Cons: "A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period." This information was emailed to me and it was not true. Upon arrival, it turned out that the amount would be blocked on the card for 41 days. Moreover, we were informed on site that the insurance purchased through the website was useless.Payment was very not clear

The Meet & Greet service does not clearly show that it is an office outside of the airport. The staff member on the return was extremely rude and accused us of smoking in the car - despite being non- smokers. He insulted my husband and was very aggressive when we stated that the drop off location wasn’t clear. I would imagine the process is even more challenging if you don’t speak Turkish

Cons: Beware, Hit Rent a Car is a scam. 1- Hit intentionally advertises 10-20% cheaper rates to lure you. 2- They take a 26,700TL deposit. Other companies require 1,500-2,000TL. 3- At pickup, they scare you by saying even a tiny scratch will cause you to lose your deposit(illegal). They make you buy insurance for 1,470TL/day. Other companies offer the same insurance for 150-200TL/day. 4- Even for small damage, they keep your entire deposit + charge your card more. They know tourists are easy targets.

I whould prefer Fiorino because of higher ceiling, however, Duster itself was ok

Pros: First a special thanks to the team in Istanbul, who accommodated us and a change of drop off locations. They were excellent, and easy to work with, making our last day in Turkey seamless. Car is new, and in great condition. Agents speak excellent English

Cons: Preface: this is a comment purely on the company and policies, not the staff. Also as a reminder to anyone booking a rental. The rental terms of service are used explicitly to try and upsell to their “full coverage” insurance, which costs more than the rental of the vehicle. If you don’t follow ALL of the conditions to the letter, it’s either cancellation, or pay for full coverage upfront. Most companies will try to work with you around these issues, whereas Hit Rentacar uses it to upsell

Pros: I had a reservation for an intermediate SUV, HIT did not have a car for me and offered me an old car which was dirty ( i have video of the car) i tool it to a gas station just next to the agency. driving was impossible came back. they did not wont to change the car or refund the money . time spent at agency was almost 6 h !! poor service terrible manager at place. after 6 h another person came with a resrvation and no car (MENACHEM) saying no car sorry will cancel your reservation find another

Cons: At the end this car rental company is a scam!! Nothing reported on the rental agreement for pick up despite poor car conditions and agent asked/ recommended to take pictures..! At the end 300 euros were claimed from deposit for damages which didn’t occurred. Sure it was before having to take the plane and no chance to call the police for the scam!

Cons: Had to wait over 2 hour before got picked up from airport. Several people waiting, insufficient room for my passengers, had to return to airport in hire car to collect.

Cons: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Instead of releasing the 900 euro block on my card, the company debited the amount from my card. After more than 30 messages and multiple calls, I managed to get them to refund the 900 euros but, due to exchange changes, their (suspicious) mistake cost more 1000+ lira. When I asked the company to refund me this, their reply was "we don't have any refundable money in our account". I STRONGLY recommend using another company even if it costs slightly more.

Cons: We waited for the car approx 1 hour at night. I sent them the message that we have only hand luggage and we ll go straight to the taxi station. There were nobody waiting for us. We had to send them additional information about terminal etc altough they had our flight no Returning the car- they didnt have any information about the car. I had to show them the photos of the car I took myself before car rental. They didnt have any information about the car damages, scratches etc. Ita not normal!

Ensure to have a credit card with a £1000 deposit to avoid paying for any extra cover when picking up the vehicle as I had to pay an extra £120.

There they pushes us to take extra insurance despite the fact that we Saïd that we already had an extra insurance with Discover Car. It was offerde double the price of the rental amount. Also they insisted on paying for a extra driver (8 eur per day) which was never mentioned to us before. Also we received the car with no fuel (6km left) so we had to go to the gas station direct after pick up.

Cons: We returned with half tank and they refused to reply the left tank, however we received it empty! Very pushy and not customer friendly organization.

Pros: All went fine but insurance was different than what i think and he scar me while he said you need to pay full amount if any accident happens and I have to communicate with the insurance company to return back my money, which is not right at all, bust all was fine and I returned the car without any issue.

Pros: It was an awful company zero customer service the car that was given to me had litter inside it stains on the seats bumper hanging off and the list goes on. The representative who collected me from the airport was extremely rude and unhelpful and I requested a small car and was given a saloon, and as mentioned previously, the car was in a terrible state, and the person said to me think of it as an upgrade. I could not believe what I was hearing and seeing.

As we couldn't pay the deposit, we had to pay some kind of extra insurance. I understand that, but they took us too much money. We had to pay all together 140.-. I had paid already in advance 57.64. As we couldn't pay the deposit, we had to pay at night 257.74. Its 175,38 more than needed! Its stealing!
