Cons: The car was a little bit dirty outside. Guy said it was rainy a hour ago and i said its okay road was wet.

Representative said my credit card is not working for deposit payment resulting in additional 105€ payment, although my bank confirmed the card is in perfect order

Cons: Their credit card terminal did not work and I was therefore forced to purchase a very expensive insurance policy that I did not need. The conditions say meet & greet. but when they arrived at the airport they expected to be able to drive to the office in the rented car, which was impossible. We therefore had an extra hour's waiting time.

Cons: Car wasn't clean at all at arrival time, front windscreen was smashed, agent made us wait at the airport 40 minutes to pick us up even that he knew what time is our arrival time plus we called him twice. Also they made us pay for insurance we didn't want to which was double amount of car rental as we were told our credit card doesn't work, but we've been using this card so many times to hire the car. Also we got the car with completely empty tank with 5km distance. Highly don't recommend!!!!!!

Charged us additionally 84 euros, instead of deposit reservation. Subsequently our bank tells us that Hello Cars has requested the possibility of reservation for deposit and receiver confirmation that this could be done. Seems untrustworthy to do both. Would be good style to refund us the 84 euros.

Cons: It's a scam parked in the middle know where and asking for more money because i had no choice got 2 kids age 1 and 3 so I had to pay €70 extra because the guy was not able to charge my card which I provided 4 credit card and one debit card and he blamed me that my card is not providing the access but I actually realised he got this fake machine which declining all my card but then suddenly time came to pay for extras he used the other machine and everything got charged in one go good trick.

We got an old car, the chairs in the second row didn't fold and got stuck all the time, so there was no access to the third row (we were 8 people...), in addition they charged me 50 euros for a baby seat, but it was completely broken... despite dozens of my requests to the rental company To change my car and another baby seat, they just ignored the requests and left us stuck on our vacation, I haven't encountered such bad service in a long time!!!!!

Pros: Car was very old and used. Gearbox was not even working properly. It was more then 100K Km driven on car. I asked them to change they said we do not have an other car. Scratches all over the car. I was worried if it’s a scam. The car seats were loose due to extensive use of car. It was a nightmare.

Clearly could tell still In office & they said they would be an hour. (Was no traffic & we was an hour away from office so clearly not set off) I then confronted them on phone knowing they had not set off they then asked for my location again after 2 hours ( with my pregnant friend ) then they set off. So we eventually got picked up at 11:30. More to b added.

They trick me to pay 70 € In additional insurence even when i refused several times. When i was going to pay deposit with Mastercard the guy In the desk tell me that it did not work. He switched between several card terminals. At the end I just payed extra insurance just to get out and on the road. This is not ok.

Being first time in Turkey, and unable to speak Turkish language, it was scary thing. I was forced to use my I-phone Google maps, and accumulated another unexpected high phone bill.
