It was 10pm and i was with family and i ended up buying premium plus from him using debit card even though i have paid for full coverage insurance while booking it.

Funny they had information on their desk that such insurance costs 15 EUR per day with them and I was supposed to rent for 11 days. When I checked on their website it's even cheaper. people before me who rented a car had the same problem with a credit card from , they ended up buying insurance.

Cons: We did not have a rental car at all. By mistake i had the passport of my son in law at the rental office. i asked if i could go back to the airport to cahnge and pickup my passport, but the employee said by the time i was back the rental agreement should be cancelled by time out. I could make a new agreement which should coast us € 260,00 more for one week. I did not agree and asked him to bring us back to the airport. There we asked a Taxi to bring us to the hotel.

When I receive my suitcases I directly contacted with them and I shocked when I saw one person ho was waiting me on terminal in outsite. They take me from airport to their office process was smooth they explaind me everything about rental process, I leaved 900€ deposit and toke brand new car !! I called my bank and they confirmed they didn't see any failed transaction for the deposit. What is more unbelievable is that they managed to charge me the insurance fee with the my same credit card that wouldn't go through with deposit. Basically my card works only for what suits them. Also the car was bumped on all sides andnot very clean.

Pros: It is very important when you want to rent a car to think that insurance through the website is not used in Turkey, I had to pay insurance twice when I booked through the website and when I received the car from the office. And you must be aware that your payment card should not be of the ((Debit)) category because they do not work with it and I was forced to pay 300 Euros non-refundable because of the payment card.

Cons: I booked an automatic 4x4, and hone I got there, I was given a small manual hatchback Ford. When I showed them the booking, they said they had no such car. They then gave us a Fiat Saloon but still manual. We landed late at night so didn't have any option but to take the manual. Anyway, it was a new car and it drove well, but gears are just another thing to worry about when you're already driving on the 'wrong' side of the road 🤣

Other companies require 1,500-2,000TL. 3- At pickup, they scare you by saying even a tiny scratch will cause you to lose your deposit(illegal). They make you buy insurance for 1,470TL/day. Other companies offer the same insurance for 150-200TL/day. 4- Even for small damage, they keep your entire deposit + charge your card more. They know tourists are easy targets.

The rental terms of service are used explicitly to try and upsell to their “full coverage” insurance, which costs more than the rental of the vehicle. If you don’t follow ALL of the conditions to the letter, it’s either cancellation, or pay for full coverage upfront. Most companies will try to work with you around these issues, whereas Hit Rentacar uses it to upsell

Cons: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Instead of releasing the 900 euro block on my card, the company debited the amount from my card. After more than 30 messages and multiple calls, I managed to get them to refund the 900 euros but, due to exchange changes, their (suspicious) mistake cost more 1000+ lira. When I asked the company to refund me this, their reply was "we don't have any refundable money in our account". I STRONGLY recommend using another company even if it costs slightly more.

Cons: Getting the car was the most awful experience I have ever had. Any other country hasn't been so stupidly inflexible. The service didnt accept any changes to let us pay the deposit. As we couldn't pay the deposit, we had to pay some kind of extra insurance. I understand that, but they took us too much money. We had to pay all together 140.-. I had paid already in advance 57.64. As we couldn't pay the deposit, we had to pay at night 257.74. Its 175,38 more than needed! Its stealing!

They do not have office at airport once we call him he came after 10 minutes. I think both of you have to mutually finalise the terms regarding insurance so that customer do not suffer unnecessary.

Pros: the car was very clean but the agent was grumppy and pushy to buy more inaurance.

Cons: Cars are not serviced, faulty front brakes That I had to repair on my own. HIT refused to send road assistance. When I informed them I will expose them on google review HIT representative said he will call me a liar and deny everything. Avoid at all costs. SCAM! evidence of faulty brakes available, get in touch for car reg numbers if required.

Cons: I was to be picked from airport at 11:30 but no one showed until 12:15. I had to call them. They ripped-off by charging 1000 TL for full coverage on top of $6.54/day which I previously paid.

Cons: They would not have arrived at the voucher collection point as they clearly was not aware of same.
