Pros: Except for the rental return, they went out of their way to accommodate!
Pros: Avoid AVOID AVOID. We ensured booking was a company from airport.Not true atrocious had 3 middle comp. 3kids & 2yr old Waited 3hrs for random guy transfer a Comp.Called tutas after calling numerous calls Frm uk sim.turtas didn't accept Amex platinum wasn't able to tap wirelessly on keypad, or accept Barclaycard credit card.they wanted holding fee of £600 in cash. Manager was also drunk & kept telling me to call erdogon, & trying call my 2 yr old girl to him.I deadlift 180kg & a boxer.

Pros: Professional communications and a can do attitude
Cons: Their office is 3km from the airport and we had to go there to do the paperwork. This was 20 mins waisted
Pros: Nothing. They offered me a different, cheaper car model to the one I booked with no notice and expected me to pay the same price.
Cons: I was told that the model I ordered is not available and expected me to accept a cheaper model.

Pros: Nothing much to like. I booked Hyundai i20, they gave me Fiat.
Cons: I had to wait in the Airport for 1 hour and half to finally meet the person. He took me to their office and I was waiting likely 30 minutes for the car. They asked me to return the car to their office. When I booked the car, the drop-off and pickup were supposed to be in the airport. Also not enough fuel, my very first stop was the petrol station. Terrible customer service.

Pros: The car interior was not clean but there were many stains all around. The two front tires were run down. After about 6 weeks we asked to replace them and they took care of it swiftly which was good.
Cons: They used a subcontractor which asked us to return the car to another rental company outside istanbul airport (though my reservation was to return to the airport as we had a flight to catch). They promised they will take us to the airport so I agreed, as I wanted to help them, but I insisted on being driven in a car that can accommodate all of 5 us, in safety. They said it will be so but when we arrived they made us all go in the same car! We had no time to argue and rode 6 pax in a car of 5!!!
Cons: Why i have to pay for a full insurance twice??!! Once online and again with the car rental office He said that his insurance is covering more things !!
Pros: they were very frendly and the car was almost new.
Cons: I waited more than 30 minutes until they picked me up from the field and only after I called them twice.

Cons: At times long waiting times on phone, and confusing airport pick-up location due to misunderstandings. Would've expected a call earlier, instead of waiting at two seperate places ;)
Pros: The supplier was unable to provide the vehicle contracted via Discover Cars Voucher, namely “Special Kia Stonic or similar, XFMV/XFMR 5 seats, 5 doors, Air Conditioning, Manual , Gasoline”. The supplier do not in any case have Kia Stonic in stock and Dacia Duster 2012 model provided was not roadworthy so we had no choice but to take “Fiat Egea Diesel” (intermediate) instead of “XFMV/XFMR petrol”. The issues now are: (I) the supplier did not met and greeted me at the airport as supposed to

Cons: No meet and greet at the terminal as they were at the wrong one. Smaller car than we had expected. Was driven to their office to sign paperwork and told that we had to pay more for the car and take out extra insurance even though we had already booked this online. The AC didn’t work properly. The car smelled of sweat which we couldn’t get rid of throughout the week. The engine was lacking power and needed a service. We had to go to the office to return the car and get dropped off at the airport.
Pros: Nothing I will never recommend working with them.
Cons: When we had the car accident they gave us a replacement car with no fuel even though we explained that we just fuled the car that was in accident. They where completely unhelpful and un sympathetic to the fact that we just had an accident and my wife and the baby where distressed and the last thing on earth we need no is to go refual a car. I will never rent a single car from that service and will actively post on my Soical media a bad review about them.
