: Quick pick-up and drop-off.

Cons: They cancelled our first reservation due to our flight delay despite that we have informed them in advance. We had to rebook another car and lost our deposit. They tried to force us to buy an extra insurance despite that we already had one. They were telling us that we are going to pay 1600 euros for a single scratch.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful team

Cons: Nothing to complain

Pros: Please DO NOT use this company. They charged us 3 times more than quote we were given. We got there 1 oclock morning time, they didn’t have any office. They took us middle of nowhere 20 mins away from airport, then asking for triple money otherwise they wouldn’t give us the car. The car has literally ZERO fuel in it. We had already full coverage of insurance but again they charged us.

Cons: No office Pick up location 20 mins away with taxi from airport Charged us triple Zero fuel Forced us to pay extra for insurance which we already had Ordered chilled seat but didn’t have any.

Cons: We had to drop off the car middle of nowhere as they did not have any office and then spent 20 mins to get to the airport. Please DO NOT use this company. They charged us 3 times more than quote we were given. We got there 1 oclock morning time, they didn’t have any office. They took us middle of nowhere 20 mins away from airport, then asking for triple money otherwise they wouldn’t give us the car. The car has literally ZERO fuel in it.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Allmeet rentals are ripping money of customers by laying them.I was told by an agent my card was declined 4 times so I was under pressure in the middle of the night with my family to overpay for hire car without deposit .instead £112 I've paid £230.when returned to my country whent to my bank so they have checked it that there was no payments declined on card history. This means they r scamers .Avoid them. On day the car was returned I was waiting for 25 minutes for an agent. Avoid, avoid.

Pros: The car was brand new.

Cons: Sold additional insurance. Agent was not helpful, pure commercial. Also we were picked up and brought to a location instead of delivering the car at the airport. Extending the car with 2 hours was also not possible.

Pros: Rang the company from the airport 10 mins they were there.

Cons: Hired a 7 seater because there were 6 of us plus luggage but on collection and drop off they didn't have a mini bus available so it was 2 runs for the airport.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Car was amazing - would book again.

Cons: Website insurance does not cover anything, it was different from when we arrived. Had to pay more than planned.

Cons: The Allmeet Rent a Car representatives did not accept my debet card although deposit of 500 Euro would have been possible. No explanation, they offered own insurance for additional 70 Euro, otherwise the car rental would not be possible.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything

Pros: Nothing. We had to contact them to be picked up.

Cons: The cost was not transparent. We ended up paying over 140 euro for what was supposed to be 36 + 40 for rental and full coverage.

Pros: The car was solid, no issues and great space as described

Cons: Hidden car cleaning fee, which should have been covered in the agreement.

Pros: Liked everything about Allmeet. staff were friendly and smooth process. They picked us from airport to their office and dropped back in airport.

Pros: Very good and reliable company

Pros: The guys are really nice and helpful.

Cons: Would not use anyone else.

Pros: Car had all sorts of technical problems, but was ok to drive all along.

Cons: Unfriendly in every interaction from the start to the end. Except form that, still not good. Fuel tank policy is “empty-empty” just madly annoying! Did not get the car we booked. Not a big deal at all, but the attitude to owner is just absolutely ridiculous. Will not book here again.

Pros: The service was fast and swift, all went well and have no complaints, will use the again if I go back to Antalya

Pros: This is cheating company and cheating service.

Cons: This is cheating company and cheating service.

Pros: The guys are professional.

Cons: I booked Dacia SUV and was given another car where i couldnt fit three suitcases. Otherwise it was fine.

Pros: Easy communication. Pick up and drop off at airport.

Pros: Thank you for the nice car and the caring staff. I also thank discovercars for working with such companies.

Pros: Nothing to like about.

Cons: Rental company is a scam. Fake credit card not accepted for the deposit and force to take up full insurance with them. Go read up the Google review. Rent at your own risk. Even deposit was not return based on Google review.

