Hello Car Rental at Antalya Airport International Arrivals

Pros: Easy, clean and fast car was given, they took all my information in advance and our contract was ready and then they took the signature and deposit from my credit card and only took the signature.

Cons: The vehicle's wheel covers were worn out.

Cons: De brandstoftank van de auto was leeg. Wij waren bang dat de auto kapot zou gaan. Maar omdat het tankstation 2-3 km verderop lag, hadden we geen problemen.

Pros: We were hesitant when we first came to Antalya because of the reviews. But when we saw how friendly and helpful the staff were, we felt relieved. I didn't have a credit card so I paid a reasonable extra fee and didn't have a deposit. The car was clean and new.

Cons: We have not encountered any negativity from HelloCar

Cons: They're a big scam. They advertise the prices so low to attract customers then take you to a dodgy office in the middle of nowhere and scam you. They ask for 35 EUR per day for insurance and if you don't pay you cannot pick the car as their machine doesn't accept any cards to block money. They also registered a few other companies names Abbycar and Nates car to reset their review ratings and continue on scamming tourists. The car they gave us was falling apart with over 170,000 km on it

Cons: Their credit card terminal did not work and I was therefore forced to purchase a very expensive insurance policy that I did not need. The conditions say meet & greet. but when they arrived at the airport they expected to be able to drive to the office in the rented car, which was impossible. We therefore had an extra hour's waiting time.

Cons: Car wasn't clean at all at arrival time, front windscreen was smashed, agent made us wait at the airport 40 minutes to pick us up even that he knew what time is our arrival time plus we called him twice. Also they made us pay for insurance we didn't want to which was double amount of car rental as we were told our credit card doesn't work, but we've been using this card so many times to hire the car. Also we got the car with completely empty tank with 5km distance. Highly don't recommend!!!!!!

Cons: It's a scam parked in the middle know where and asking for more money because i had no choice got 2 kids age 1 and 3 so I had to pay €70 extra because the guy was not able to charge my card which I provided 4 credit card and one debit card and he blamed me that my card is not providing the access but I actually realised he got this fake machine which declining all my card but then suddenly time came to pay for extras he used the other machine and everything got charged in one go good trick.

We got an old car, the chairs in the second row didn't fold and got stuck all the time, so there was no access to the third row (we were 8 people...), in addition they charged me 50 euros for a baby seat, but it was completely broken... despite dozens of my requests to the rental company To change my car and another baby seat, they just ignored the requests and left us stuck on our vacation, I haven't encountered such bad service in a long time!!!!!

They trick me to pay 70 € In additional insurence even when i refused several times. When i was going to pay deposit with Mastercard the guy In the desk tell me that it did not work. He switched between several card terminals. At the end I just payed extra insurance just to get out and on the road. This is not ok.

Being first time in Turkey, and unable to speak Turkish language, it was scary thing. I was forced to use my I-phone Google maps, and accumulated another unexpected high phone bill.
