Surprice at Antalya Airport International Arrivals

Pros: Ac condition is good

Cons: Fake company , car tyres was very bad .. changed one and take me 3 hours late.. 2 hours for pick me up frim airport . Fuel was 0 .

Cons: That they trick people to pay ekstra. When dropping of the car, they where discussing with an elderly man who they wanted to pay an ekstra 150€ in insurence. The fuel tank was empty on pickup

Pros: The car condition was good put they brought me a car without a stereo i have used my phone to listen to the music

Cons: They asked me money fur full insuranse that i already paid Also still now they didnot give my Refundable security deposit

Pros: new car - spotless - ease of drop off

Cons: took the full £700 deposit from my card and still waiting for it to be refunded instead of pre authorising like most do. Also pick up was dreadful. arrived on time, no one there to meet us. then when we were picked up and taken to the location it took a further hour to get all the paperwork done even though we were the only ones there! not the most efficient process by any means

Pros: Good communication through WhatsApp.

Cons: The fact they hold your deposit despite signing to take the car back and the first car was in terrible condition with the bumper falling off.

Pros: Nothing! Rude people, dirty car on picking up! Not installing baby seat to car… etc. would never recommend to anyone!

Cons: I was forced to buy full insurance which I didn't want as I had with insurance 4 car hire so I paid 200 euros more ,when I dropped the car off another couple were collecting there car and the rep did the same to then , this is really unacceptable and I would not have hired this car at that extra cost I feel I've been scammed

Pros: That extra charge me for full insurance because they tell me my card is not allowed to charge for deposit and when I say ok I pay same card start work. Car is without air-conditioning like should be.

Cons: They had not met us in the airport, we had to call and search. Later, in the office the rejected 4(!) my credit cards, which were valid and there were enough money on them. So they refused to give us a car! I had to book in a hotel in Antalya to find another rental company (which accepted our cards all right). So using Surprise costed me an additional night in a hotel, almost spoiled beginning of holiday and prepayment of booking (29 Euro) was not returned to me!

Cons: Surprise car rental sales person was cheating us & increase our contract price ! He ask for price increasing or to cancel the contract. Also we was waiting him in the terminal more than two hours & trying to call him without any answer!

Cons: Waited in airport 45 min for pick up.Agent lied he cant reserve deposit on my card.

Cons: car was old ..very dented everywhere, slow punchers in both right hand side tyres that needed constant pumping up ...incredibly dangerous, I bought full insurance but the agent said my card would not work to take the €350 deposit. ended up offering to take €60 from me and he would waver the returnable deposit ..total lie .. worst car rental company I have ever used ..

Cons: First, there was no one to greet us even though we gave them the flight number. Second, They claimed all my credit cards were either blocked or did have a sufficient limit. Considering my limits are 14k and 5k and worked everywhere else on holiday, I am assuming this was a scam to get me to buy the insurance they kept pushing from we got there. Third, We also didn't get diesel car as ordered. The car had no fuel, which when you arrive in a totally foreign country near midnight is unacceptable.

Cons: My car deposit has yet to be returned to my credit card. £624.18 has been taken from the credit card. They also wrote all my credit card details down which is not secure.

Pros: They haven’t done anything to have customers respect ,satisfaction and sympathy.

Cons: At the beginning they said we gonna withdraw £350 from your account then we will refund , ( on the policy they block NOT WITHDRAW) this is to protect our company in case you have an accident or damage to car !!!!!!! I had 45 min conversation to avid this, than no one turned up to pickup the car , I left at the car park and inform them but as soon as I inform them they try to take money from my credit card . They couldn’t anyway. So this is my surprice experience and the worst in my life .

Cons: when I wanted to book the car they said it's gonna be £50 altogether, but when I went to pick up the car, they charged me £60 for insurance. I felt extremely angry and cheated by the company in question. You'd also told me that they're stationed in the Antalya airport, but in fact they're five miles outside the airport which is not convenient.

Cons: credit card to person in office, he put the card ir credit cards machine to block money, then he said, that thet can't block money, somethings not working, that was lie, because I always take cars with myMasterCard. They said I can get car only if I buy their insurance, for 20eur per day which i did not need because i have my worldwideinsure. Few days later i took car at Windycar and CircuralCarHire and there was absolutly no problems with blocking money on my credit card.

Pros: Nothing at all!

Cons: Nobody waiting at the airport as expected. Had to find a phone to call and ask them to come and collect me. Car was very poor condition. Dirty. Covered in dents. Felt very poor mechanically to drive. Service poor. Expected me to pay for zero excess because they couldn't put a deposit on my credit card through their card machine not working. On return the agent drove us back to the airport like a criminal running from the police! Very very dangerous!

Pros: The people were helpful once we knew where they were.

Cons: The quality of the car was not great - gear box was extremely worn and there was damage to the vehicle which seemed not to be a problem

Cons: No meet and greet in a foreign country at 11pm really unimpressed.

Cons: Having an empty fuel tank and having to return empty. It is much easier full-to-full, imo.

Cons: The GPS wasn't very good, it should be better The prices were a bit high But afterall great customer service, we will definitely contact you in case we needed another car
