Pros: Liked the flexibility in drop off / pick up locations.

Cons: It was really difficult to find our representative when we arrived. Then our car broke down on our way to return our car and the customer service told us to keep driving despite smoke and warning signals.

Pros: Staff was friendly, drop off and ride to airport efficient

Cons: Pick up was a pain - having to call for rep and then drive over to office for paperwork, should have been able to do all paperwork at airport. Car was of average condition - quite worn and had body damages (repaired but evident). Car did work well however which is the first priority -- could have been in better shape as was well used

Pros: Great employees and easy service. Great car.

Cons: The location for pick-up/meeting was not clear. They should list more clear instructions about how to get there. I had to go to the airport and have one of their reps pick me up after calling them because the place isn’t in front of the airport with the other rentals. The name also isn’t Pandora which might it doubly hard to find. The service was excellent, but I was annoyed where to go or what to do wasn’t clear.

Pros: Pickup and dropoff

Cons: They scare you into buying extra insurance cover when you pick up the car saying if you have a minor bump you will spend 7 or 8 hours at the police station even though you already the cover with Discovercars. They say that the extra cover with discovercars will not let you avoid getting a police report. This needs to be resolved by discover cars as it is essentialy a scam. Also car brakes were squealing all week.

Pros: Nice and clean office. Office workers are polite.

Cons: You have to call them for them to pick you up as their office is outside the airport(this was not clearly stated), but the problem is that you need to purchase a Turkish sim card first, and then its activation can take 15~30 minutes until it starts working.

Pros: Old car, damages and scratches all around, says luxury and get a normal car. The only automatic car was diesel and nothing else available.. everything was wrong with the car.

Pros: They were professional and polite Company is big : they have to get airport office

Cons: 1- I had to pick the car from an office outside the airport 2- car petrol was nearly empty at pick up ( better option full to full ) . After pick up had to look for petrol station first and when dropped car was nearly full ( lost value ) 3 - to Avoid airport parking asked to meet outside parking area ( not ideal circling around till meet agent ) They need to get airport office ( others are there )

Pros: Straightforward, no hassle with anything

Cons: They're not based at the airport. Which means you have to call a local number on landing. If you've never been to Turkey, with no local number, you will struggle to call. Eventually found help at the airport to make the call for us. In hindsight, we could have better prepared for this as well, but in an unknown place this can be quite stressful.

Pros: one of the agents was waiting for me at the gate in the airport which made it easy for me to just drop the car and go to my flight. The value of the car was perfect. Staff staff communication was on point!

Cons: The car engine was loud a bit. The car was given to me with almost an empty tank. The car wasn’t clean as I expected, especially for a time that we are in a pandemic. I disinfected the car myself.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, State Tax.
Rate excludes
HGS is an optional service for toll roads. HGS is mandatory for Istanbul and Izmir.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Mini a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize, Wagons, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, boarding pass, Country entry stamp that is not older than 4 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
