Pros: Nothing at all

Cons: I had to return the car early due to an emergency and ask if a refund could be arranged. I was told in a very rude manner that that was not possible. The car was rented to me until the 04. April 2026 and could not be put back into the system. The car would have to be parked and could not be used !! My emergency was taken care of and i returned 4 days later to pick up the car for the remaining days of the contract. The same person ( manager ) said can't be done and kicked us out !!!!

Pros: They were prompt in arriving to give me the car and were friendly, delt with me honestly and spoke good English.

Cons: This will seem to be overcautious but based on my experience on this trip, always take out the wheel wrench and jack from boot and use them to remove and replace a wheel nut before accepting car. If you cannot do it because they are broken you may have big trouble later.

Pros: his kindness. his name is Adnan, he spoke very good English, but I didn't like the extra payment he took from us to be insured which was bad, and he ignored the fact that we paid deposit that should have been deducted from the total amount.

Cons: I was told that it is a meet and greet service, which was not the case. I had to seek help to find the agent using someone's mobile phone. The process was a bit lengthy, especially when you land around midnight. It took about an hour for the process to complete from the time we were trying to find the agent. I believe the reason for not meeting and greeting is that the agent parked by the taxi rank and he was expected to be found somehow. Could someone from DISCOVERCAR email me please.

Pros: No representative from the company contacted me before I arrived in Antalya. It took a while before I managed to get in touch with someone from the agency, and we waited almost an hour until the representative arrived with the car at the airport with the car. He arrived with a new red Fiat type car, and told me that this is the car we will get. Everything changed when we started filling out the forms. The representative's English was incomprehensible. I asked him several times to speak more slow

Cons: because I couldn't understand what he was saying. He of course offered me to pay them another $100 for full coverage, and when I refused and explained to him that I already had full coverage through your company, he got angry, and at the end of the process he said he was not giving me the family red Fiat, but another Fiat Fiorino type vehicle. He did not do any training with me on the vehicle. Just gave me the keys and went back to the office. I update that there was no water for the wipers

Cons: pick up time was not good had to wait for more than 20 minutes after calling the agent. The car itself was not great, horn did not work, tyres were worn and a little dangerous when braking, 7 seat option did not work as the seats will not unfold at all.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For local renters, unlimited mileage is not offered.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of Turkey.
For local renters mileage is limited to 3500 km per month.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.


A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi, First additional driver.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 360 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