Pros: Stuff was helpful

Cons: They charged us additionally for cleaning although the car was in similar condition when renting

Pros: I recommend it, it is suitable

Pros: They made me wait a bit on the way back but it's very good considering the car and the price. Their office is 2-3 minutes away from the airport, much cheaper than many companies at the airport.

Pros: clean car, we waited a bit for the pick up but the staff was helpful and attentive so it's not a big deal

Pros: Everything was very good as we expected, I would rent it again

Pros: Agents were helpful and expedient.

Cons: The car was ‘tired’ an older model of Renault and did not have much power. Also, the interior of the windshield should have been cleaned prior to me picking up the vehicle.

Cons: Canelled my booking without contacting. I was collecting my baggage and they were adament that since you are 1 hr late, we have cancelled.

Cons: Scammed me by saying my credit card didn't work to pay the excess security deposit. Made me pay for their extra insurance on my debit card. Very pushy. Location is away from airport terminal. Got a puncture and they took ages to send someone to fix it. Car not as reserved.

Pros: Car rental company is located closer to the airport (but not in the terminal). They have good communication to arrange the delivery of the car at the airport as well drop off to the terminal at the end of the journey.

Cons: Despite close communication, I had to wait nearly 30 mins to pick up the car. I bought a full car insurance that covers everything, but another excess was charged on top of the insurance which was unexpected. They provide the car with a almost empty fuel tank. make sure you first go to the nearest petrol station before car comes to a hault. Return is the same, it is harder to plan empty-to-empty policy. Car windscreeen liquid was not there check the tyre pressure at the fuel station

Pros: Absolutely nothing

Cons: Their arrogance in dealing with a customer and total rip-off it would have been cheaper going to Hertz

Pros: Drop off was super fast even after working hours (4.00 in the morning)

Cons: They couldn't charge my credit card due to some technical issues.

Pros: Staff were friendly, but the car was dangerous, bald tyres on the front and the hand brake was faulty

Cons: Car had bald tyres and a faulty hand brake

Pros: The agent was nice.

Cons: It was not possible to use my creditcard for the deposit as the paying terminal not accepted the creditcard, I found that strange as this was a Visa card and never had problems with it. Because of this we were forced to take the complete insurance, extra costs of €120, this was not what we wanted but we didn’t had any choice.

Pros: Nothing, has same bad service as last time.

Cons: Customer service, advisor

Pros: All meet has asked me to pay €149 euro extra because apparently everyone has to have credit cards they don’t accept Debit card

Pros: Nothing all lies

Cons: Everything and will be putting this all over social media and reviews on all sites due to the non help from yourself and the other party

Pros: I Will never rent a car from allmeet! it’s because of they couldn’t draw 500€ deposit from 3 different of my credits card, what happened in the end? l pay way to much which is higher then it shows on the discover website, l should pay around 180€ total but l pay more then 300€ which is not acceptable but l didn’t have any choice it’s because of middle midnight 02:30 and l had a 3 years old daughter whit me, they offered drive me back to the airport if l don’t pay :)

Cons: Engine lights was on from the first time l started the car! I said engine lights on on and the guy told they forgot the turn of lights after car service 🤔 And couldn’t open fuel cap when l arrive to bensin station it was really comedy 😊

Pros: It is very good that the prices are cheap and we can pick up the car from the airport.

Pros: The staff was caring and responsive, the car was new and the prices were cheap.

Cons: I found it very difficult to be picked up at the Airport. I waited a long time..

Pros: The car was new and clean, the rent was affordable

Pros: everything is perfect I will use it again

Pros: 0 I bought a car. It is very good that the cars are new and the service is at the airport.

Pros: Nothing. Untrustworthy.

Cons: Firstly, they try not to give me the car I rent and paid for. I was ordering Dacia SUV. Samet said they don't have that car and try to give me something smaller. After 15 minutes of stressful talk he has found the car. Next stress was card issue. When I read comments about that company I understand what was all about. They asked me to do extra insurance for car. When I refused, my card didn't work for them to have deposit from my card. Another stressful talking, and when I accepted for exa

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Pretty much everything

Pros: Good suitable and good Car for us

Pros: new car and low price

Pros: The rental went smoothly

Pros: I recommend it because the staff is kind, my car is new and the service is fast.

