Avec Rent A Car at Antalya Airport International Arrivals

Pros: Very friendly service.

Cons: Making that journey from 1 terminal to another. I wasn't informed from before that there was a pick up service available from a different terminal. Should have been told from before

Pros: Sehr höfliche und nette Mitarbeiter, klare und richtige Erklärungen, wurde über WhatsApp kontaktiert nach der Landung und habe den Standort bekommen. Die Provision habe ich wie versprochen nach einer Woche zurück bekommen ( deswegen wollte ich mit der Bewertung abwarten).

Pros: It would be great if the agents help you from the airport to greet you and not walk around and the car parks looking for the little office

Cons: No personel assistans inside domestic terminal bilding, just a sign saying call us on +90 XXXXXXXX. No written instruction how to find your office. Malfunction of Android auto-system, Google maps did not work on screen of the car. Could only drive 200 km during 4 days, unable to simultanius drive AND handheld mobile due to heavy traffic, would like a partiell refund .

Cons: Difficult to collect car as is situated in domestic terminal no longer in international terminal. It requires taking a bus to the other terminal and then via security again to get to the desk. After that then a long walk to collection point!. Avec rep not helpful at all just checked the car prior to me accepting it and said all yours!!. Did not even tell me the way out and how to drop it off after returning!!

Cons: Avec has overcharged for the fuel. I confirmed with the dropping point whether the fuel level was the same as when I took the car. However, after a few days, they sent an invoice for fuel.

Cons: if you arrive to terminal 2 and want to pick up or drop the car, then you are stuffed as they do not have enough staff to pick you up or drop you off. Ended up taking a taxi so I am not late for check in when I dropped the car as otherwise had to wait for over 30 minutes (1 hours if you convert these to Turkish timings!) for any chance of being dropped off

Pros: The car was brand new and clean. The agent was helpful and accomodating and the desk was inside the airport terminal in Antalya. A very pleasant experience with Avec.

Pros: I hired a car and paid specifically for an SUV, but ended up receiving a standard car instead. The service overall was quite poor and did not meet expectations. There was no clear communication or apology for the downgrade, and I felt like I didn’t get what I paid for. Definitely not the experience I was expecting or promised. I noticed that a Turkish couple was offered a complimentary water bottle, but this gesture was not extended to us. On top of that, I had to place my luggage on the back.

Cons: The pickup and drop off is outside the domestic terminal which is about 2km from the international terminal. They also do not have baby seats and it’s hard to get also child seats.

Pros: The car (an MG SUV) had several issues that were apparent at delivery. The main one was that the collision warning (a very loud alarm) switched on whenever the car was in reverse and stayed on until the car was put in reverse. When we notified staff we were told it is a problem with MGs. I actually had the same car on a six month lease back home and never had this issue. No other cars were available so we took it, making parking a complete nightmare. Also, the screen mirroring from mobile broken

Pros: AVEC Employee wasn’t at the airport counter when i reached. I went to them at the outside office(parking area). The employee there was not polite. He accused me for taking drugs or alcohol. That was in-front of my son. Unlike the drop-off employee he was helpful and friendly .

Cons: The full insurance amount was to much comparable with other company.

Pros: Check-in a bit slow. Doing all payments by internet without access to Terminal, so ensure that cards are open for internet payments without services like Mastercard Secure. Car model and condition very much as expected. Return was a lot easier than the pickup.

Cons: Worth nothing is that there's little information that the pick-up desk that says "In terminal" is only relevant to Terminal 1 at Antalya Airport. There's only a phone number posted on a vacant office space in Terminal 2.

Cons: There was no desk in Terminal 2 for AVEC. The phone number didn't work, was hard to find them. Nobody says they are in Terminal 1 and how to reach them.

I wanted to use a different card. They did not have the car I had requested, which is fine, but they were trying to fool me (because I'm a foreigner) by saying unnecessary things like it is a free upgrade (when it was not).

Cons: I ordered Audi Q2 and was given Citroen C5, a completely different car. The rental provider informed me that they have no Q2s in all of Antalya. You shouldn't advertise, what you don't have!
