Pros: had very bad experienced from rent car. I reserved from Uk use Turkey Antalya. Insurance doesn’t communicated rent car company and They told me again insurance. When I refused that, because I already paid insurance company from uk. Even, my reservation was 6am, but they didn’t show up, no one was there. I tried to call more then 10times. They showed up at 11am ^^ which is 5hours late. No one speaking english, haha. It was worst ever. Thanks make me horrible experience

Pros: The car itself was good.

Cons: This is so far my worst experience with car rental service. Problems that I encountered: 1. In Antalya managers did not speak English at all 2. The company representative was 40 min late, and I had to call her 3 times to make this happen 3. The manager at the pickup tried to scam me telling me that the insurance is not included, while my voucher was saying that it was. His scam failed, but that was unpleasant. Overall, communication with Carwiz was totally terrible

Pros: The car was fairy new and modern and the rental price was good value, but it would have been helpful to have Sat Nav, however i had my phone so all was not lost. Also even though i chose a manual drive, I was given an automatic which ended up being a better choice given the crazy drivers in Turkey. There is nothing more i can say that is positive as most of the experience was negative.

Cons: People choosing a car via Carwiz Antalya airport need to be aware. The full to full policy was non existent, i picked up the car empty and had to drive around in the dead of night finding a petrol station. Also when we dropped to car off to get our early morning flight, we were charged 20 Euros because they were closed and a neighbouring "open" car rental place had to call them up out of bed! This place didn't open till 7 and our flight was 8, drop off checks take at least 20-30min! scam

Pros: Nothing

Cons: There was no any representative at the airport, I needed to search and ask people for a help to find the representative that showed up after half an hour. The deposit of 500 euro was not blocked, it was actually CHARGED! Even though It was refunded back (a week after I returned the car!), I needed to pay commissions for two credit card transactions and suffered the currency (Turkish lira) rate changes.

Cons: Agents not really fluent in English. Upon returning the car, they found a tiny scratch on the bottom of a bumper. Bought full insurance so they didn't charge me, but I had to fill incident form and explaining how this happened (and I don't even remember anything).

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