Pros: excellent service, I recommend

Pros: I rented a car from Allmeet for the second time through discovercars, the car and price are good

Pros: They made us wait at the airport but they bought us food, which was a very nice gesture. People can be tired and hungry after a flight, they understand that.

Pros: I got a better car for free thank you

Pros: My car was new, I got a welcome service at the door. There are very few companies that do this, it is recommended.

Pros: The rental process was fast, thank you for the new car they gave me, I will rent it again

Pros: Nothinhg

Cons: the price of the car was more expensive than originally agreed.

Pros: They appeared at least to be nice

Cons: I’m 95% sure, that I got scammed into buying a more expensive insurance.

Cons: Like many car rental companies in Turkey, they try to cheat with the deposit. Under the guise of the impossibility of blocking funds (for an unknown reason), they force you to buy additional insurance, which does not require a deposit. After 30 minutes of arguing and involving the bank (which confirmed that the company did NOT request transactions), everything miraculously starts working. As a result: 40 min of stress and additional expenses for calls in roaming. But we still got the car! )

Pros: Im sorry but i didnt like anything. The fact that samet from allmeet said that we could just leave the place without a car in the morning or that they were not even present on time at the airport. Everything under criticism.

Cons: I still don't understand why I paid double the price. Even though I showed DiscoverCars the agreement that I had already paid for the insurance, he insisted that I pay extra. On top of that, I also had to give a 100 euro deposit. When I dropped the car off, they asked if it went well. When I said no and told them that the car was dirty and broken, they said that they had cleaned it. When I said that wasn't true because they said they had just gotten the car, they said:We haven't cleaned the car

Pros: I'm happy to be with them again

Pros: fast service and good car

Pros: I will rent again

Pros: Cheaper than bigger companies. And in all everything went well. Pick up at airport and transfer to their office. 10 minutes away from the airport where we received the car.

Cons: Car fuel tank was empty, to be delivered empty again. Bit strange but not really a problem. They still have our 500 euro deposit to cover for traffic fines. We hope we get our money back soon.

Pros: A successful team and service, thank you Allmeet and Discovercars

Pros: Thank you for your service and friendliness, the car was in good condition, I recommend it

Pros: excellent car excellent service, I will rent again

Pros: All bad service

Cons: Bad service and charge extra money

Cons: they saw us with young kids at midnight, told me my credit credit didn't work, and advised I could pay them more money to use a debit card. I spent ages trying to contact my bank (who advised there was no issue with my card). I asked the staff member to try again, and by magic it worked. However, they haven't blocked the deposit, they have charged me! This means I now have a non sterling fee added to my account, and if the deposit isn't refunded on time I will be charged interest.

Pros: The service was very good the staff very friendly.

Cons: All good

Pros: Even though I broke the automatic door, they were very polite and did not charge me the fee, the car was new and clean.

Pros: It was cheap and a clean car for short rental

Pros: They came to the address and took my car for free, thank you, good service

Pros: I will rent it again because the car is new and the staff is friendly.

Pros: Great car, my flight was late and we were worried but they were waiting for us at the gate

Pros: Vi var sena till flyget och de var jätte snälla och kom och hämtade bilen från flygplatsen. Väldigt trevliga. REKOMMENDERAR!

Pros: Easy and fast!

Pros: Easy and fast pick-up of the car. New car models with approx. 20-25.000 km. Also very good service at the rental office

Pros: Car was good.

Cons: They exploited me with a credit card scam they use on many others. They lied about my card not working (it later worked at a different rental supplier) in order to put me in a difficult situation where I would be carless with my family in the middle of the night OR pay an extra 300 euro. These guys are true con artists and it is a shame you recommend them on discovery cars.

Pros: I had a new car, I had no problems while renting, it is recommended

Pros: Thank you for the welcome and friendly service.

Pros: nice work, good car

Pros: I got a better car than I expected, thank you

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Everything.

