Hello Car Rental at Antalya Airport International Arrivals

Pros: It was very easy and simple, they explained it very clearly and they did not take any deposit from us

Cons: We were kept waiting for a while

Pros: Everything was great, the car was new and clean, they welcomed us at the airport when we arrived, thank you.

Cons: Do yourself a favour and avoid these criminals. Refused the car because the guy wanted to sell me additional insurance despite the fact I already bought it from discovercars. Truly unprofessional.

Cons: The fact that I paid for your protection of £8 per day and then be told that it doesn’t work out here also ended up paying another £60 for their cover.

Cons: Blackmail about charging small damages that we wouldnt be able to charge to Discover Cars. Subsequently we got a car full of scratches and little bumps. Hello Car charges damages to clients but does fix these. No good!

Pros: Unfortunately ,they insisted to sell me extra insurance I declined and was willing to pay the deposit some how the POS machine that accepted the rental payment declined the deposit payment. Therefore the rental was void .. p.s. I booked with another rental company and my card accepted

Cons: they asked me to paid 260 e to get the car saying that my credit card to allow to have deposit. They also tried to give me automatic car while I booked a manual. I spent 2 h to argue before they finaly accept to give a manual car.

Charged us additionally 84 euros, instead of deposit reservation. Subsequently our bank tells us that Hello Cars has requested the possibility of reservation for deposit and receiver confirmation that this could be done. Seems untrustworthy to do both. Would be good style to refund us the 84 euros.

Cons: It's a scam parked in the middle know where and asking for more money because i had no choice got 2 kids age 1 and 3 so I had to pay €70 extra because the guy was not able to charge my card which I provided 4 credit card and one debit card and he blamed me that my card is not providing the access but I actually realised he got this fake machine which declining all my card but then suddenly time came to pay for extras he used the other machine and everything got charged in one go good trick.

Cons: It was shocking!! We got an old car, the chairs in the second row didn't fold and got stuck all the time, so there was no access to the third row (we were 8 people...), in addition they charged me 50 euros for a baby seat, but it was completely broken... despite dozens of my requests to the rental company To change my car and another baby seat, they just ignored the requests and left us stuck on our vacation, I haven't encountered such bad service in a long time!!!!!

Tool 30 mins to pick us up, made 5 of us squeeze into 4 seats as their driver needed a seat to and from the airport! Driver who picked us up had clearly been smoking on the car on arrival.

Pros: Car was very old and used. Gearbox was not even working properly. It was more then 100K Km driven on car. I asked them to change they said we do not have an other car. Scratches all over the car. I was worried if it’s a scam. The car seats were loose due to extensive use of car. It was a nightmare.

Cons: Car broke down on side of busy dual carriageway, rang at 8:40 said would be an hour. Rang at 9;40, Said they was on way in traffic? Clearly could tell still In office & they said they would be an hour. (Was no traffic & we was an hour away from office so clearly not set off) I then confronted them on phone knowing they had not set off they then asked for my location again after 2 hours ( with my pregnant friend ) then they set off. So we eventually got picked up at 11:30. More to b added.

Cons: A total mess when when I was going to pick up car. 10-15 calls, and it took 1h and 20 min before we got the car. The car was dirty and smells bad. The delivery of the car went good. They trick me to pay 70 € In additional insurence even when i refused several times. When i was going to pay deposit with Mastercard the guy In the desk tell me that it did not work. He switched between several card terminals. At the end I just payed extra insurance just to get out and on the road. This is not ok.

Being first time in Turkey, and unable to speak Turkish language, it was scary thing. I was forced to use my I-phone Google maps, and accumulated another unexpected high phone bill.
