Pros: very nice car, no queue (as it's an off-site location, not at the airport), I liked the care I got (although booked a promo that normally would be more expensive, but still). Agent was very nice, fast electronic contract and signature, car was ready when I arrived.
Cons: I got a plug-in hybrid with no charging cable so I could not charge the battery at night. No explanation of the car itself, so I had to figure out everything myself (I would have appreciated a bit of guiding throught he hybrid model). Not a big deal, but it would have helped.

Business hours