Pros: Requested Citroen I got a duster which was a lot cheaper and for a good reason. They charged me a deposit even though I got the full coverage . Asked specifically for Apple car play which wasn’t available

Pros: We liked our car, but we waited a little bit and were upset that the tank wasn't full. I hope they fix this too, then everything will be better.

Pros: It was better than I expected, the staff was helpful and the car was nice

Cons: We waited a little while to get the car but it's okay.

Pros: Fast check out for the car. Really good to reach by Phone. The guy spoke good english. Was really fast at the desk on the airport.

Cons: We had to drive from the airport to his office. Did no that. No gas to drive away. Car was really old fashion. No Electric Window or parking sensor. The car was not that good for my money

Pros: Everything was good, prices were affordable and the car was beautiful.

Pros: Car was ok. Though we got lower model than what we paid for.

Cons: Instead of blocking my credit card, they charged full 500 euros, which will cost me forex fee. They were not transparent about this cost. They said they will block, but they charged. Staff was not polite. They did best to sell their costly insurance, even trying to scare us that even for a minor scratch, they will charge 750 euros, if we don't buy insurace.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Great value for money

Cons: We waited longer than expected to be picked up at the airport but overall I recommend this agency.

Pros: First of all, the important thing for us was not to wait at the airport, because I have a child. The staff was attentive and helpful, I bought a better car than the one I wanted, I will go to Kayseri and I will choose you there too, thank you.

Pros: Attentive staff, it was a nice car, I will choose it when I come to Turkey again.

Pros: Very nice service- would hire again!

Pros: Nice car. Good price

Cons: Their credit card terminal was broken but they spent an hour trying to blame me. Tried to upsell me insurance. Said if I used my partners card it would cost an additional 33€/ day for the second driver

Pros: Compétitive price.

Cons: try to force sell there own costly insurance over DiscoverCars.com one, which I already had it and try to scare the customers saying that they will share 1000 EUR for any scratch and I've to detail with DiscoverCars.com for any insurance claims instead of them directly.

Pros: The car had a lots of probleme

Cons: The car doesn't meet rental quality, can't lock, while driving doors open warning but the doors were locked

Pros: They were very responsive to my texts asking where my deposit was. This was very good.

Cons: The chap who took my car back on my return date, said he could not check my car over for any damage because the car was dirty. I had parked under a tree where birds had pooped on it. It wasn't that bad, but did not leave me with much confidence in the company.

Pros: Value for money

Cons: 1. Fuel policy not full to full 2. Local car service takes your credit card details on a paper which is not safe 3. Infant seat quality is poor

Pros: I would recommend

Pros: Attentive staff, easy rental

Pros: Everything was perfect

Cons: they didn't accept any of my credit cards

Pros: The staff was helpful, thank you for everything

Pros: Car was clean

Cons: The company all meet rent a car charged us a price online and then forced the extra insurance on us which we didn’t want or need. I said no multiple times and instead of taking a no he added it as a hidden cost and charged us extra on the day of pick up. It was a terrible service

Pros: Very nice person working in the office and help me with rent a car but unfortunetley policy of the company are destructive.

Cons: That i have to pay three times more than expected on the webiste even including extra insurance which i covered from the first time of booking.

Pros: Communicated well. Able to collect and drop at airport.

Cons: The car was not the same class as the one we chose. Had more than 100000 kms but was ok to drive and didn’t breakdown. Was told that the deposit would be blocked on the credit card. Instead this was charged. I ended up paying a big transaction fee for the bank and also almost reaching the card spend limit with £1050 being charged. This is not what happens with other car rentals where the deposit is just blocked and not charged on the card. Hope this gets refunded soon.

Cons: Car was in very bad condition. Dirty inside and outside, non-functioning seats folding, malfunctioning media (full volume after each engine start), full of scratches, rental documents of previous customers (including personal data) left in the car.

Pros: Nothing at all

Cons: No customer service - eur 10 extra for senior driver - and at lot more I will never again rent a care from this Company 👎👎👎

Pros: car was brand new and mileage was great too

Cons: wouldve been nice if the agent got my flight number and calculated the 30 min delay.

