Cons: They wanted to trick me into buying additional insurance which I had declined already at the booking. As allegedly the security deposit could not be blocked on my credit card (which I used for my booking), they said I need to pay another 280 euros in order to get the car - more than doubling the initial cost. I declined and thus had to leave their premises without getting a car.

Cons: The car hire company, HelloCar, did the classic scam where your credit card doesn't work when they are trying to block the deposit on it. The only way to then rent the car is to pay 20 euros per day for their insurance, so you don't need to pay the deposit. I've used the same card to rent cars abroad multiple times this year. We tried for an hour, I called my bank, they said it was the company's issue. I then paid the deposit on the same card and it immediately worked, what a surprise.

Pros: We were hesitant when we first came to Antalya because of the reviews. But when we saw how friendly and helpful the staff were, we felt relieved. I didn't have a credit card so I paid a reasonable extra fee and didn't have a deposit. The car was clean and new.

They ask for 35 EUR per day for insurance and if you don't pay you cannot pick the car as their machine doesn't accept any cards to block money. They also registered a few other companies names Abbycar and Nates car to reset their review ratings and continue on scamming tourists. The car they gave us was falling apart with over 170,000 km on it

The conditions say meet & greet. but when they arrived at the airport they expected to be able to drive to the office in the rented car, which was impossible. We therefore had an extra hour's waiting time.

Cons: Car wasn't clean at all at arrival time, front windscreen was smashed, agent made us wait at the airport 40 minutes to pick us up even that he knew what time is our arrival time plus we called him twice. Also they made us pay for insurance we didn't want to which was double amount of car rental as we were told our credit card doesn't work, but we've been using this card so many times to hire the car. Also we got the car with completely empty tank with 5km distance. Highly don't recommend!!!!!!
