Pros: once we were able to contact the rep things went smoothly

Cons: there was no desk or rep at the airport when we arrived. Rep answered our multiple callls after 2 hours. we had to pay and travel from our arrival terminal to domestic terminal for Rep to pick us up.

Pros: Somebody from the company picked us up from the airport, imediately after we landed, did the paperwork very fast, in like 15 min we were on our way to Alanya. Car almost new, 5000 km on board. Return even faster, they also gave us a pick up to the airport. Highly recomended by us!

Pros: our flight got changed but once I'd spoken to Mustafa and got his email, everything was great. he confirmed the arrival time change. He messaged me by WhatsApp on the day so I had his number and this allowed me to let him know about a further delay. Once we arrived, he was there within 10 mins (again thanks to WhatsApp). Arrived at the office to drop off early and again messaged him. Someone arrived to take us to the airport and return the car within 10 mins. Always replied quickly to msgs.

Pros: Communication was satisfactory. Explained the process and fees etc. Because there was no petrol, the agent took us to a local petrol garage so we could continue our journey. This was very kind of him.

Cons: We spent hours trying to locate the rental company once arriving at the airport.The agent then arrived with a different car saying this was an upgrade when it was most definitely not. The car given was full of scratches and exterior damage. They bring the vehicle on an empty tank so at 10pm we were having to stop for petrol rather than driving straight to the hotel.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 69 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
A credit check is mandatory for local customers at the time of pick up.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Deposit and deductible policy

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services

Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 3 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