Pros: The car was almost new and clean, the employees were polite. I insured the car with full insurance, Catches and hauls in the parking lot at night (there were no reports). There were no problems returning the car I recommend

Pros: Good car good service , Thank you for all the welcome

Pros: Everthing good

Pros: Pick up and drop off at the airport. Friendly staff. Car in overall good condition, new (10000km).

Cons: The return of the deposit took far too long. I returned the car on 10th december. The deposit was on my account on 15th of january. And it was a transaction, not a reservation on the credit card. The Adblue tank was almost immediatly empty after pick up.

Pros: Everything was fine for us, thank you Harun

Pros: Very clean car

Cons: I was given a van, not a car. They don’t return deposit as promised at the end of rental period

Pros: Car is good , friendly staff

Pros: Good communication with the company representative. The car was the same that I booked and was almost new

Pros: Nothing at all! The service was absolutely shocking and still is, as I am still trying to get our deposit back!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: It was a clean car but they forced us to buy the full insurance. They did not even give us any info on how to find a taxi at 2 AM. So basically we were stuck to rent their car on their terms. I've recorded a video of this incident so please investigate further!

Cons: It was a clean car but they forced us to buy the full insurance. They did not even give us any info on how to find a taxi at 2 AM. So basically we were stuck to rent their car on their terms. I've recorded a video of this incident so please investigate further!

Pros: Greet and meet was in no time. Car paperwork was done quick and easy. Friendly team, great service!

Cons: N/A

Pros: We had 4 large cabin suit cases and 2 26kg check on suit cases all fit in the car . Cars boot was good size .

Cons: 5 star service .

Pros: Easy quick to use only a small trip from the terminal

Cons: Amount of time re-paying my €1200 deposit, still waiting 12 days after handing the car back in pristine condition.

Pros: The car condition was really good, thank you for the quality and nice service

Pros: Everything about renting a car is professional, I rented a car with my family, especially Mr. Can and Mr. Uğurcan, thank you very much for their hospitality and services, the office is in a nice location, close to the airport, they dropped us off at our hotel free of charge after returning the car, on the 7th day after returning the car. deposit returned, companies like this need to be everywhere

Pros: Süper company , thank you Allmeet team

Pros: the car was relatively new but it had zero fuel and zero liquid for screen shields

Cons: i was promised to get a confirmation at the end of the rental by email but i never got it despite several reminders and above all despite their promise to do that. basically i have no evidence i re-delivered the car

Pros: Good service

Pros: Herşey güzel

Pros: I recommend allmeet rent a car, I was satisfied with the friendly car and the service.

Pros: Everything is fine, we thank the staff for their attention and hospitality.

Pros: Allmeet rent a car was a good experience for us, I bought the car I wanted, I returned the car and everything was fine.

Pros: They waited at the door and I received my car without any problems.

Pros: Good staff , The car was new, I bought the car I wanted

Cons: Noting

Pros: They were able to exchange our car for a bigger car.

Cons: They don't respond to SMS. They are nonchalant and don't care about the customer in any way. Charged a deposit of 1200 euros and refunded the amount 33 working days later which is 6 weeks.

Pros: There is nothing I liked on Allmeet Rent A Car

Cons: Allmeet Rent A Car they gave me a faulty car that kept displaying warnings lights all the time prompting me to stop driving. It took me three days to convince the staff that the car is faulty, unfortunately they didn’t understand any English and kept saying “there is problems, carry on driving” eventually when I insisted to return the car they had to replace it after 3 days of my rental. Also, after prompting a few time,it took more than SIX weeks after the end of the rent to release the deposit.

Pros: New and clean car as expected

Pros: The staff was helpful, the car was new, the deposit received was refunded 5 days after the car returned, thank you allmeet cars

Cons: Car delivery time was long but they compensated for it with catering

Pros: straight forward

Cons: took 40mins to turn up - i advise calling them soon as plane touches the floor - takes up to 30 days to get your £1070 deposit back from your card

Pros: The cars are new, the office service is very good, they gave us cake and fruit juice, we liked this treat very much.

