They provide the car with a almost empty fuel tank. make sure you first go to the nearest petrol station before car comes to a hault. Return is the same, it is harder to plan empty-to-empty policy. Car windscreeen liquid was not there check the tyre pressure at the fuel station

Under the guise of the impossibility of blocking funds (for an unknown reason), they force you to buy additional insurance, which does not require a deposit. After 30 minutes of arguing and involving the bank (which confirmed that the company did NOT request transactions), everything miraculously starts working. As a result: 40 min of stress and additional expenses for calls in roaming. But we still got the car! )

I spent ages trying to contact my bank (who advised there was no issue with my card). I asked the staff member to try again, and by magic it worked. However, they haven't blocked the deposit, they have charged me! This means I now have a non sterling fee added to my account, and if the deposit isn't refunded on time I will be charged interest.

This is not what happens with other car rentals where the deposit is just blocked and not charged on the card. Hope this gets refunded soon.

It took me three days to convince the staff that the car is faulty, unfortunately they didn’t understand any English and kept saying “there is problems, carry on driving” eventually when I insisted to return the car they had to replace it after 3 days of my rental. Also,after prompting a few time,it took more than SIX weeks after the end of the rent to release the deposit.

They cited reasons for holding due to possible traffic penalty - that is NOT a good reason to hold 1200 euro? Potential renters be warned of this practice. Cons: the pick up and return of the car took place differently than was ordered, we waited quite a long time for the agent and the car. The main reason for dissatisfaction is the very long term promised to return the deposit - 25 working days! When the car was taken over, a rather detailed report on the condition of the car was drawn up. But they didn't write anything down when returning it. The agent just said OK. How else - we returned the car in perfect condition, without a single scratch.

When I picked the car, the agent moved fast around the car to mark the existing scratches. But when I dropped the car after taking a very good care of it, the agent was very carefully relooking trying to find any new scratches. The agent even said that he can not clearly check the car, and he needs to wash it first. I'm waiting right now for the costly additional deposit that I paid.

Cons: These guys are cons who are there to dupe people. They cancelled my booking at the airport saying I am drinking alcohol while I had taken only a few sips of the beer i bought because our flight arrived very late in Antalya, Turkey. The worst part is, he was laughing on phone while I tried to explain, I am not drunk. They filmed me with my family as evidence which was not with my permission. Insensitive and inhumane behaviour from them. A decent person could warn me but they straight cancelled.

Cons: They were not on time at the meeting point and above all it was difficult for them to apologize. There was no diesel in the car (empty to empty policy was very strange) and the car was not maintained.

Cons: The car was good and the staff were friendly. However, the car could have been cleaned a bit better, especially the child seats. I paid for 2 of them, and both were very dirty (probably never cleaned).

Cons: The car provided was very old with over 120,000 kilometers on the clock. It kept jumping out of gears. They also said they were going to take authorisation to debit my credit card £1200. But instead they debited £1200 from my card on picking up the car. After returning the car in perfect condition, they said it will take 25 days to refund my £1200.

Cons: We where met at the airport, and driven about 15mins to the hire car place. I had to leave £1000 deposite, which was actually withdrawn from my account. All other places I have used hold the deposite as pending, with out actually removing the funds. Consequently. My credit card company charged me £30. I was asked to sign something that was written in Turkish, no translation was avaliable but I did take a photo of this. Apparently my money will be refunded in 14 to 28 days.

Pros: Great service, make sure you have data available to contact company, but we were picked up within 15 minutes of leaving our terminal. Car was great, really good value, and drop off service was easy.

Cons: Car didn't have any wiper fluid, and when we picked up, tank was almost empty, meaning it was slightly stressful getting organised for a petrol fill up, after just arriving.

Cons: There was no-one available to pick up the car and I nearly missed my flight, despite telephoning 30 times. They failed to refund my deposit and instead made arbitrary timescales for a refund. Extremely unprofessional. I’ve read all reviews and all Turkish reviews are positive and all foreigners reviews negative.

Pros: Very high quality service from Allmeet, I have rented a lot of cars in Turkey, and this company was really high service minded and the car was really nice.

Cons: They are a horible company who ignored my meet and greet requests which I paid for. They still have have my deposit, I have complained to my credit card company.

Pros: car was bigger than expected (saloon) and worked great, could connect phones for music, handover was quick and efficient once the person arrived

After waiting him for about a hour at 3 AM we have decided to take a taxi to reach our destination. I have rented cars in so many places, but such a bad experience I have never met. For me, definitely is my last experience with Discover Cars and Allmeet. Ciprian
