Pros: There is no Keddy car rental at Antalya airport. The car was rented by EuropeCar. I'm not sure why contact says Keddy car rental. The only reason I knew this was because of another customer's review who had to look around for hours to find out.

Pros: Mechanically it was ok. Reasonably close to the terminal. But it was essentially an ashtray on wheels and thus was not used much.

Cons: The car was an ashtray on wheels. For the first week driving in it was as though someone was smoking there and then in the car. I therefore actually avoided using the car during my holiday.

Cons: Once we had picked up our bags it took nearly 90 minutes to find keddy nobody knew where it was so after buying a sim card and phoning them it turns out you pick the car up from europcar which is nowhere in the paperwork we wasted 90 minutes searching for company that wasn't there also europcar isn't located in in terminal like the paperwork says, its located in the car park which is a 10 minute walk outside the airport at 11pm with 3 suitcases 2 children and an angry wife

Cons: So slow, at least 30-40 mins doing paperwork. Never usually tales more than 5-10. Then at car pickup they tried to force a tiny car on us. When I insisted it was not the booked car ( voucher even had photo and 5 adult indication), they said a bigger car would cost more. What a scam. Eventually they gave us a bigger Clio. It was smaller than the pre oozed car, but much better than the tiny Clio. We waited 30 mins. It was after midnight. Not impressed.

Pros: The rental rate was cheap and not overpriced to gouge customers but it was still relatively average compared to other companies.

Cons: The stole my family heirloom and instead of offering help they were dodgy and shady. The refused to help me and even told me off, telling me to call the police if I had a problem. They refused to provide any help and did not even try to investigate their employees.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.
Fuel deposit prices can vary depending on the car model and market fuel prices in force when collecting the car.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Winter package, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Snow chains, Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