Cons: Noting

Pros: The car was clean and almost new.

Cons: I booked compact car and get economy car.

Pros: Car size was good

Cons: I still have not received my £1200 deposit back from Allmeet - it has been over a month now. I have been charged fees and interest on this now. Why does it take so long!!

Pros: I am still waiting for a refund after 30 days. But to be fair they do respond on what's app quickly. But that is an awfully long time to refund 1200 Euros

Pros: Car was new/very nice but we order completely different, was foil on the seats nobody took off, no petrol-zero? Car wasn’t prepared for customer

Pros: I would never use Allmeet rent a car. They are totally unreliable. We had book automatic big car for 9 passengers. They at the very last minute said that automatic car was not available. They did not provide any alternate car either. Hence were left without any car. The person who came was rude and not at all helpful. We have still not received advance we had paid for the car.

Cons: Totally unprofessional. Last minute on our arrival at the airport, they mentioned that automatic car was not available. We do not know how to drive manual car. The behaviour of the person was rude. Never again anyone should trust Allmeet rent a car. Discovercars should disqualify this agency. Otherwise we will never use Discovercars also.

Cons: I don't understand why I have to wait 20 days for the deposit to be sent back into my account, had I known this before I would have used a different car rental place

Pros: Good car however not the car I booked and expected.

Pros: problems with insurance

Pros: Regarding deposit, feather than “holding” on your credit card, they actually took the money. And will have you wait up to 25 days before they are refunding. They cited reasons for holding due to possible traffic penalty - that is NOT a good reason to hold 1200 euro? Potential renters be warned of this practice. Rather than that it, it is a fair company to deal with.

Cons: I booked a Hyundai i25 (or a car of a similar class), but the rental office does not have a Hyundai in its fleet. I was provided with a car that had a check engine light on. A company representative claimed that the car was in excellent condition. I categorically refused to drive a faulty car. They provided me with another car (the company representative did not apologize). During use, the brake pads squeaked heavily and the pressure light came on. Pumped up the tires, but the light did not

Pros: The car was affordable for an automatic car, the cheapest for all of them.

Cons: Representative was uneasy felt very annoyed and angry for some reason. Not a single smile or positive energy, felt very weird.

Pros: Picked up from airport, on rental car ( was a bit tight, as there was 5 persons, and driver ( agent was driving)

Cons: Deposit returning took 7 weeks.

Pros: Nice and trying to be helpfull in Any Way

Cons: Waiting almost 1 hour for pickup Did not get navigation They should ask us if we have Any quistions abaut car settings bluethut

Pros: I did appreciate the drop off to the airport.

Cons: They were pushy with their rental products and when i declined in favour or the Discovery agreement, i was advised (and i quote) "it is his business, he is the boss and anything I've taken with discovery cars is nothing to do with Allmeet" I was lied to and the car also had faults. Flashing fuel light, broken wipers, no screen wash, needed a service, faulty air con and after a bump i received zero assistance from them. Police advised they should have provided another car.

Pros: I got a nice car (the one that I originally booked)

Cons: Instead of holding in position 1200€ from my credit limit as guarantee for the car and release it when i return the car (like every other car rental company do), they actually charged the money and didn't refund my credit card till now.

Pros: New cars ,easy ,fast ,thank you everthing

Pros: Fast, easy. Highly recommend

Cons: The price was very high. Online was written that the pick up of the car is at the airport, instead you have to go outside, wait for a stuff member pick you up (which took longer than 40 min to get to us). And on top of all they didn't accept UK credit cards, so they said that I had to pay for the full insurance out of my debit card, which was much higher than advertised online. The man on the front desk was very rude as well. Definitely would not recommend.

