Nissa Car Rental at Antalya Airport International Arrivals

Pros: Nothing!!!! A scam company. They did the same thing to two other customers while we were at their office. Terrible terrible terrible!!!

Cons: A scam, they picked us up after 1hr after calling for pickup. Didn’t have the car we booked and tried in every way they could to make us rent an other car. After us saying no they pretended our credit card didn’t work for the deposit. After all they didn’t block the deposit, they took the amount from our account and we haven’t got it back yet! We needed a car so we had to take the shi* car they had. The belts didn’t work, the locks on the doors and wasn’t always working during the week.

Pros: They dropped us back to the airport hotel rather than the airport which was nice.

Cons: The initial meet and greet took about 45 min while all details were provided. They tried to sell us additional services, then the cards apparently didn’t work until I called the bank who said they don’t see any attempts or declines, then with bank on the phone it suddenly worked. There is a steep deposit of 400 Euros, at drop off I was told there is a 4-5 week holding period, again very unusual long. The car was in very poor shape with lots scratches and dents all around including on tires.

Pros: The man who collected the car was very quick to process out document and drop us off. also gave money back for the ad blue out of his own pocket. Car was clean and didn't break down.

Cons: Their machine mysteriously wont accept credit cards for the deposit. It will only accept debit and then you have to buy the insurance for £75 if you are using debit. This happened to 2 other people along with me (scam insurance). also they are not at the airport and took 2 hours to pick us up from the airport. Also the car ran out of ad blue, was delivered in reserve and had a check engine light the whole time. finally they contract showed no damage when the car was covered in many dents.

Cons: They didn’t show up for the appointment, so we had to call them. Then they tried to sell us an additional insurance even though we already had full coverage through Discover Cars. After a lot of discussion and phone call with Discover Cars, we finally got the car. The car was a patched-up wreck. They hardly speak any English, and communication was not easy.

Cons: See my commplain. When I complained you alvays wanted it in another form until the cliant(mee) get tired of using his vacation on your cirkus.

Pros: The guys working there were courteous and they picked us up from an airport hotel to bring us to the place. They were also very responsive.

Cons: We rented a Mercedes Vito. It did not have sensors and a car of this size should be fitted with sensors The car also made lots of squeaky noises both in the front and at the back. This was particularly apparent when the road surfacing was rough. At times it felt like we were in a car other than a Mercedes. I felt that the brakes were not as good as they should be. It took longer to stop especially downhills. This is clearly a potentially hazardous problem given the terrain in Turkey.

Pros: Nissa was a great car rental company. There at the airport on arrival. Car was in good condition. Honestly representative pointing out damage I missed on pick up. Wasn’t pushy on up selling me.

Pros: Everything from pick up to drop off being transparent. Reverting the deposit within a day after drop off where it was told that it takes 21 days. Hajji was a nice friendly guy and helpful.

Cons: Communication with clients can be made much more easy. We were wondering who to contact for dropping off the car and our messages were not getting reply back. Please attach some stickers inside for 24x7 contact in the car.

The car had no fuel so this had to be the first stop after a very long day of travelling and still having 2.5 hours to drive to the hotel, had a flat tyres on collection too.

Cons: The meet and greet service was not provided. After me and my family waited for an hour we tried to contact the phone number provided but there was no response. Bearing in mind that the phone calls in Turkey are so expensive a bystander agreed to call them from his phone. But his English wasn’t ver good so I don’t know what happened. Eventually after another half hour someone came and called my name. I paid extra for a diesel car but they couldn’t give me one and asked me does it really matter!

Cons: No one was at the airport to greet me. I had to call them to get them to pick me up. I was asked to either pay €70 insurance or make a €400 euro safety deposit, even though I paid for full coverage from you (Discover cars) and told by you that deposit was only €100. I opted for paying the €70 extra.

Cons: 1. Meet and greet: representative only appeared after a 40 minutes wait. Communication was terrible. 2. Representative wanted me to sign the rental agreement BEFORE having checked the car condition. 3. Car was filthy and empty tank. 4. Representative charged twice the contractual deposit amount on the basis that I was given an "upgrade": replacing a Renault Clio with an Opel Corsa is definitely not an upgrade. 5. Unsurprisingly, no deposit refunded to date.

Cons: Despite letting them know the time of arrival, i had to hand the car over to a different company, when i asked them to be a witness that i gave back the car in same condition they said they cannot do this. Made me feel uneasy. When i was going to collect the car the sales person was quite pushy to add on extra services. Scaremongering to take extra insurance policies. I requested a smaller compact car but was given a saloon. The car was very basic, didnt even have sensors! Overall wasnt great

Cons: 1. Nissan gave the contract to another agent (Rental Wings) 2. Representative didn't know English well 3. They didn't owner the original contract; deposit is 150 as per the contract and they insisted on 250 and then accepted 200, and even threatened not to give me the car.

Pros: 1) They gave me an almost brand new car 2) They were available to answer any of my questions and even adjusted to a 9 hour delay in our arrival. The guy was there to pick us up at 4am.
