Pandora at Antalya Airport International Arrivals

Pros: Perfect English, kind communication, like new car, on time at pick up and return too.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: Polite and helpful representative, good and easy service, clean office.

Cons: Bad condition of the car, a lot of scratches and car mileage is 135 thousand kilometres!

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: was some confusion with the meet-and-greet, extra payment, aircon not cold enough

Cons: Les frais d’assurance obligatoire qui ne sont pas de le contrat

Pros: Great staff and flexibility. Highly accommodating and no unexpected charges after the rental car was returned.

Cons: The car wasn't the cleanest on the inside and was pulling slightly to the right, but no mechanical or drivability issues.

Pros: Their prompt response to inquiries.

Cons: The quality and condition of the cars they provided.

Pros: Liked the flexibility in drop off / pick up locations.

Cons: It was really difficult to find our representative when we arrived. Then our car broke down on our way to return our car and the customer service told us to keep driving despite smoke and warning signals.

Pros: Fast service and pleasant staff.

Cons: They converted euros into lira at a very bad rate.

Pros: Staff was friendly, drop off and ride to airport efficient

Cons: Pick up was a pain - having to call for rep and then drive over to office for paperwork, should have been able to do all paperwork at airport. Car was of average condition - quite worn and had body damages (repaired but evident). Car did work well however which is the first priority -- could have been in better shape as was well used

Pros: Great employees and easy service. Great car.

Cons: The location for pick-up/meeting was not clear. They should list more clear instructions about how to get there. I had to go to the airport and have one of their reps pick me up after calling them because the place isn’t in front of the airport with the other rentals. The name also isn’t Pandora which might it doubly hard to find. The service was excellent, but I was annoyed where to go or what to do wasn’t clear.

Pros: The car was great

Cons: Having to wait around as they were understaffed. Not being on the airport.

Pros: They charged me €10 a day extra just cause of I didn’t have Credit card.

Pros: Pickup and dropoff

Cons: They scare you into buying extra insurance cover when you pick up the car saying if you have a minor bump you will spend 7 or 8 hours at the police station even though you already the cover with Discovercars. They say that the extra cover with discovercars will not let you avoid getting a police report. This needs to be resolved by discover cars as it is essentialy a scam. Also car brakes were squealing all week.

Pros: Nice and clean office. Office workers are polite.

Cons: You have to call them for them to pick you up as their office is outside the airport(this was not clearly stated), but the problem is that you need to purchase a Turkish sim card first, and then its activation can take 15~30 minutes until it starts working.

Pros: Old car, damages and scratches all around, says luxury and get a normal car. The only automatic car was diesel and nothing else available.. everything was wrong with the car.

Cons: Never rent from them again, as no other car available automatic,. The booking says luxury and art a basic car. Agent was happy taking money

Pros: Service is very good.

Cons: I'm waiting for my insurance papers. Sent an email for information but received no response.

Pros: Amazing, the people there are extremely nice.

Cons: Was hoping for the Renault...The Diace was a bit too giving with the suspension. Prone to making my wife car sick.

Pros: Turtas is a amazing company 🙏

Pros: Nothing good unfortunately.

Cons: I advise to blacklist this company as they outsource to scammers (TUTRAS CAR). This company invoice more than twice the insurance and force to take insurance option even if you already paid.

Pros: They were professional and polite Company is big : they have to get airport office

Cons: 1- I had to pick the car from an office outside the airport 2- car petrol was nearly empty at pick up ( better option full to full ) . After pick up had to look for petrol station first and when dropped car was nearly full ( lost value ) 3 - to Avoid airport parking asked to meet outside parking area ( not ideal circling around till meet agent ) They need to get airport office ( others are there )

Cons: I payed for full insurance but in pandora said it's not full !

Pros: Comportable and safe car, smooth pick-up and drop-off process

Cons: Nothing in particular

Cons: The contact number did not work and keep repeating the words "Yes" and "Hello"

Pros: Very helpful and clear

Pros: Straightforward, no hassle with anything

Cons: They're not based at the airport. Which means you have to call a local number on landing. If you've never been to Turkey, with no local number, you will struggle to call. Eventually found help at the airport to make the call for us. In hindsight, we could have better prepared for this as well, but in an unknown place this can be quite stressful.

Pros: Professional service. Excellent car provided. Very helpful. Would recommend!

Pros: Really kind and helpful. They have picked me up from airport and talked through the process.

Cons: I have to pay more than I was informed

Pros: Billing flexibility

Pros: one of the agents was waiting for me at the gate in the airport which made it easy for me to just drop the car and go to my flight. The value of the car was perfect. Staff staff communication was on point!

Cons: The car engine was loud a bit. The car was given to me with almost an empty tank. The car wasn’t clean as I expected, especially for a time that we are in a pandemic. I disinfected the car myself.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Car filthy. Not disinfected. Numerous warning lights on in the car. Car stopped working properly

Pros: The car is new and same of what I choose.

Cons: Time spending picking up & dropping off the car.

Pros: Based on this experience there was literally nothing to like

Cons: For the reasons set out above. I will be sharing my dreadful experience with all review sites on the internet.