Pros: cars are in good condition , i waited a bit when i arrived but this can be ignored as i arrived before my reservation time , prices are cheap , service provided is good

Cons: delivery was a little slow

Pros: Everything was fine, caring and smiling staff, I will choose again when I visit Türkiye again

Pros: very nice staff services , I was greeted at the door , they gave me a 2023 model 0 kilometer car , after the car was returned I got my deposit back , thanks AllMeet

Cons: nothing

Pros: nice clean car in good condition

Cons: the pick up and return of the car took place differently than was ordered, we waited quite a long time for the agent and the car. The main reason for dissatisfaction is the very long term promised to return the deposit - 25 working days! When the car was taken over, a rather detailed report on the condition of the car was drawn up. But they didn't write anything down when returning it. The agent just said OK. How else - we returned the car in perfect condition, without a single scratch.

Pros: Clean car, the car had car play which was very useful

Cons: Inaccurate description, time taken for drop off and attitude of the clerk who processed us at drop off

Pros: welcome was nice , transactions were short , deposit taken from my card was refunded after car was returned

Cons: I waited a little while returning the car

Pros: their staff were friendly, the cars were new, they gave me a 2023 car, I like it very much, their office is 3-4 kilometers away from the airport, but there is a free pick-up and drop-off service, their offices are very nice

Pros: I thank them for giving me a 2023 neat spacious van.

Cons: 1. I asked them to drop the car in a different location, but they said my contract does not allow it. 2. When I picked the car, the agent moved fast around the car to mark the existing scratches. But when I dropped the car after taking a very good care of it, the agent was very carefully relooking trying to find any new scratches. The agent even said that he can not clearly check the car, and he needs to wash it first. I'm waiting right now for the costly additional deposit that I paid.

Pros: Nothing. Pathetic service.. these people are cons and should be taken down from your site.

Cons: These guys are cons who are there to dupe people. They cancelled my booking at the airport saying I am drinking alcohol while I had taken only a few sips of the beer i bought because our flight arrived very late in Antalya, Turkey. The worst part is, he was laughing on phone while I tried to explain, I am not drunk. They filmed me with my family as evidence which was not with my permission. Insensitive and inhumane behaviour from them. A decent person could warn me but they straight cancelled.

Cons: False advertising took and didn’t return my deposit

Pros: لاشيئ

Cons: تكييف السيارة ليس بارد

Pros: that they gave me a full refund.

Cons: This car reservation mess completely messed up my plans and vacation.

Pros: They were flexible

Cons: They were not on time at the meeting point and above all it was difficult for them to apologize. There was no diesel in the car (empty to empty policy was very strange) and the car was not maintained.

Pros: Everything was good but when we arrive to Antalya air port we waited 40 min until the came and picked us up

Cons: That's the car was empty of diesel fuel lamp was flashing

Pros: Horrible service

Cons: They don’t speak the language and look to fraud customers and over charge them

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything.

Cons: The car was good and the staff were friendly. However, the car could have been cleaned a bit better, especially the child seats. I paid for 2 of them, and both were very dirty (probably never cleaned).

Pros: Rude guy with glasses, don't speak to him.

Pros: First of all, the cars are new, they gave me another 2023 model in their bags, communication with the staff is easy, they speak English and Russian.nice office, I did not encounter any negative aspects

Cons: 1200€ deposit but if you buy full insurance they get 200€ deposit, I chose to take the risk, my deposit was refunded on the return of the car

Pros: Friendly, and helpful

Cons: The car provided was very old with over 120,000 kilometers on the clock. It kept jumping out of gears. They also said they were going to take authorisation to debit my credit card £1200. But instead they debited £1200 from my card on picking up the car. After returning the car in perfect condition, they said it will take 25 days to refund my £1200.

Cons: We where met at the airport, and driven about 15mins to the hire car place. I had to leave £1000 deposite, which was actually withdrawn from my account. All other places I have used hold the deposite as pending, with out actually removing the funds. Consequently. My credit card company charged me £30. I was asked to sign something that was written in Turkish, no translation was avaliable but I did take a photo of this. Apparently my money will be refunded in 14 to 28 days.

Pros: Poor service lake of communication rude and aggressive, poor service.

Cons: Have to check the car perfectly lots of dents and small damage on the car which has not mentioned but luckily I have filmed all and noticed.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: All rental process And specially holding 1200 deposit for 25 days
